技术领域
本发明涉及一种康复训练系统,具体地说,是涉及一种基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统及其实现方法。
背景技术
目前,针对关节(例如肘、手指、手腕或膝关节)的运动康复训练装置一般由训练护具本体构成,其由上支架、下支架和角度调节装置组成,上、下支架固定在患者的关节上,患者按照训练计划利用角度调节装置调节两个支架之间的角度,使患者的关节固定在这个角度上,然后患者便可保持这个训练角度进行康复训练。然而,现有的关节运动康复训练装置,由于其不能对当前的训练角度进行实时测量,因此,该种康复训练装置存在着训练角度的调节精度不高、与训练计划的角度之间误差较大的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统及其实现方法,主要解决现有的关节康复训练装置存在训练角度调节精度不高、与训练计划角度之间误差大的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,包括训练护具本体,设置在该训练护具本体上的角度调节装置,远程医疗终端,与该远程医疗终端连接的控制端,以及设置在角度调节装置上并用于测量训练护具本体训练角度的角度测量装置;所述角度测量装置与控制端连接。
具体地说,所述控制端包括与角度测量装置连接的中央处理器,连接在远程医疗终端和中央处理器之间的无线通讯存储模块,以及分别与该中央处理器连接的显示器和扬声器。
具体地说,所述角度测量装置为绝对值编码器或角位移传感器。
进一步地,所述训练护具本体上还设置有与中央处理器连接的生理参数检测装置。
具体地说,所述生理参数检测装置包括分别设置在训练护具本体上且均与中央处理器连接的温度传感器、血压测量袖带、压力传感器、电极片以及超声探头。
在上述硬件基础上,本发明还提供了该基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)患者将训练护具本体固定到需要训练的关节部位上;
(2)远程医疗终端制定训练计划并向控制端发送该训练计划;
(3)患者根据训练计划利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体的训练角度,使其与训练计划的角度一致;
(4)患者开始接受训练,并控制控制端开始计时;
(5)当控制端的计时时长达到训练计划的时长时,控制端停止计时,本次训练结束。
其中,所述步骤(3)包括以下步骤:
(3a)无线通讯存储模块接收训练计划,并将其传送给中央处理器;
(3b)中央处理器控制显示器显示训练计划的角度;
(3c)患者根据显示的角度利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体的训练角度;
(3d)角度测量装置实时测量训练护具本体的训练角度并将其反馈给中央处理器;
(3e)中央处理器控制显示器显示反馈的角度,患者根据反馈的角度利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体当前的训练角度,使其与训练计划的角度一致。
进一步地,所述步骤(3a)中,无线通讯存储模块在将训练计划的角度传输给中央处理器的同时还将其进行存储。
再进一步地,所述步骤(4)中,在控制端开始计时的同时,生理参数检测装置也开始同步采集患者训练部位的生理参数并通过无线通讯存储模块传输到远程医疗终端。
更进一步地,所述生理参数包括体温、血压、心率、心电信号和血管血流量。

