Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂。慢性盆腔炎属中医带下、腹痛、发热、瘕范畴。病因为外感湿毒，热毒入侵，壅滞于胞宫，气血运行不畅，不通则痛，营卫不和而发热，湿热下注则带多，气血凝滞聚而成为瘕脓肿。为此，本发明选择中药蝉翼藤、绵枣儿、牡丹皮、紫参、竹节七、小血藤、荔枝核、独行千里、凌霄花、垂盆草，水煎成汤剂，经我院临床试验，痊愈率、总有效率分别达到68.9％和96.7％，均优于对照组，值得临床应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂。
背景技术
盆腔炎是妇科常见病、多发病。急性者治疗不当可转变为慢性，具有病程长，治愈率低，复发率高的特点，严重危害妇女身心健康，甚至影响生育，目前西医在治疗上采用抗菌谱广，对需氧菌和厌氧菌都有杀灭作用的广谱抗生素，长此以往造成细菌的耐药，导致治疗效果欠佳，而且长期使用抗生素可产生各种并发症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂。慢性盆腔炎属中医带下、腹痛、发热、瘕范畴。病因为外感湿毒，热毒入侵，壅滞于胞宫，气血运行不畅，不通则痛，营卫不和而发热，湿热下注则带多，气血凝滞聚而成为瘕脓肿。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：蝉翼藤15-20份、绵枣儿10-15份、牡丹皮7-10份、紫参12-16份、竹节七15-18份、小血藤8-17份、荔枝核11-15份、独行千里3-5份、凌霄花12-20份、垂盆草15-19份。
优选的，蝉翼藤18份、绵枣儿13份、牡丹皮9份、紫参14份、竹节七17份、小血藤12份、荔枝核13份、独行千里4份、凌霄花 16份、垂盆草15份。
制备方法按传统的制备方法，水煎制成汤剂。
方中：蝉翼藤、绵枣儿、牡丹皮活血化瘀，消肿止痛，清热利尿，凉血；紫参、竹节七清热解毒，活血理气，利水消肿，止血；小血藤、荔枝核行气止痛，活血散瘀，行气散结，散寒止痛；独行千里、凌霄花破血散瘀，消肿止痛，舒筋活血，通经；垂盆草清热利湿，解毒。
临床资料
1、一般资料选择2008年12月至2009年12月在本科门诊就诊的慢性盆腔炎患者180例。诊断标准：有下腹部坠胀、疼痛及腰骶部酸痛，白带增多；有的患者有月经不调或不孕史；妇科检查见子宫后位，活动差，有压痛，一侧或双侧附件增厚有压痛或呈条索状增粗，或有包块、压痛；经B超及实验室检查排除盆腔恶性肿瘤及子宫内膜异位症。将180例随机分为两组：治疗组90例，年龄20～50岁(平均34.5岁)，病程3个月～13年(平均3.5年)；对照组90例，年龄21～55岁(平均35.0岁)，病程4个月～12年(平均4.6年)；两组病例年龄、病程差异无显著性(P＞0.05)。
2、疗效标准痊愈：症状消失，妇科检查示附件无增厚压痛及包块，B超检查提示盆腔正常；显效：症状消失，妇科检查示附件增厚明显减轻、无压痛，B超检查提示附件增厚减轻或包块减小1cm以上；有效：症状明显减轻或基本消失，妇科检查示附件增厚有所减轻无压痛，B超检查提示附件增厚减轻或包块略缩小；无效：治疗前后症状体征等无改变。
3、治疗方法治疗组患者服用本发明所述的中药制剂，即称取蝉翼藤18g、绵枣儿13g、牡丹皮9g、紫参14g、竹节七17g、小血藤12g、荔枝核13g、独行千里4g、凌霄花16g、垂盆草15g，水煎制成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚二次服用。对照组患者在月经期用青霉素类、头孢类或喹诺酮类抗生素加甲硝唑或替硝唑，静脉滴注，两组均7d为1个疗程，连用三个疗程。
4、治疗结果两组治疗三个疗程后疗效比较见表1。

两组比较，治疗组的痊愈率、总有效率，明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取蝉翼藤18g、绵枣儿13g、牡丹皮9g、紫参14g、竹节七17g、小血藤12g、荔枝核13g、独行千里4g、凌霄花16g、垂盆草15g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
实施例二：称取蝉翼藤20g、绵枣儿15g、牡丹皮7g、紫参12g、竹节七18g、小血藤8g、荔枝核15g、独行千里5g、凌霄花12g、垂盆草19g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
实施例三：称取蝉翼藤15g、绵枣儿10g、牡丹皮10g、紫参16g、竹节七15g、小血藤17g、荔枝核11g、独行千里3g、凌霄花20g、垂盆草15g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：蝉翼藤15-20份、绵枣儿10-15份、牡丹皮7-10份、紫参12-16份、竹节七15-18份、小血藤8-17份、荔枝核11-15份、独行千里3-5份、凌霄花12-20份、垂盆草15-19份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成蝉翼藤18份、绵枣儿13份、牡丹皮9份、紫参14份、竹节七17份、小血藤12份、荔枝核13份、独行千里4份、凌霄花16份、垂盆草15份。
