Abstract

本发明提供一种双主轴的卧式数控车床,所要解决的问题是:轴数控车床一次只能加工一个零件,生产效率比较低下。本发明的要点是:床身的主轴箱基面呈倾斜面;主轴由两个相同的上主轴和下主轴平行组成,上、下主轴之间由皮带传动;电机座固定在床身上:在电机座的上面至少有两个倒T形槽轨,主电机下部有与倒T形槽轨相对应的倒T形插条,倒T形插条插入倒T形槽轨里,倒T形插条和倒T形槽轨为过盈配合,在电机座上固定调整块,调整螺栓拧入调整块上的螺孔,调整螺栓的前头顶在主电机上。本发明的积极效果是:大大提高了加工效率。

双主轴的卧式数控车床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卧式数控车床,尤其是一种可同时加工两个零件的双主轴的卧式数控车床。
背景技术
随着科学技术的飞速发展和制造技术的不断进步,机械零件的需求量越来越大。传统的单轴数控车床包括床身、主轴和主电机,在加工零件时,一次只能加工一个零件,生产效率比较低下。为了满足客户对零件需求量的不断增长,具有双主轴的卧式数控车床变得尤为重要。
发明内容
为了解决单主轴卧式数控车床数控车床存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种双主轴的卧式数控车床,以提高机床的使用效率,实现零件大批量生产。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:它包括床身、主轴和主电机,其特征是:床身的主轴箱基面(安装主轴的端面)呈倾斜面,该倾斜面与铅直面(线)的夹角不大于30°;所说的主轴由两个相同的上主轴和下主轴平行组成,上、下主轴之间由皮带传动;主电机通过皮带驱动下主轴,这样在主电机的驱动入,上、下主轴同步旋转,可同时加工两个零件;电机座固定在床身上,主电机安装在电机座上的结构是:在电机座的上面至少有两个倒T形槽轨(槽轨的断面呈倒T形),主电机下部有与倒T形槽轨相对应的倒T形插条(插条的断面呈倒T形),倒T形插条插入倒T形槽轨里,倒T形插条和倒T形槽轨为过盈配合,在电机座上固定调整块,调整螺栓拧入调整块上的螺孔,调整螺栓的前头顶在主电机上。这样旋转调整螺栓,推动主电机沿着倒T形槽轨移动,对主电机的纵向位置进行调节,进而调节主电机与下主轴之间的皮带的张紧力,以更好的提供动力。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:大大提高了加工效率,而且较同类机床以较小的外形获得了较大的内部空间,节约了场地、人力等资源。同时车床床身倾斜,相对于平床身对面放置双主轴结构,具有排屑流畅的优点。

具体实施方式
为了能更好理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细的描述。
参见图1,它包括床身1、主轴和主电机2,床身的主轴箱基面11呈倾斜面,该倾斜面与铅直面(线)的夹角为25°;所说的主轴由两个相同的上主轴4和下主轴3平行组成,上、下主轴之间由齿形皮带34传动,其中一个主轴和编码器联接,将上、下主轴的转速输入到数控系统,然后数控系统控制上、下主轴的转速,主轴采用对称结构,使热变形均匀,避免了主轴中心因此产生的偏移。同时通过对主轴轴承进行了预紧,增加了上、下主轴的刚度,具有温升低,热变形小、精度高的特点,使主轴长期工作时也能保持各项精度的相对稳定。参见图2,主电机通过皮带24驱动下主轴,这样在主电机的驱动入,上、下主轴同步旋转,配上刀架或者排刀机构的同时进给,使卧式数控车床可以同时加工两个零件,大大提高了加工效率;参见图3,电机座23固定在床身上,主电机安装在电机座上的结构是:在电机座的上面有两个倒T形槽轨26,主电机下部有与倒T形槽轨相对应的倒T形插条25,倒T形插条插入倒T形槽轨里,倒T形插条和倒T形槽轨为过盈配合,在每个倒T形槽轨及倒T形插条的上面有调整块22固定在电机座上,调整螺栓21拧入调整块上的螺孔,调整螺栓的前头顶在主电机上。这样旋转调整螺栓,推动主电机沿着倒T形槽轨移动,对主电机的纵向位置进行调节,进而调节主电机与下主轴之间的皮带的张紧力,以更好的提供动力。

1.一种双主轴的卧式数控车床,它包括床身、主轴和主电机,其特征是:床身的主轴箱基面呈倾斜面,该倾斜面与铅直面的夹角不大于30°;所说的主轴由两个相同的上主轴和下主轴平行组成,上、下主轴之间由皮带传动;主电机通过皮带驱动下主轴;电机座固定在床身上,主电机安装在电机座上的结构是:在电机座的上面至少有两个倒T形槽轨,主电机下部有与倒T形槽轨相对应的倒T形插条,倒T形插条插入倒T形槽轨里,倒T形插条和倒T形槽轨为过盈配合,在电机座上固定调整块,调整螺栓拧入调整块上的螺孔,调整螺栓的前头顶在主电机上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的双主轴的卧式数控车床,其特征是:所说的倾斜面与铅直面的夹角为25°;在电机座的上面有两个倒T形槽轨;在每个倒T形槽轨及倒T形插条的上面有调整块固定在电机座上。
