本发明涉及一种耐热性纺织纤维用油剂。
背景技术
纺织纤维一般而言直径细到几微米或几十微米,而长度比细度大许多倍的物质称为纤维,其中长度达几十毫米以上并具有一定的强度、可挠曲性或具有一定的包缠性、服用性或工业、产业用性能、可生产纺织制品。在其各种加工过程中,要使用油剂。油剂可以减少羊毛纤维之间及纤维与机器的摩擦,增加纤维问的平滑性和集束性,消除静电,以满足纺丝拉伸和后加工工序的要求,提高产品质量及成品率。随着纺织品种类的最多,对油剂的要求越来越严格,不但要合理控制成本,对其性能也提出了更多新的要求。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种耐热性纺织纤维用油剂,具有很好的防止静电作用,有效改善了纤维的抱合力,耐热性极佳,能够有效减少摩擦,而且施工简便可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是,一种耐热性纺织纤维用油剂,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
油酰氨基酸钠1.5-2.5份,氢氧化钠6-10份,1,2-双(2-氨基苯氧基)-乙烷-N,N,N`,N`-四乙酸四钠盐7-16份,大豆脂肪酸乙氧基化物3-8份,聚乙烯醇4-7份,丙烯酸甲酯8-15份,甲基二异氰酸酯10-22份,月桂基甜菜碱6-9份,二乙二醇5-7份,乙酸3-6份,抗氧化剂2-4份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷5-9份,环氧促进剂DMP-302-4份,甘油3-6份。

油酰氨基酸钠2份,氢氧化钠8份,1,2-双(2-氨基苯氧基)-乙烷-N,N,N`,N`-四乙酸四钠盐12份,大豆脂肪酸乙氧基化物4.5份,聚乙烯醇5.5份,丙烯酸甲酯11份,甲基二异氰酸酯16份,月桂基甜菜碱7.5份,二乙二醇6份,乙酸4.5份,抗氧化剂3份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷7份,环氧促进剂DMP-303份,甘油4.5份。
