Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种安装在烟草切割器的鼓上的可滑动刀片。
在烟草工业中普遍使用配有具有至少两个刀片的刀片鼓的烟草切割器。最常用的是具有直线切割刃口的刀片。被成形以切割预定长度的烟草纤维的具有共线的多个切割刃口的刀片也是已知的。
文献WO85/004616涉及切割一预定长度的烟草纤维,并提出了一种在一侧有斜面的扁平刀片设计,该刀片包括在与有斜面的表面相对的一侧上形成的凹槽。位于每两个相邻凹槽之间的小的突出部将纤维切断至某一长度,即,凹槽宽度决定被切断的纤维的最大长度,而突出部具有三角形或正方形的横截面。形成在刀片中的凹槽的长度决定刀片的寿命,刀片在操作过程中被磨快,直到刀片的斜面“被转移”至凹槽的端部水平线为止。
文献WO95/007031提出了一种配有不同厚度和不同角位置的刀的切割器鼓。该鼓配有至少一个刀,所述刀在与刀片的斜面相对的一侧包括处于如前述文档中的位置的突出部,突出部具有三角形横截面,且刀片的两端被形成为在两侧都是扁平的抓握部分。由于所描述的刀片仅可在其端部被抓握,因此需要其相应地是厚的,这会为其提供足够的阻力。
文献WO2004/080215公开了一种具有多个凹口的扁平刀片,所述凹口被设置以一长度切割纤维,刀片由靠近切割刃口的扁平按压元件支撑,这使得能够使用较薄的刀片,这是因为一部分负荷被所述按压元件所承受。在刀片中形成的贯穿凹口相对短,因此这种刀片需要更加经常的更换。按压元件包括凹口,该凹口配合刀片中的凹口。
文献WO2010/029348公开了一种扁平刀片,该扁平刀片的用于切割所需的形状是在切割器的操作期间形成的。用于在宽度方向上切断纤维的多个刃口借助于一个研磨轮被磨快,并还形成了纵向切断纤维所必需的凹口。
本发明的目的是设计一种刀片,通过使得该刀片具有大阻力并具有能够使其以与无任何凹槽的常规刀片相同的方式被抓握的形状,该刀片被提供以切割一预定长度的烟草纤维。
根据本发明,提供了一种可滑动刀片,该刀片被安装在烟草切割器鼓上,具有在边缘上倾斜以形成切割刃口的扁平板的形式,其特征在于,所述扁平板在至少一个表面上包括多个纵向凹槽,每个凹槽的深度小于或等于所述板的厚度,所述凹槽被定向为基本垂直于所述板的所述切割刃口,并被布置为以平行于所述切割刃口的至少两个系列彼此基本平行间隔开,所述凹槽以如下方式定位于连续的排中,即,使得每个凹槽的纵向轴线(X)都位于相邻排的凹槽之间的线上。
优选地,每个纵向凹槽都具有V形横截面。
替代地,每个纵向凹槽都可具有矩形横截面。
优选地,每个凹槽在所述板的表面上的轮廓都是矩形形状。
优选地,每个凹槽的深度都等于所述板的厚度。
在技术方面,根据本发明的刀片是烟草切割器的一个简单元件。该刀片将大阻力和被设计以切断一预定长度的纤维的刀片的功能相结合,这是因为其能够以其整个表面压进切割器鼓的元件中。一系列凹槽的布置确保了与具有单排长孔的刀片相比更大的阻力。

图1中示出的刀片配有a、b、c三个系列的凹槽2,具有的深度等于板1的厚度,凹槽2因此形成了具有矩形横截面的贯穿孔2,a、b、c三排孔2的位置与刃口3平行,刀片的刃口3还没有被磨快。凹槽(即,该实施例中的孔2)沿着轴线X布置,被布置成垂直于刃口3。图1仅示出了少数几个轴线X。每个后一排的孔2的轴线X都没有与前一排的孔的轴线X对齐。在图1中,b排的孔2位于a排和c排的孔2之间延伸的轴线X上。在示出的实施方案中,c排的孔2的轴线X与a排的孔2的轴线X对齐,但是在刀片的一个实施方案中,其中孔2的轴线X没有与其他任何一排的孔2的轴线X对齐的刀片的实施方案也是可行的。未磨快的刀片在安装到切割器鼓之后被磨快。结果,形成锋利的刃口4,该刃口的各个片段(fragments)的长度决定被切断的纤维的最大长度。在切割操作期间,刀片被持续磨快,这导致孔2逐渐变短。在刀片被磨平使得切割刃口到达孔的端部之后且在进一步研磨刀片期间,被切断的纤维的长度由第二排的孔2的间隔决定,然后由接下来的一排的孔的间隔决定。
图3和4中示出的刀片配有三角形横截面的a’、b’、c’三排凹槽2’,各排凹槽2’被布置为与刃口3’平行。刀片板1’的刃口3’还没有被磨快。类似于图1-2中示出的刀片,未磨快的刀片1’在被安装到切割器鼓之后被磨快,结果形成锋利的刃口4’,该刃口的各个片段的长度决定被切断的纤维的最大长度。
Claims (5)
1.一种安装在烟草切割器鼓上的可滑动刀片,具有在边缘上倾斜以形成切割刃口的扁平板的形式,其特征在于,所述扁平板(1,1’)在至少一个表面上包括多个纵向凹槽(2,2’),每个凹槽的深度都小于或等于所述板的厚度,所述凹槽被定向为基本垂直于所述板的所述切割刃口(3,3’),并被布置为以平行于所述切割刃口的至少两个系列(a,a’,b,b’,c,c’……)彼此基本平行地间隔开,所述凹槽(2,2’)以如下方式定位于连续的排中,即,使得每个凹槽的纵向轴线(X)都位于相邻排的凹槽之间的线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可滑动刀片,其特征在于,每个纵向凹槽(2,2’)都具有V形横截面。

4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的可滑动刀片,其特征在于,每个凹槽(2,2’)在所述板的表面上的轮廓都是矩形形状。