(2)本发明利用远程医疗终端结合控制端和训练护具的方式,实现了远程控制患者进行关节康复训练的目的,其由远程医疗终端制定训练计划,然后传输到控制端,控制端根据训练计划调节训练护具的训练角度,患者便可按照训练计划的角度在计划的时间段内进行关节康复训练,本发明自动化程度高,实现了智能康复训练的效果,并大幅提高了训练的效率,在远程控制技术越来越成熟的今天,本发明顺利了科技发展的潮流,将远程控制结合康复训练系统训练患者关节并使之康复成为一种可能,其不仅控制精确,而且其训练模式方便、实用,患者只需拥有相应的设备,便可在任何时间、任何地点接受到远程医疗终端的诊断并进行康复训练,本发明具有控制精度高,训练方式可靠,训练效果好的优点,因此,本发明相对现有技术来说,具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。
(3)本发明采用绝对值编码器或角位移传感器来测量训练护具本体的训练角度,其可以将角度位移或直线位移转换成电信号,然后传输到中央控制器上处理并进行显示,由于绝对值编码器和角位移传感器均具有无需记忆,无需找参考点的特点,其不用一直计数,而是什么时候需要知道位置,什么时候就去读取它的位置,因此本发明中设置的绝对值编码器或角位移传感器可以令患者随时、准确地了解到当前训练护具本体训练的角度及其训练情况。
(4)本发明中的无线通讯存储模块在将训练计划传输至中央处理器的同时还将其进行存储,这样,在下次患者需要进行同样角度的训练而网络又不通畅无法连接到远程医疗终端时,其便可通过中央处理器直接调用无线通讯模块中存储的训练计划,然后再次进行同样的康复训练,该种设计方式很好地完善了本发明的控制功能,很大程度上确保了患者关节康复训练的正常进行,进一步提高了本发明的用户体验。
(5)本发明还设置有生理参数检测装置,可在患者训练的过程中实时采集患者的生理参数,并将这些生理参数传输到远程医疗终端,使得医生能够实时、全面地掌握到患者当前的身体状况,从而可以及时地对训练计划作出调整,进而让患者能够更快、更合理地接受到适合其关节恢复的康复训练。
(6)本发明性价比高,针对性强,训练方式新颖,具有广泛的市场应用前景和巨大的发展潜力,因此,本发明具有很高的实用价值和推广价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的实施方式包括但不限于下列实施例。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明包括远程医疗终端1、控制端、训练护具本体6、角度测量装置7和生理参数检测装置。训练护具本体6与现有技术一样,由上支架、下支架和角度调节装置组成,角度测量装置7与角度调节装置连接。本实施例中,角度测量装置7为绝对值编码器或角位移传感器,其固定在训练护具本体6的角度调节装置上,可以实时测量训练护具本体6的训练角度,角度测量装置7为绝对值编码器或角位移传感器,其固定在训练护具本体6的角度调节装置上,可以实时测量训练护具本体6当前的训练角度,角度测量装置为绝对值编码器时,其型号可以为E6CP-AG5C-C、HN3806A5V4096、TRD-NA360NWF或ROTARY ENCODER SSI,型号的生产厂商分别为欧姆龙株式会社、航宁自动化控制有限公司、日本光洋电子工业株式会社和上海齐屹机电设备有限公司。角度测量装置7为角位移传感器时,其型号可以为WDD35D4A、WDD35D4、M6500或SX35D4W,型号的生产厂商分别为淅江慧仁电子有限公司、上海兰邦电器有限公司、深圳市诚鑫电子科技有限公司和上海斯米电子有限公司。
生理参数检测装置用于实时采集患者的各项生理参数,其包括分别设置在训练护具本体6上的温度传感器8、血压测量袖带9、压力传感器10、电极片11以及超声探头12,其中,温度传感器8采集患者的体温数据,血压测量袖带9采集患者的血压数据,压力传感器10采集患者与训练护具本体6之间的压力以及当前的心率数据,电极片11采集患者的心电信号,超声探头12采集患者的皮下组织结构情况和血管的血流量信息。
