Abstract

本发明公开了一种刮板取料机的刮板装置，包括支架及固定在支架上的衬板，该刮板装置底部设置有一排耙齿，所述耙齿向下方突出于所述衬板的底面，所述支架的顶部中间位置设有导轮装置。本发明将衬板材质改为尼龙，并增加了耙齿。经生产实践检验，由于将衬板材质改为尼龙，并增加了耙齿，起到了松料作用，粘料现象得到了极大的改善。同时由于增加了导轮装置，运行过程中不再出现跑偏现象，链条及刮板的使用寿命大幅提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及刮板取料机的刮板装置。
背景技术
侧式刮板取料机在料场上方由卸料小车按规定方式堆成标准堆料后按预定的程序分层取料，达到再次均化的功效。
侧式刮板取料机的关键部件之一是刮板装置，原有技术方案衬板材料为Q235A，重量重，并且粘性辅助原料容易粘在衬板上，降低了效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种刮板取料机的刮板装置，避免粘性辅助原料粘在衬板上。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种刮板取料机的刮板装置，包括支架及固定在支架上的衬板，其特征在于：该刮板装置底部设置有一排耙齿，所述耙齿向下方突出于所述衬板的底面。
优选的，所述衬板为一块矩形的尼龙板。
优选的，所述耙齿为平行四边形结构。松料效果好。
优选的，所述支架包括横截面呈L形的支架板，所述衬板安装于支架板背部。
优选的，所述支架板内侧设有一排肋板进行支撑。增加支架的强度。
优选的，所述支架板顶部左右两侧设有等腰梯形的突出部。
优选的，所述支架顶部中间位置设有导轮装置。
本发明将衬板材质改为尼龙，并增加了耙齿。经生产实践检验，由于将衬板材质改为尼龙，并增加了耙齿，起到了松料作用，粘料现象得到了极大的改善。同时由于增加了导轮装置，运行过程中不再出现跑偏现象，链条及刮板的使用寿命大幅提高，受到业主一致好评。

具体实施方式
图1至图3示出了刮板取料机的刮板装置的具体结构，其包括支架1及固定在支架上的衬板2，该刮板装置底部设置有一排耙齿3，所述耙齿向下方突出于所述衬板的底面。所述衬板为一块矩形的尼龙板。所述耙齿为平行四边形结构。所述支架1包括横截面呈L形的支架板10，所述衬板2安装于支架板背部。所述支架板内侧设有一排肋板11进行支撑。所述支架板顶部左右两侧设有等腰梯形的突出部101。所述支架顶部中间位置设有导轮装置12。
由于将衬板材质改为尼龙，尼龙不容易沾料，另外，增加了耙齿，耙齿起到了松料作用，这样，刮板装置的粘料现象得到了极大的改善。

1.一种刮板取料机的刮板装置，包括支架（1）及固定在支架上的衬板（2），其特征在于：该刮板装置底部设置有一排耙齿（3），所述耙齿向下方突出于所述衬板的底面，所述衬板为一块矩形的尼龙板，所述耙齿为平行四边形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刮板取料机的刮板装置，其特征在于：所述支架包括横截面呈L形的支架板（10），所述衬板（2）安装于支架板背部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的刮板取料机的刮板装置，其特征在于：所述支架板内侧设有一排肋板（11）进行支撑。
4.根据权利要求3所述的刮板取料机的刮板装置，其特征在于：所述支架板顶部左右两侧设有等腰梯形的突出部（101）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的刮板取料机的刮板装置，其特征在于：所述支架顶部中间位置设有导轮装置（12）。
