Abstract

本发明涉及布料分切装置，特别涉及一种自动热切分条装置。本发明是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种自动热切分条装置，包括卷取辊、用于切割布料的切刀、能够电加热所述切刀的电热器，该种自动热切分条装置还包括能够实时检测所述卷取辊转速的角度编码器、能够实时接收所述角度编码器的转速信号从而控制所述电热器调整作用于所述切刀的输出电流以调整切刀温度的控制器。本发明切刀的温度可以根据卷取辊的转速而调整，从而使分切出来的边柔软且直。

技术领域
本发明涉及布料分切装置，特别涉及一种自动热切分条装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的热切分条装置，如授权公告号CN201671002U的实用新型专利所公开的一种热切分条机，包括切刀架、切刀及传动辊，织物沿传动辊辊面送进并由切刀将其弹性压紧在传动辊辊面上进行切割。
 在使用中，若织物为印花布料或商标带，传动辊的转速变化一般是由控制器针对相应印花布料或商标带事先编码好，因此，传动辊的转速会随织物表面变化而改变，如在遇到印花部分或变厚部分时，降低传动辊转动速度；然而现有技术中的热切分条装置，其切刀温度恒定，因而，分切出来的边存在硬且不直的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动热切分条装置，其切刀的温度可以根据卷取辊的转速而调整，从而使分切出来的边柔软且直。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种自动热切分条装置，包括卷取辊、用于切割布料的切刀、能够电加热所述切刀的电热器，该种自动热切分条装置还包括能够实时检测所述卷取辊转速的角度编码器、能够实时接收所述角度编码器的转速信号从而控制所述电热器调整作用于所述切刀的输出电流以调整切刀温度的控制器。
作为本发明的优选，所述卷取辊下方还设有熨烫板。
作为本发明的优选，所述角度编码器包括接触于所述卷取辊从而由所述卷取辊带动转动的刻度盘。 
综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明结构简单，易于实施；控制器通过角度编码器实时获得卷取辊的转动速度，从而调整电热器对切刀的输出电流以调整刀温；角度编码器采用了双核CPU来处理编码器的差分信号，实时处理编码器信号以判断卷取棍的速度；同时还可以检测电热器中发热丝的好坏，若损坏则可以报警；由于刀温随卷取辊速度的变化而得到调整，从而实现柔软且直。

实施例：一种自动热切分条装置，如图1所示，包括能够根据布料表面变化实时调整转速的卷取辊1、设于机架上用于切割布料的切刀2、能够电加热切刀2的电热器3、能够实时检测卷取辊1转速的角度编码器4、能够实时接收角度编码器4的转速信号从而控制电热器3调整作用于切刀2的输出电流以调整切刀2温度的控制器5；卷取辊1下方还设有熨烫板6，熨烫板6的温度也受控制器5调整，一般在120度左右；角度编码器4包括接触于卷取辊1从而由卷取辊1带动转动的刻度盘41；卷取辊1一般为橡胶辊。

Claims (3)

1.一种自动热切分条装置，包括卷取辊（1）、用于切割布料的切刀（2）、能够电加热所述切刀（2）的电热器（3），其特征在于，该种自动热切分条装置还包括能够实时检测所述卷取辊（1）转速的角度编码器（4）、能够实时接收所述角度编码器（4）的转速信号从而控制所述电热器（3）调整作用于所述切刀（2）的输出电流以调整切刀（2）温度的控制器（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动热切分条装置，其特征在于，所述卷取辊（1）下方还设有熨烫板（6）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动热切分条装置，其特征在于，所述角度编码器（4）包括接触于所述卷取辊（1）从而由所述卷取辊（1）带动转动的刻度盘（41）。
