Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于施工机械的废气处理装置。更具体地,在用于施工机械的废气处理装置中,所述废气处理装置连接到柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器(DPF)以通过DPF将来自发动机的废气排放到外部,并包括:尾管主体,其设置有多个通风孔,所述多个通风孔穿透,使得外部空气流通过通风孔的内部,并且安装到DPF的出口;废热散逸单元,其设置有分别多个管,所述多个管分别与各个通风孔连通,并相对于尾管主体沿横向安装。各个管具有多个废气孔,所述多个废气孔沿所述管的纵向定位,并沿废气排放方向穿透。

Description

用于施工机械的废气处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于施工机械的废气处理装置。更特别地,本发明涉及一种用于施工机械的废气处理装置,其连接到柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器(DPF),以通过DPF将来自发动机的废气排放到外部,并可利用高温废气与用于导引外部空气的管之间的热交换效果来降低排至空气中的废气的温度,其具有沿排气方向的废气孔,使得多个管与形成在尾管主体上的多个通风孔连通。
背景技术
尾管是位于重型设备的消声器的后部、以导引在流通过若干部位时具有大体稳定压力的废气从而使废气排放到空气中的管。图1是图示现有技术中的尾管的立体图。如图1所示,现有技术中的尾管形状在来自DPF的热空气的温度降低方面有局限。也即,由于尾管的结构问题,故废气在废气的热未充分减少的状态下,就排放到空气中。DPF是可通过用过滤器截获从柴油机排放出的颗粒物质以燃烧所截获的颗粒物质、然后再次截获颗粒物质以继续利用所截获的颗粒物质,而将烟气浓度降低80%或更多的设备。从DPF生成的热通过尾管排放到外部。在现有技术的尾管结构中,废气的在尾管表面上的外部气流可与从管入口所吸入的外部空气换热,以实现降温效果,但废气的主气流的中心部分排放到空气中,而不与外部空气换热。在经常工作于森林区域中或气密性空间中的诸如挖掘机等施工机械的情况下,高温废气可引发火灾或燃烧发生。因此,为了工作时安全,需要废气的温度降低。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,本发明致力于解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,且本发明待实现的一个主题是提供一种尾管,其可通过使从尾管排出的废气在尾管内的整个区域上与外部空气换热,而高效地降低废气的最高温度。
技术方案
根据本发明一方面,提供一种用于施工机械的废气处理装置,所述废气处理装置连接到柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器(DPF)以通过所述柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器将来自发动机的废气排放到外部,并包括:尾管主体,所述尾管主体设置有多个通风孔,所述多个通风孔穿透地形成在所述尾管主体上以容许外部空气流通过所述通风孔,并且安装在所述柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器的出口上;废热散逸单元,所述废热散逸单元设置有多个管,所述多个管分别与所述多个通风孔连通,并沿所述尾管主体的水平方向安装;以及多个废气孔,所述多个废气孔沿所述管的纵向定位,并沿废气排放方向穿透地形成。所述尾管主体和所述管的垂直截面可呈圆形形状。优选地,沿所述管的纵向和沿所述废气排放方向设置三个或五个废气孔。优选地,在所述尾管主体的相同表面上沿水平方向设置三个管。
有益效果
根据本发明,由于从尾管排出的废气在尾管内的整个区域上与外部空气换热,因此废气的最高温度可高效地降低,且因此可防止由于工作期间的废气的高温可发生的事故。

具体实施方式
现将参照附图详述本发明的一优选实施方式。
图2是根据本发明一实施方式的尾管的立体图。参见图2,尾管包括:尾管主体100,其设置有多个通风孔110,通风孔110穿透地形成在尾管主体100上以容许外部空气流通过通风孔110,并且安装在DPF的出口上;废热散逸单元300,其设置有多个管200,所述多个管200分别与多个通风孔110连通,并沿尾管主体100的水平方向安装;以及多个废气孔210,所述多个废气孔210沿管200的纵向定位,并沿废气排放方向穿透地形成。由于管200安装为与尾管主体100的通风孔110连通,因此外部空气可容易地进入管200内。进入管200内的空气与通过沿排气方向400穿透地形成的多个废气孔的高温废气混合,从而排放到外部。通风孔110穿透地形成在尾管主体100上,以吸入通过通风孔110的外部空气。由于多个通风孔110如图2所示地设置,因此外部空气可平稳地吸入尾管主体100内。虽然如图2所示,多个通风孔110沿着尾管主体100的侧表面排成直线地穿透地形成,但它们可以以能有效地吸入外部空气的任何形式形成,例如成z字形形成。位于尾管主体100内部的管200设计成,使得管200可安装为与尾管主体100的通风孔110连通,且外部空气可流通过管200。由于管200具有多个废气孔210,因此从外部吸入的空气可通过沿排气方向400穿透地形成的多个废气孔210排出。在这种情况下,从外部吸入的空气与高温废气混合以降低废气的温度。
图3是解释根据本发明的废气的降温效果的原理图。沿垂直于管200的方向的长箭头标示以高速流动的高温废气,进入管200内的箭头标示以低速流动的低温外部空气。由于管200安装为与设置有多个通风孔110的尾管主体100连通,因此高温废气实际上并不排放到外部,而与外部空气混合以降低废气温度。吸入管200内的外部空气与通过多个沿废气排放方向400(即管200的纵向)穿透地形成的废气孔210的废气混合,且混合气体排放到空气中。如果从DPF排出的高温废气以高速流通过管200,则在管200上穿透地形成的废气孔210内形成最小压力,且由于此原因,负压形成从而吸入外部空气。来自外部的空气不仅与从DPF排出的高温废气混合,而且将热传递到管200,因此废气的温度降低。
图4a和4b是根据本发明一实施方式的尾管的主视图和侧视图。尾管主体100和管200的垂直截面可以多种形状形成,并可以不特别限定。然而,它们通常呈圆形形状。优选地,沿管200的纵向(即废气排放方向)设置三个或五个废气孔210。如果废气孔的数量太小或太大,则吸入外部空气和将所吸入的空气与废气混合可能变得不适当。优选地,在尾管主体100的相同表面上沿水平方向设置三个管200。如果管200的数量小于或大于三个,则在吸入外部空气和将所吸入的空气与废气混合可能变得不适当。
虽然为了例示目的描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,且本领域技术人员将了解,在不脱离所附权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和主旨的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加以及替换。因此,本发明的范围仅由所附权利要求书限定,可以理解,在等同范围内的所有技术特征将落入本发明的保护范围内。
产业应用性
如从上述中清楚的,本发明可使用于用于施工机械的废气处理装置中,其安装在DPF中以将从发动机流到DPF的废气排放到外部。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于施工机械的废气处理装置,所述废气处理装置连接到柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器以通过所述柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器将来自发动机的废气排放到外部,并包括:
尾管主体,所述尾管主体设置有多个通风孔,所述多个通风孔穿透地形成在所述尾管主体上以容许外部空气流通过所述通风孔,并且安装在所述柴油机颗粒过滤器捕集器的出口上;
废热散逸单元,所述废热散逸单元设置有多个管,所述多个管分别与所述多个通风孔连通,并沿所述尾管主体的水平方向安装;以及
多个废气孔,所述多个废气孔沿所述管的纵向定位,并沿废气排放方向穿透地形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于施工机械的废气处理装置,其中,所述尾管主体和所述管的垂直截面呈圆形形状。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于施工机械的废气处理装置,其中,沿所述管的纵向和沿所述废气排放方向设置三个或五个废气孔。
4.如权利要求2所述的用于施工机械的废气处理装置,其中,在所述尾管主体的相同表面上沿水平方向设置三个管。
