本发明涉及包装印刷技术领域，尤其涉及一种纸盒翻边机。其包括机箱、固定于所述机箱上的工作台及控制装置，所述机箱内垂直安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆穿过所述机箱的顶部及工作台，所述工作台上设有可收缩压板机构，所述气缸的活塞杆与所述可收缩压板机构连接；所述可收缩压板机构包括压板及弧形收缩板，所述弧形收缩板的一端与所述活塞杆顶端铰接连接，另一端与所述压板铰接连接，所述弧形收缩板上设有限位块。所述可收缩压板机构上设有防护罩。本发明结构简单，操作方便，提高了纸盒翻边的生产效率，保证了产品的质量。

一种纸盒翻边机
技术领域
本发明涉及包装印刷技术领域，尤其涉及一种纸盒翻边机。
背景技术
    在包装盒生产过程中，经常涉及一种在包装盒面上开口，并将开口翻边粘合的加工工序，这种翻边结构要求使开口边缘无毛刺、美观、坚固。一般这种待翻边盒已经由模切工序将盒面开矩形口，并在矩形口边缘压好翻边折痕，但在翻边工序主要是靠人工处理，其工作过程是：通过人工翻折，再涂胶后将翻边翻转压贴到盒面上，保持一段时间固化完成。这种人工操作，不仅加工过程繁琐，而且由于手工力度不足，压合不紧，达不到质量要求，此外工人在操作过程中，手指容易疲劳，无法持续作业，工作效率低。因此亟需一种结构简单，操作方便，可自动翻边压合的纸盒翻边机。
 
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的不足，提供一种操作简单，节省人力物力，且提高生产效率和产品质量的纸盒翻边机。    
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：
一种纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，包括机箱、固定于所述机箱上的工作台及控制装置，所述机箱内垂直安装有气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆穿过所述机箱的顶部及工作台，所述工作台上设有可收缩压板机构，所述气缸的活塞杆与所述可收缩压板机构连接；所述可收缩压板机构包括压板及弧形收缩板，所述弧形收缩板的一端与所述活塞杆顶端铰接连接，另一端与所述压板铰接连接，所述弧形收缩板上设有限位块。。
进一步，所述工作台上还设有模板，所述模板上设有压槽。 
进一步，所述可收缩压板机构上设有防护罩。
进一步，所述控制装置包括设于所述机箱内的电磁阀、及设于所述机箱外的时间继电器及启停按钮。
本发明的有益效果是：通过气缸带动压合板，并通过控制装置控制气缸的动作，实现纸盒翻边粘合的半自动化，在可收缩压板机构上设置防护罩，以保护待压合产品在套装到工作台上时边缘不被损坏，本发明结构简单，操作方便，提高了纸盒翻边的生产效率，保证了产品的质量。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述，所举实例只用于解释本发明，并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1～图4所示，一种纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，包括机箱1、固定于所述机箱1上的工作台2及控制装置，所述机箱1内垂直安装有气缸11，所述气缸11的活塞杆14穿过所述机箱1的顶部及工作台2，所述工作台2上设有可收缩压板机构，所述气缸11的活塞杆14与所述可收缩压板机构连接；所述可收缩压板机构包括压板5及弧形收缩板10，所述弧形收缩板10的一端与所述活塞杆14顶端铰接连接，另一端与所述压板5铰接连接，所述弧形收缩板10上设有限位块12。
所述工作台2上还设有模板3，所述模板3上设有压槽6。 所述压槽6与所加工纸盒15的翻边15-1尺寸相适配。压合不同的产品可以更换配套的压合配件，比如说弧形收缩板10、模板3及压板5等。
所述可收缩压板机构上通过防护罩支架13安装有防护罩4。
所述控制装置包括设于所述机箱1内的电磁阀9、及设于所述机箱1外的时间继电器8及启停按钮7。
本发明的工作过程是，在一个工作过程开始时，气缸11的活塞杆14顶起，所述可收缩压板机构靠压板5的重力自然收缩，把待翻边纸盒15穿过防护罩4放置在所述模板3上，在相应翻边15-1位置涂胶，按启动按钮7，气缸11的活塞下拉，所述压板5的下部首先压在纸盒15边缘，然后随着活塞杆14的下移压板5与所述翻边15-1一起翻转，当压板5达到水平位置时，所述限位块12使弧形收缩板10限位不再扩张，则活塞的拉力直接作用在纸盒15的翻边15-1上进行压合，并通过所述时间继电器8按预设定延时一段时间，待翻边15-1充分粘合后，活塞杆14上升，压板5抬起，人工取出纸盒15，整个操作过程结束。

1.一种纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，包括机箱（1）、固定于所述机箱（1）上的工作台（2）及控制装置，所述机箱（1）内垂直安装有气缸（11），所述气缸（11）的活塞杆（14）穿过所述机箱（1）的顶部及工作台（2），所述工作台（2）上设有可收缩压板机构，所述气缸（11）的活塞杆（14）与所述可收缩压板机构连接；所述可收缩压板机构包括压板（5）及弧形收缩板（10），所述弧形收缩板（10）的一端与所述活塞杆（14）顶端铰接连接，另一端与所述压板（5）铰接连接，所述弧形收缩板（10）上设有限位块（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，所述工作台（2）上还设有模板（3），所述模板（3）上设有压槽（6）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，所述可收缩压板机构上设有防护罩（4）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纸盒翻边机，其特征在于，所述控制装置包括设于所述机箱（1）内的电磁阀（9）、及设于所述机箱（1）外的时间继电器（8）及启停按钮（7）。
