背景技术
无论是长纤维或短纤维，在各种加工过程中，往往由于摩擦产生静电效应，造成丝束中单丝断裂而形成毛丝，因此，也需要使用油剂以改善纤维的抱合力，防止静电作用，并增加平滑性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，提供一种纤维用油剂。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取了如下的技术方案：
一种纤维用油剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
丙烯酸甲酯：10～20，山梨酸：3～5，甘油：9～16，
聚乙烯醇：2～8，碳酸氢铵：1～3，过硫酸铵：1～3，
十二烷基苯磺酸钠：1～3，水：100～200。
所述的纤维用油剂制备工艺为：按配比，将各组分混合后，搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有能使纤维有良好的平滑性和柔软性、耐热性好、不挥发等有益效果。
