一种治疗痛风的中药组合物。本发明涉及一种中药组合物。本发明的目的是以中医理论为依据，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10‑20份、丹参5‑15份、黄芪10‑20份、薄荷10‑20份、芍药15‑25份、甘草3‑9份、丁香10‑20份、花椒15‑25份、大枣10‑20份、牛膝15‑25份、陈皮5‑15份、佛手10‑20份、莪术5‑15份、山药10‑20份、良姜15‑25份、竹叶10‑20份、麻黄10‑20份、葛根15‑25份、淫羊藿10‑20份、薄荷5‑15份、鸡血藤5‑15份、吴茱萸15‑25份、柴胡15‑25份、细辛5‑15份。该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，具体地说，是一种用于治疗痛风的中药组合物。
背景技术
痛风是由于瞟呤代谢紊乱，血尿酸增高，导致尿酸结晶沉积在关节及皮下组织而致的一种疾病。临床上以高尿酸血症、特征性急性关节炎反复发作、痛风结石形成为特点，严重者可致关节畸形及功能障碍、急性梗阻性肾病或痛风性。肾病。近年来，由于饮食结构的变化，我国痛风发病率逐年升高，痛风在我国将成为仅次于糖尿病的第二位代谢病。本病中医亦称历节、白虎历节风，属“痹病”范畴。目前，西药对此病的治疗，无论原发或继发性，除少数因药物引起者可停药而愈以外，大多缺乏病因治疗，因此难以根治。秋水仙碱和别嘌呤醇虽有特效，但毒副作用大。近年来，由于中医药治疗痛风疗效确切，方法多而毒副反应少，显示出较大的优势，而越来越受到人们的关注。因此，开发中医药有特点、疗效确切、使用方便、患者可以长期使用的药物，形成特色鲜明的中药复方制剂具有重要社会和经济意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以中医理论为依据，进而提供一种治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10-20份、丹参5-15份、黄芪10-20份、薄荷10-20份、芍药15-25份、甘草3-9份、丁香10-20份、花椒15-25份、大枣10-20份、牛膝15-25份、陈皮5-15份、佛手10-20份、莪术5-15份、山药10-20份、良姜15-25份、竹叶10-20份、麻黄10-20份、葛根15-25份、淫羊藿10-20份、薄荷5-15份、鸡血藤5-15份、吴茱萸15-25份、柴胡15-25份、细辛5-15份。
一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花15g、丹参10g、黄芪15g、薄荷15g、芍药20g、甘草6g、丁香15g、花椒20g、大枣15g、牛膝20g、陈皮10g、佛手15g、莪术10g、山药15g、良姜20g、竹叶15g、麻黄15g、葛根20g、淫羊藿15g、薄荷10g、鸡血藤10g、吴茱萸20g、柴胡20g、细辛10g。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的原料药物混合后采用常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。
组方分析：中医认为，痛风一症的根源在于风湿寒之邪伤于筋骨。但细究之，痛风之人往往下肢膝踝处肿痛剧烈，据症状必有热症，而湿寒聚于骨髓之中，经络本应寒而凝涩不通，今经络反热，乃源于木郁而热，邪热结于经络而致肿痛。故治疗时，应先平肝熄风，以解肝郁，取菊花、柴胡、薄荷、芍药平肝熄风；肝郁之源乃源于下焦水寒，中焦不振，取丁香、淫羊藿、花椒以温肾水之寒，大枣、陈皮、佛手、甘草、山药培土健中；取竹叶、麻黄、葛根、薄荷开腠理、解邪热之功逼经络之热而出；肝郁必伴有经络之淤，取丹参、牛膝、鸡血藤、莪术活血化瘀。而如前分析，经络虽现热症，实则经络乃寒而不通，此最为医家所宜忽略，故取吴茱萸、良姜、细辛、黄芪温经通脉。上述诸药合用，肝郁以解，邪热湿寒以去，经络温而畅通，水温而木畅，则膝踝之湿寒、邪热尽去，痛风一症自解。由此可见，该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明所提供的中药组合物做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花15g、丹参10g、黄芪15g、薄荷15g、芍药20g、甘草6g、丁香15g、花椒20g、大枣15g、牛膝20g、陈皮10g、佛手15g、莪术10g、山药15g、良姜20g、竹叶15g、麻黄15g、葛根20g、淫羊藿15g、薄荷10g、鸡血藤10g、吴茱萸20g、柴胡20g、细辛10g。
在本实施例中，对上述所提供的中药组合物进行了临床试验，试验如下：
试验病例共58例，其中男性45例，女性13例，年龄最小32岁，最大62岁，病程最短3个月，最长8年，以1～4年最多；其中第一跖趾关节肿痛者一侧36例，两侧22例。所有病例均通过检查，并且78例全部有血尿酸增高，所有患者排除药物及其他疾病继发。
治疗方法：
采用本实施例所提供的中药组合物按照常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。半个月为一个疗程，一般服用两个疗程，疗程结束观察疗效。期间少活动，戒酒，不进食高嘌呤食物。
疗效评定标准：
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，关节活动自如，血尿酸降至正常范围；显效：临床症状好转，关节活动灵活，血尿酸较前降低10%以上；无效：症状及实验室检查无变化。
结果：
痊愈：45例，占77.59%；
显效：10例，占17.24%；
无效：3例，占5.17%；
总有效率：94.83%。
本发明的治疗痛风的中药组合物通过临床数据分析，试验结果表明本发明的治疗痛风的中药组合物对于治疗痛风有较好的疗效，临床总有效率达94.83%。
实施例2
一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10份、丹参15份、黄芪10份、薄荷20份、芍药15份、甘草9份、丁香10份、花椒25份、大枣10份、牛膝25份、陈皮5份、佛手20份、莪术5份、山药20份、良姜15份、竹叶20份、麻黄10份、葛根25份、淫羊藿10份、薄荷15份、鸡血藤5份、吴茱萸25份、柴胡15份、细辛15份。
实施例3
一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花20份、丹参5份、黄芪20份、薄荷10份、芍药25份、甘草3份、丁香20份、花椒15份、大枣20份、牛膝15份、陈皮15份、佛手10份、莪术15份、山药10、良姜25份、竹叶10份、麻黄20份、葛根15份、淫羊藿20份、薄荷5份、鸡血藤15份、吴茱萸15份、柴胡25份、细辛5份。

1.一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花10-20份、丹参5-15份、黄芪10-20份、薄荷10-20份、芍药15-25份、甘草3-9份、丁香10-20份、花椒15-25份、大枣10-20份、牛膝15-25份、陈皮5-15份、佛手10-20份、莪术5-15份、山药10-20份、良姜15-25份、竹叶10-20份、麻黄10-20份、葛根15-25份、淫羊藿10-20份、薄荷5-15份、鸡血藤5-15份、吴茱萸15-25份、柴胡15-25份、细辛5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗痛风的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：菊花15g、丹参10g、黄芪15g、薄荷15g、芍药20g、甘草6g、丁香15g、花椒20g、大枣15g、牛膝20g、陈皮10g、佛手15g、莪术10g、山药15g、良姜20g、竹叶15g、麻黄15g、葛根20g、淫羊藿15g、薄荷10g、鸡血藤10g、吴茱萸20g、柴胡20g、细辛10g。
