本发明属于汽车门锁技术领域，尤其涉及一种汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，汽车成为了人们日常使用的工具，人们对汽车门锁的要求也逐渐提高。目前，国内一些汽车厂商在匹配门锁时发现，单外开摇臂结构的门锁和车门内部结构会产生干涉，比如装车时，车门钣金会碰到锁体，不仅装配不便，而且无法调整到理想状态，很难实现门锁的外开启功能，客户无法对车门内部结构进行优化，造成产品开发进度延期。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构，其能够避免与车内部结构产生干涉，以解决现有技术中汽车门锁单外开摇臂结构存在的问题。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构，其包括铰接于锁体上的第一外开摇臂，其中，所述锁体的盖板上还铰接有第二外开摇臂，所述第一、二外开摇臂之间通过拉杆连接。
特别地，所述拉杆为金属拉杆。
特别地，所述第一、二外开摇臂均通过铆钉分别铰接于锁体和锁体盖板上。
特别地，所述第一外开摇臂上开设有第一连接孔，第一拉杆接头将拉杆的一端连接于第一连接孔内，所述第二外开摇臂上开设有第二连接孔，第二拉杆接头将拉杆的另一端连接于第二连接孔内。
本发明的有益效果为，与现有技术相比所述汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构在门锁的合理结构处新增第二外开摇臂，其与第一外开摇臂之间通过拉杆连接。避免了与车门内部结构产生干涉，更加合理的实现门锁的开启功能。一方面使产品横向发展，另一方面解决了客户对车门内部结构无法优化的困扰，满足客户要求。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1所示，本实施例中，一种汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构包括通过铆钉1铰接于锁体2上的第一外开摇臂3，所述锁体2的盖板4上还通过铆钉1铰接有第二外开摇臂5，所述第一外开摇臂3和第二外开摇臂5之间通过金属拉杆6连接。所述第一外开摇臂3上开设有第一连接孔，第一拉杆接头7将金属拉杆6的一端连接于第一连接孔内，所述第二外开摇臂5上开设有第二连接孔，第二拉杆接头8将金属拉杆6的另一端连接于第二连接孔内。
在运动过程中，第二外开摇臂5通过金属拉杆6带动第一外开摇臂3，从而实现门锁的外开启功能。

1.一种汽车门锁双摇臂外开结构，其包括铰接于锁体上的第一外开摇臂，其特征在于，所述锁体的盖板上还铰接有第二外开摇臂，所述第一、二外开摇臂之间通过拉杆连接，所述拉杆为金属拉杆，所述第一、二外开摇臂均通过铆钉分别铰接于锁体和锁体盖板上，所述第一外开摇臂上开设有第一连接孔，第一拉杆接头将拉杆的一端连接于第一连接孔内，所述第二外开摇臂上开设有第二连接孔，第二拉杆接头将拉杆的另一端连接于第二连接孔内。
