本发明涉及一种耐磨冲压模具,属于金属冲压技术领域。该模具包括相对设置的上模座和下模座,所述上模座上设有凸模,所述下模座上设有凹模,所述凸模上设有用于冲压成型件压边的压板,所述凹模的表面均匀密布有陶瓷颗粒,所述陶瓷颗粒的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层。该模具具有较好的刚性,并具有较好的耐冲击强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨冲压模具,属于金属冲压技术领域。
背景技术
机械加工中的冲压加工在国民经济的加工工业中占有重要的地位。钣金件的应用领域极其广泛,深入到制造业的各个方面,板材成形主要通过冲压模具来实现。采用冲压工艺,具有精度高、效率高、质量好、节约成本、节约材料和能源等一系列优点。
对于冲压成型的模具,一般需要具有很好的刚性以及耐冲击强度,在反复的冲击下,模具不易产生裂纹或者变形。传统的冲压模具大多采用不锈钢或者合金钢作为材料,但是这种模具在高强度的反复冲击下,容易发生高温氧化,使模具的表面质量变差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对现有冲压成型模具的不足,提出一种耐磨冲压模具,该模具具有较好的刚性和较好的耐冲击强度。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种耐磨冲压模具,包括相对设置的上模座和下模座,所述上模座上设有凸模,所述下模座上设有凹模,所述凸模上设有用于冲压成型件压边的压板,所述凹模的表面均匀密布有陶瓷颗粒,所述陶瓷颗粒的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层;所述陶瓷颗粒的直径为0.1mm-0.4mm,所述树脂层刚好完全覆盖陶瓷颗粒。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:所述陶瓷颗粒与凹模的表面胶接。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明的耐磨冲压模具在凹模的表面均匀密布陶瓷颗粒,利用陶瓷颗粒优异的耐磨性能,大大增强了模具的耐磨性,并在陶瓷颗粒的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层,可以提高模具的耐冲击强度。因此本发明提高了模具的耐磨强度和使用寿命,能够有效地减少模具的更换频率,从而降低了生产成本。

实施例
本实施例的耐磨冲压模具如图1所示,包括相对设置的上模座1和下模座2,上模座1上设有凸模3,下模座2上设有凹模4。凸模3上设有用于冲压成型件压边的压板6,在凹模4的表面均匀密布有陶瓷颗粒5,陶瓷颗粒5的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层(图中未示出)。
本实施例中陶瓷颗粒5与凹模4的表面胶接。
本实施例的耐磨冲压模具在凹模4的表面均匀密布陶瓷颗粒5,利用陶瓷颗粒5优异的耐磨性能,大大增强了模具的耐磨性,并在陶瓷颗粒5的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层,可以提高模具的耐冲击强度。因此本实施例提高了模具的耐磨强度和使用寿命,能够有效地减少模具的更换频率,从而降低了生产成本。
作为优选的方案,陶瓷颗粒5的直径为0.1mm-0.4mm,树脂层刚好完全覆盖陶瓷颗粒5。
本发明的耐磨冲压模具不局限于上述各实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种耐磨冲压模具,包括相对设置的上模座和下模座,所述上模座上设有凸模,所述下模座上设有凹模,所述凸模上设有用于冲压成型件压边的压板,其特征在于:所述凹模的表面均匀密布有陶瓷颗粒,所述陶瓷颗粒的表面均匀涂覆有树脂层;所述陶瓷颗粒的直径为0.1mm-0.4mm,所述树脂层刚好完全覆盖陶瓷颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨冲压模具,其特征在于:所述陶瓷颗粒与凹模的表面胶接。
