技术领域
一般而言，本发明涉及用于饮品或其他流体物质的容器，更具体地说，涉及一种具有多个可重新密封的腔室的容器，所述腔室用于保持不同饮品、液体或其他流体。
背景技术
对于在混合之前必须将要混合在一起的两种或多种产品分开保存的情况，为了将不同产品封装在具有用于每种产品的分离腔室或隔间的单个容器中而不是将不同产品封装在一些独立容器中已进行了某些尝试。可以有利地以此方式封装的产品包括如酒精饮品和混合物之类的不同类型的饮品，例如威士忌酒和苏打、杜松子酒和奎宁水、伏特加和果汁，以及非酒精类饮品。这种封装不仅对消费者很方便，而且还能确保产品以正确比例组合。
具有用于保持不同产品的分离腔室的饮品罐和其他容器的示例披露于美国专利号311,415、1,817,562、4,077,538、5,335,813、5,492,244和5,992,677以及公开号为2003/0189046、2005/0077316、2006/0065660、2007/0241114、2008/0054002和2009/0272747的美国专利申请中。这些容器一般都不包括一旦开启腔室后能重新密封所述腔室的结构。
发明内容
一般而言，本发明的目的是提供一种新颖和改进的容器，其具有多个用于保持不同饮品、液体或其他流体的腔室。本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有上述特征的容器，其能克服迄今为止所提供的容器的局限性和不足。
根据本发明，通过提供一种用于饮品、液体和其他流体物质的容器可以实现本发明的这些和其他目的，该容器包括：多个密封的腔室；所述腔室的共面壁中的密封开口；固定盖板，其具有与密封开口对齐的开口；开启机构，其可运动地安装在盖板上，以便可选择地与用于壁中开口的密封件接合；和选择片，其与开启机构可操作地连接，选择片中的开口可运动成与腔室壁和盖板中的开口对齐和不对齐。

具体实施方式
附图中示出的本发明与饮品容器有关，所述饮品容器的形式为普遍用于封装饮品（例如软饮料、功能饮料和啤酒）类的饮料罐11。该罐通常由铝制成，且具有由圆柱形侧壁13界定的内部腔室或隔间12、圆形底壁14和圆形顶壁16。
第二腔室或隔间17形成在罐内、顶壁16的下侧上。第二隔间具有小于较大隔间的相应壁的直径的圆柱形侧壁18和圆形底壁19。两个隔间彼此密封，且在所示出的实施例中，腔室壁18、19与顶壁16整体地形成。两个腔室的相对尺寸由将要储存于其内的饮品决定。例如，对于12盎司罐中的混合饮料，小隔间可具有与小烈性酒（shot）杯容积相应的容积，小烈性酒杯的容积通常约为1.5流液盎司（fluid ounces）。
通过顶壁16中的密封开口16a、16b提供接近两个隔间的入口。这些开口具有由开罐边划线23、24限定的可移位的舌部或瓣部21、22，当通过开启机构接合时，顶壁将沿开罐边划线分离或破裂。
外部顶壁或盖板26定位在顶壁16上方，其具有与内部顶壁中的密封开口16a、16b中的相应一个对齐的开口26a、26b。通过卷边或其他合适的方式，两个顶壁周边地附接并密封于罐的侧壁13的上部部分。
阀构件或圆盘27可旋转地安装在两个顶壁或片之间，与内部顶壁的上侧密封接合。阀构件具有开口28，可使该开口运动成与顶壁中的开口16a、26a和16b、26b对齐和不对齐。阀构件的直径略小于顶壁的直径，且以将它们的周边夹紧在一起的方式通过施加在顶壁上的力使它们保持密封接合。
拉片31安装在外部顶壁26的上侧，用于打破开口26、26b上的密封，以提供接近两个隔间内饮品的入口。拉片可操作地连接至阀构件27，以便旋转阀构件，而使开口与顶壁中的开口对齐和不对齐。在所示的实施例中，拉片通过铆钉32附接至阀构件，所述铆钉与阀构件整体形成且自由地通过略大于外部顶壁中的直径的中心安装孔33。拉片直接定位在阀构件中的开口上方，并通过外部顶壁和阀构件中的开口接近内部顶壁中的密封开口。因此，拉片既起用于两个隔间的开启机构的作用，又起用于阀构件的把手的作用。
图3-7中示出了容器的操作和使用情况。图3示出了处于关闭位置的情况，拉片31被表明为离开开口16a、16b，阀开口28与两个顶壁中的开口不对齐。此位置是在两个隔间的一个或二者已被打开之前和之后的两种情况中已充灌的容器被运送和存储的位置。
为了打开主隔间，将拉片31旋转到与开口26a对齐，如图4所示，从而使阀开口28与主隔间上方的密封开口16a和开口26a对齐。在拉片如此定位的情况下，向上拉动外端部分使拉片的内端转动通过开口26a和阀开口28，与密封瓣部21接合，使内部顶壁沿开罐边划线23破裂并使瓣部向下枢转为使开口未密封，如图5所示。如果已经打开了较小的、烈性酒隔间，阀构件将密封开口16b，以便在主隔间打开的同时在该隔间中保持任何剩余的内盛物。
通过使拉片31与开口26b对准而打开烈性酒隔间17，如图6所示，从而使阀开口28与主隔间上方的密封开口16b和开口26b对齐。此时向上拉动外端部分使拉片的内端转动通过开口26b和阀开口28而与密封瓣部22接合，使内部顶壁沿开罐边划线24破裂并使瓣部向下枢转以使开口未密封，如图7所示。如果已经打开了主隔间，阀构件将密封开口16a以便在主隔间打开的同时保持该隔间中任何剩余的内盛物。
若已经打开了一个或两个隔间，可使拉片和阀构件返回至图3所示的关闭位置，以重新密封这些隔间并防止它们之间的泄漏。
本发明具有一些重要特征和优点。其提供了一种具有用于不同的饮品和其他流体产品的多个独立的、密封的隔间的容器，该容器还具有选择性地打开和重新密封不同隔间的结构。尽管本发明已经示出了涉及具有两个独立隔间的饮品罐，如果需要，这种容器可以具有更多隔间。
把两种或多种将要混合在一起的产品封装在具有独立隔间的单个容器内不仅比把每一产品分开封装更方便。它还能确保产品以正确的比例组合，而且对于减少不得不处置的容器的数量而言，对环境是有利的。
显然，从前面的描述可以看出，本发明提供了一种具有分开腔室的新颖的改进型容器。尽管本说明书中仅详细描述了某些优选实施例，显然，对所属领域技术人员而言，在不超出由所附权利要求限定的范围的前提下，可以作出某些变换和改型。

