Abstract

本发明公开了一种高压流体磁联密封传动结构。它包括密封腔体和动力装置,动力装置的连接轴上安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮的外围排布有中间过渡齿轮,每个中间过渡齿轮上都设置有过渡轴,位于腔体外部分的过渡轴上套有密封罩壳,还包括带有连接端的从动轴,从动轴的数量和过渡轴数量相等并且使连接端空套在密封罩壳外,每根所述从动轴的末端安装有被动齿轮,被动齿轮的中心处有从动齿轮,从动齿轮的中心安装有动力输出轴。采用上述的结构后,可将传统的整体式的大直径的隔离罩分成各根过渡轴上的小直径的隔离罩,由此增加了承受高压强的能力,其结构设计合理、运行可靠,加长了使用寿命,扩大了应用的范围。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种磁联器的密封结构,具体地说是一种高压流体磁联密封传动结构。
背景技术
    磁联器在各个行业被广泛应用,然而为了满足性能的需求,现有磁联器中的隔离罩设计的很薄,因此在转轮的直径很大的情况下,隔离罩的直径必然也很大,因此大直径且薄壁的隔离罩将无法承受高压,因此其应用必然受到了限制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构设计合理,实用性强,扩大应用范围的高压流体磁联密封传动结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,包括密封腔体和设置在密封腔体内的动力装置,动力装置的连接轴上安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮的外围排布有多个与主动齿轮相配合的中间过渡齿轮,每个中间过渡齿轮上都设置有一根伸出到密封腔体外的过渡轴,位于腔体外部分的过渡轴上套有密封罩壳,还包括带有连接端的从动轴,从动轴的数量和过渡轴数量相等并且使连接端空套在密封罩壳外,每根所述从动轴的末端安装有与中间过渡齿轮直径相等的被动齿轮,被动齿轮的中心处有与主动齿轮同轴设置的从动齿轮,从动齿轮的中心安装有动力输出轴。
所述密封腔体内设置有用于支撑各根过渡轴的轴承。
每根所述从动轴上设置有均设置有轴承。
所述过渡轴和从动轴均为强磁体。
所述密封罩壳通过密封圈安装在密封腔体的外端面上。
采用上述的结构后,由于主动齿轮的外围排布有多个与主动齿轮相配合的中间过渡齿轮以及设置的数量和过渡轴数量相等的被动齿轮,由此可将传统的整体式的大直径的隔离罩分成各根过渡轴上的小直径的隔离罩,由此增加了承受高压强的能力,其结构设计合理、运行可靠,加长了使用寿命,扩大了应用的范围。

如图所示,本发明的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,包括密封腔体1和设置在密封腔体内的动力装置2,动力装置2的连接轴上安装有主动齿轮3,主动齿轮3的外围排布有多个与主动齿轮相配合的中间过渡齿轮4,每个中间过渡齿轮4上都设置有一根伸出到密封腔体1外的过渡轴5,位于腔体外部分的过渡轴上套有密封罩壳6,还包括带有连接端7的从动轴8,从动轴8的数量和过渡轴5数量相等并且使连接端空套在密封罩壳6外,每根所述从动轴8的末端安装有与中间过渡齿轮4直径相等的被动齿轮9,被动齿轮9的中心处有与主动齿轮3同轴设置的从动齿轮10,从动齿轮10的中心安装有动力输出轴11,密封腔体1内设置有用于支撑各根过渡轴5的轴承,每根所述从动轴8上设置有均设置有轴承,密封罩壳6通过密封圈安装在密封腔体1的外端面上,所述过渡轴和从动轴均为强磁体。

1.一种高压流体磁联密封传动结构,包括密封腔体(1)和设置在密封腔体内的动力装置(2),其特征在于:所述动力装置(2)的连接轴上安装有主动齿轮(3),所述主动齿轮(3)的外围排布有多个与主动齿轮相配合的中间过渡齿轮(4),每个中间过渡齿轮(4)上都设置有一根伸出到密封腔体(1)外的过渡轴(5),位于腔体外部分的过渡轴上套有密封罩壳(6),还包括带有连接端(7)的从动轴(8),从动轴(8)的数量和过渡轴(5)数量相等并且使连接端空套在密封罩壳(6)外,每根所述从动轴(8)的末端安装有与中间过渡齿轮(4)直径相等的被动齿轮(9),被动齿轮(9)的中心处有与主动齿轮(3)同轴设置的从动齿轮(10),所述从动齿轮(10)的中心安装有动力输出轴(11)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,其特征在于:所述密封腔体(1)内设置有用于支撑各根过渡轴(5)的轴承。
3.按照权利要求1所述的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,其特征在于:每根所述从动轴(8)上均设置有轴承。
4.按照权利要求1所述的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,其特征在于:所述密封罩壳(6)通过密封圈安装在密封腔体(1)的外端面上。
5.按照权利要求1所述的高压流体磁联密封传动结构,其特征在于:所述过渡轴(5),从动轴(8)均为强磁体。
