一种叶轮增压气垫船
技术领域
本发明属于一种在水面航行的船,尤其涉及一种带有叶轮增压功能的气垫船及其制造方法。
背景技术
气垫船是利用高压空气在船底和水面/地面间形成气垫,使船体全部或部分垫升而实现高速航行的船;气垫是用大功率鼓风机将空气压入船底下,由船底周围的柔性围裙或刚性侧壁等气封装置限制其逸出而形成的;由于气垫作用使其离开水面/地面而漂浮,船身和水面/地面的摩擦力几乎为零,因此具有独特的两栖性和较好的快速性。采用空气螺旋桨,利用气体的横向反作用力,使船身得以前、后、左、右运动,气垫船是一种运用气垫技术来减少阻力、提高速率的新型交通输具。而空气螺旋桨风机吹出的空气推动后面的空气形成反作用力使船体前进,但是因为风机吹风口小,直接吹空气的阻力也小,因此造成动力浪费,导致速度慢等缺陷。
发明内容
为了改进上述缺陷,本发明设计了一种让空气螺旋桨风机吹向叶轮,而大面积的叶片增大空气阻力的方式,从而达到增加反作用力,提高气垫船行驶速度的效果。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种叶轮增压气垫船,包括船体,其特征在于空气螺旋桨风机后部设有叶轮,叶轮轴设置在船体两侧向后伸出的支架上,数个叶片固定在叶轮轴上,风机吹动叶片旋转,叶片与后面的空气形成反作用力,气垫船前进。
进一步的,所述的叶轮轴与风机的下出风口平行,这样设置,旋转到下部的叶片在船体的遮挡下空气阻力小。
所述的叶轮轴上设有数个叶片,叶片与风机的出风口等高,面积是出风口的两倍。
所述的叶轮增压气垫船的制造方法,其特征包括如下步骤:提供船体,在空气螺旋桨风机后部设置叶轮,叶轮轴设置在船体两侧向后伸出的支架上,叶轮轴与风机的下出风口平行,叶轮轴上设有数个叶片,叶片与风机的出风口等高,面积是出风口的两倍,风机吹动叶片旋转,叶片与后面的空气形成反作用力,气垫船前进。
本发明的优点是
因为在同等转速下风机吹叶片比直接吹空气的阻力大,所以反作用力加大,使气垫船的速度加快,既可以节约燃料、提高速度还可以节省时间,本发明具有不改变气垫船作为两栖使用的特点。

实施例:如图1、2、3、4所示,一种叶轮增压气垫船,包括船体1,其特征在于空气螺旋桨风机2后部设有叶轮3,叶轮轴4设置在船体1两侧向后伸出的支架5上,数个叶片固定在叶轮轴4上,风机2吹动叶片旋转,叶片与后面的空气形成反作用力,气垫船前进。
进一步的,所述的叶轮轴4与风机2的下出风口平行,这样设置,旋转到下部的叶片在船体1的遮挡下空气阻力小。
所述的叶轮轴4上设有数个叶片,叶片与风机2的出风口等高,面积是出风口的两倍。
所述的叶轮增压气垫船的制造方法,其特征包括如下步骤:提供船体1,在空气螺旋桨风机2后部设置叶轮3,叶轮轴4设置在船体1两侧向后伸出的支架5上,叶轮轴4与风机2的下出风口平行,叶轮轴7上设有数个叶片,叶片与风机2的出风口等高,面积是出风口的两倍,风机2吹动叶片旋转,叶片与后面的空气形成反作用力,气垫船前进。
本发明的叶轮增压气垫船,在行驶时,由于风机吹向比原出风口大两倍面积的叶片上,大的叶片与后面的空气阻力加大,从而形成反作用力增大,因此具有节约燃料、提高速度的优势,还可以节省时间。

1.一种叶轮增压气垫船,包括船体,在空气螺旋桨风机后部设有叶轮,其特征在于,叶轮轴设置在船体两侧向后伸出的支架上,数个叶片固定在叶轮轴上,风机吹动叶片旋转,叶片与后面的空气形成反作用力,气垫船前进;所述的叶轮轴与风机的下出风口平行;所述的叶轮轴上设有数个叶片,叶片与风机的出风口等高,面积是出风口的两倍。