Claims (16)

1.一种饮品容器，包括：共用内部顶壁的多个密封的腔室；腔室上方内部顶壁中的密封开口；外部顶壁，其具有与内部顶壁中的开口对准的开口；可旋转的圆盘，其与内部顶壁密封接合，可以选择地使圆盘中的开口与顶壁中的开口对准和不对准；开启机构，其可枢转地安装在外部顶壁上，用于选择性地与腔室上方的开口对准；以及使开启机构和圆盘相互连接的结构，致使圆盘随开启机构旋转且圆盘中的开口与开启机构所对准的开口对准。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器，其中，所述可旋转的圆盘被定位在顶壁之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的容器，其中，所述内部顶壁和外部顶壁的直径大于所述圆盘，且与该圆盘的周边联接在一起。
4.如权利要求1所述的容器，其中，所述开启机构和圆盘通过铆钉连接在一起，该铆钉与圆盘整体形成，自由地穿过外部顶壁，且附接至开启机构。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器，其中，所述密封开口由开罐边划线界定，内部顶壁在通过开启机构接合时沿所述开罐边划线分开。
6.如权利要求1所述的容器，其中，第一腔室具有直径与顶壁的直径基本相同的圆柱形侧壁，第二腔室具有直径小于第一腔室的圆柱形侧壁的直径的圆柱形侧壁。
7.一种饮品罐，包括：第一密封腔室，其具有圆柱形侧壁、顶壁和底壁；第二密封腔室，其形成在第一密封腔室中邻接顶壁；第一和第二密封开口，其处于顶壁中各个腔室的上方；外壁，其周边地附接至顶壁且具有与顶壁中的开口对齐的开口；被定位在顶壁和外壁之间的可旋转圆盘，圆盘中具有开口，可使圆盘中的开口运动成与壁中的开口对齐和不对齐；开启机构，其可枢转地安装在外壁上，且可操作地连接至圆盘，以使圆盘中的开口与壁中的和开启机构对准的开口对齐。
8.如权利要求7所述的饮品罐，其中，可旋转的圆盘与顶壁的上侧密封接合，并防止密封开口被打开后内盛物在腔室之间泄漏。
9.如权利要求7所述的饮品罐，其中，当开启机构通过外壁和圆盘中的开口接合时，由开罐边划线界定的密封开口沿所述开罐边划线与顶壁分开。
10.如权利要求7所述的饮品罐，其中，所述开启机构和圆盘由穿过外壁的铆钉连接在一起。
11.一种用于饮品、液体和其他流体物质的容器，包括：多个密封的腔室；所述腔室的共面壁中的密封开口；固定盖板，其具有与密封开口对齐的开口；开启机构，其可运动地安装在盖板上，以便可选择地与用于壁中开口的密封件接合；和选择片，其与开启机构可操作地连接，选择片中的开口可运动成与腔室壁和盖板中的开口对齐和不对齐。
12.如权利要求11所述的容器，其中，所述选择片被定位在盖板和共面的壁之间。
13.如权利要求11所述的容器，其中，所述选择片与密封开口周围的共面的壁密封地接合。
