Abstract

本发明涉及容器,特别是适于灌装诸如啤酒或果汁或其它液体之类饮料的小桶。
背景技术
传统上,用于灌装诸如啤酒那样的饮料的小桶是用金属制成的。使用之后,对小桶进行清洗并重新灌装,以使小桶在其使用寿命期间可多次使用。然而,越来越多见的是,小桶用来长距离运输内含物,有时在洲际间运输,要将小桶返回再用,其运输成本使其很不经济。在重容器的长距离运输,以及其制造消耗了大量能量的容器处置方面,还要考虑环境的成本。因此,采用诸如塑料那样重量轻而廉价的材料来制造容器,这样的材料对制造和运输都较为便宜,这正在变得更为普遍。
小桶传统地设置有顶部和底部凹边,它们固定到容器体的相对端上。顶部凹边提供供操作用的把手,而底部凹边提供稳定的底座,使小桶可立在其上。凹边还对容器体提供保护,容器体很容易凹瘪或损坏,尤其是若容器在其侧面上滚动来移动它之时。
在塑料的小桶中,凹边通常是注塑模制的,而容器体用吹塑模制形成。注塑模制的凹边强度大,能够做出与金属凹边同样的工作。此外,可将顶部和底部凹边设计成彼此互接合,以使小桶在储存和运输过程中可安全地堆叠起来。然而,制造这样的凹边需要相当昂贵的注塑工具,因此增加了大量成本。
本发明寻求提供新的和创新形式的小桶或类似容器,其可用降低的成本和能耗进行制造,其容易搬运而损坏的风险很低,无论是单独的小桶还是与其它小桶堆叠,其都可稳定地站立。
发明内容
本发明提出一种容器,其包括容器体和形成有外围边缘和一体连续的外围把手的顶部凹边,该容器体具有侧壁、被接纳在凹边内的顶壁以及底壁,其特征在于,容器底壁形成有从中心区域向外延伸的突脊,该突脊的形状适于将容器稳定地支承在平的表面上,且在使用中,当一个如此的容器堆叠在另一容器上时,突脊接合顶部凹边的下凹区域。
为了提供与另一个如此容器的顶部凹边的有效定位,突脊最好包括至少一个接合在下凹区域内的足状突出件。下凹区域可形成在凹边的外周缘上,或从其外周缘插入。
突脊之间形成的沟槽的最深部分最好连接起来而形成底壁的穹顶区域,该区域汇合到侧壁内。如此的结构确保容器底壁能够承受住气体内压,只有很小或根本没有向外的变形。
突脊和突出件可用简单的压制或模制操作来形成,仅需要最少量的附加材料。容器的内含物在底壁上产生内压,在容器较佳的构造中,该底壁具有高的抗变形能力。

具体实施方式
附图显示两个呈小桶形式的相同容器,小桶用来盛装诸如啤酒那样的加压饮料,容器彼此堆叠。小桶可用塑料或其它可再循环材料形成。如图1所示,每个小桶包括小桶体1和顶部凹边2,其包括阀门组件(未示出)。
图2以轴向剖视图示出上部小桶的底部,该上部小桶支承在下部小桶的顶部上。各个小桶的桶体1形成为一体,例如,用吹塑模制法形成,并包括圆柱形侧壁10、包括有中心颈部12的穹顶顶壁11、以及底壁13。颈部12接纳阀组件4,阀组件4设置有延伸到小桶底部的抽吸管5,以允许将加压液体从小桶底部抽出。当阀组件不与合适的配件接合时,阀以公知的方式在弹簧压力下关闭,以将加压液体密封地保持在容器内。现参照图2和3,底壁13模制而形成六个共平面的突脊14,它们从中心区域16向外辐射,因此,对底壁提供以花瓣状构造(像花朵的花瓣)。当在图3的轴向剖视图中观察形成在突脊14之间的沟槽时,这些沟槽的最深部分相遇在中心区域16,以使它们连接而形成连续的穹顶区域15,该穹顶区域15平滑地汇合到圆柱形侧壁10内。如此的结构确保小桶底壁能够抵抗住气体内压,使小桶向外变形很小或几乎没有。每个突脊14的最外端形成有一体的向下突出件17,形成六个一体的足,它们能够将小桶稳定地支承在平的表面上。
顶部凹边3用注塑模制法形成为一体,并包括环形的把手20,把手20通过径向辐条22连接到中心毂21。把手20还设置有多个轴向延伸的沟槽形构件23,这些沟槽形构件将把手连接到外围边缘24,边缘24紧密地配装在小桶体1的上端上。把手20形成为连续的向上敞开的双沟槽,其包括底壁25、两个直立的中间壁和内壁26和27、以及较短的直立的外壁28,形成介于外壁28和邻近的内壁26之间的外部台阶形凹陷。顶部凹边3可通过外围边缘24固定到小桶体上,并还可通过阀组件4固定就位。
当小桶填满时,小桶的内含物对花瓣形底壁13作用向外的压力,该底壁被穹顶区域15顶住。内压还作用在一体的突脊14和足状突出件17上,以确保突脊和突出件保持刚性并对灌满的小桶提供稳固的支承。当一个小桶堆叠在另一个小桶上时,把手20的中间壁和内壁26和27对径向突脊14提供稳固的支承,突出件17定位在由壁26和28形成的外部凹陷内,以相对于中间壁26径向地定位上部小桶。
将会认识到的是,尽管六个突脊和足状突出件是较佳的,因为该数量提供了最大强度和稳定性,但也可采用多于或少于这个的数量。
图1至3中所示的底壁的构造提供了突出件17之间最大的间距,并在小桶站立在平表面上时,对加压的小桶提供以高水平的稳定性。图4示出一替代的结构,其中,足状突出件30沿着底部突脊14的长度中途地形成,以使它们位于顶部凹边2的中心凹陷区域内,其由把手20的内壁27所界定。尽管小桶在站立在平表面上时可能略微不够稳定,但在吹塑模制过程中,突出件使塑料形成较少的延展,因此可减小容器体壁内弱化的风险。

Claims (7)
1.一种容器,所述容器包括容器体(1)以及形成有外围边缘(24)和一体连续的外围把手(20)的顶部凹边(2),所述容器体具有侧壁(10)、被接纳在所述顶部凹边内的顶壁(11)以及底壁(13),其特征在于,
1)所述容器的所述底壁(13)形成有从中心区域(16)向外延伸的突脊(14),所述突脊的形状被设置成将所述容器稳定地支承在平的表面上;并且
2)所述突脊(14)的形状被设置成在使用中当一个此类容器堆叠在另一容器上时所述突脊(14)接合所述顶部凹边的下凹区域(26、28)。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述突脊(14)包括接合在所述下凹区域(26、28;27)内的足状突出件(17;30)。
