本发明涉及信息显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种高渗透刀轮。
背景技术
目前,切割岗位采用普通刀轮对玻璃进行切割,打粒时需正反打粒,效率较低;而且正反打粒时因对位不准有较多打粒破损。
发明内容
    发明目的:本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高渗透刀轮。
    技术方案:本发明所述的高渗透刀轮,包括轮体和轮齿,所述轮体为圆环状,轮体的中心设有圆孔,所述轮齿设在轮体外围,轮齿的齿深为0.01-0.013mm,轮齿齿数为130-135个。
  为了使刀轮不易磨损,所述轮体和轮齿材质为聚晶金刚石。
  为了提高齿轮的渗透力,所述轮齿为三角形,相邻两轮齿的齿距为0.011-0.014mm。
工作原理:在刀轮轮体外围制作出宽度与深度均匀的轮齿,以增加切割深度,使玻璃的断裂更容易,玻璃切割时不起丝。
有益效果:本发明高渗透刀轮切割垂直裂痕深,极少出现断面倾斜的现象,能提高打粒岗位的生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的高渗透刀轮,包括轮体1和轮齿2,轮体1为圆环状,轮齿2为三角形,轮体1的中心设有圆孔3,所述轮齿2设在轮体1外围,轮齿2的齿深为0.01mm,轮齿2齿数为130个,相邻两轮齿2的齿距为0.011mm,轮体1和轮齿2材质为聚晶金刚石。
在现有0.08MPA-0.1MPA气压下调节切割刀深度为100MM,生产1.1mm的产品时采用先单面用普通刀轮切割、切割后仅将条方向先裂开,后另一面用高渗透刀轮切割,切割后直接自行可以裂片,无需在进行在专门裂片,打粒时由原先需要两面击打方可裂片,现可以直接打玻璃的一侧将玻璃断裂。
采用本发明高渗透刀轮,提高了打粒岗位的生产效率,比原来双面使用普通刀轮切割效率提升50%;改善了打条、打粒破损和毛刺,破损由原来的1.1%降低至0.25%,毛刺由原来的14%降低至2%。

1.一种高渗透刀轮,其特征在于:包括轮体(1)和轮齿(2),所述轮体(1)为圆环状,轮体(1)的中心设有圆孔(3),所述轮齿(2)设在轮体(1)外围,轮齿(2)的齿深为0.01-0.013mm,轮齿(2)齿数为130-135个,所述轮齿(2)为三角形,相邻两轮齿(2)的齿距为0.011-0.014mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的高渗透刀轮,其特征在于:所述轮体(1)和轮齿(2)材质为聚晶金刚石。