进一步地,所述控制端包括中央处理器3,与该中央处理器3连接的无线通讯存储模块2,以及同时与该中央处理器3连接的显示器4和扬声器5,其中,无线通讯存储模块2与远程医疗终端1连接,该无线通讯存储模块2为现有技术,其为可以接收终端传输的信息并将其进行存储的任意一种设备(例如手机中的SIM卡),本实施例中的无线通讯存储模块2通过无线通讯方式与远程医疗终端1连接;中央处理器3也为现有技术,其与一般的中央控制器相同,并且其内部设置有体温监测模块、血压监测模块、压力监测模块、心电监测模块、心率监测模块、皮下组织结构监测模块、血管血流量监测模块和时钟模块,体温监测模块、血压监测模块、压力监测模块、心电监测模块、心率监测模块、皮下组织结构监测模块、血管血流量监测模块分别与温度传感器8、血压测量袖带9、压力传感器10、电极片11和超声探头12连接,从而可以令中央处理器3接收并处理来自温度传感器8、血压测量袖带9、压力传感器10、电极片11和超声探头12的信息,而时钟模块则具有计时的功能,上述所有模块均为现有成熟的技术。中央处理器3还与角度测量装置7连接,用于接收角度测量装置7反馈的训练护具本体6当前训练角度的信息。
本发明的实现方式如下:
患者将训练护具本体6固定到需要训练的关节部位上,然后医生根据患者的实际情况制定出至少一套的训练计划,包括训练的角度和训练的时长,然后医生通过远程医疗终端1将其传输至无线通讯存储模块2,该无线通讯存储模块2接收并存储该计划,然后将其中一套训练计划传输至中央处理器3。中央处理器3将其进行处理,并通过显示器4显示训练计划的训练角度,患者根据显示的训练计划的角度,手动调节角度调节装置,使训练护具本体6的上、下支架之间形成一个训练角度。在调节训练护具本体6的训练角度过程中,角度测量装置7实时测量该角度,然后将信息传输到中央处理器3中进行处理并显示在显示器4上,患者根据中央处理器3反馈的训练角度调整训练护具本体6的训练角度,直至当前的训练角度与训练计划的角度一致。值得说明的是,为进一步方便患者能够看到当前的训练角度,在训练护具本体6的角度调节装置上还设置一个机械角度表盘,这样,在训练护具本体6调节其角度的过程中,患者通过机械角度表盘可以很直观地看到当前训练护具本体6的训练角度。
当训练护具本体6的训练角度与训练计划的角度一致时,患者按下设置在中央处理器3上的计时按键,扬声器5发出计时声响,同时显示器4上显示“训练开始”,提示患者中央处理器3开始计时,患者开始同步接受关节康复训练。在此过程中,患者保持训练护具本体6的角度不动直至其训练时长达到训练计划的时长,此时,中央处理器3控制扬声器5发出计时结束声响,同时在显示器4上显示“训练结束”,提示本次训练结束,中央处理器3停止计时,并将训练结果通过无线通讯存储模块2反馈给远程医疗终端1,供其参考。患者调节角度调节装置,以便取下训练护具本体6,或是按照另外的训练计划调整训练护具本体6的训练角度,然后继续进行其他角度的关节牵引康复训练。
此外,值得说明的是,在训练的过程中,由于患者的各项生理状况会发生变化,例如体温、血压会升高或降低,心率、血管血流速度会加快等等,这些生理状况的变化很有可能会令患者感到不适,严重时还可能会引起休克,非常不利于牵引康复训练的进行,因此,本发明中的生理参数检测装置会实时采集患者的生理参数,并将其传输给中央处理器3,由中央处理器3对接收的生理参数信息进行处理,其处理方式有两种:一是中央处理器3根据患者的生理参数对其当前的状态进行评估,然后自行调整当前的训练计划,并将调整后的训练角度显示在显示器4上,患者根据调整的训练计划实时调节训练护具本体6的训练角度,以使其各个生理参数值均能维持在合理的范围内;二是通过无线通讯存储模块2传输至远程医疗终端1,由医生根据患者当前的生理参数对当前实行的训练计划进行调整,然后再传输给中央处理器3,中央处理器3控制显示器4显示调整后的训练计划,然后患者便可根据调整的训练计划实时调节训练护具本体6的训练角度。采用第二种由医生调整训练计划的方式可以令医生随时掌握到患者的生理状况,进而对患者当前的训练情况作出更安全、更具有针对性的训练计划,患者也就能够接受到更好的牵引康复训练。
按照上述实施例,便可很好地实现本发明。值得说明的是,基于上述结构设计的前提下,为解决同样的技术问题,即使在本发明上做出一些无实质性的改动或润色,所采用的技术方案的实质仍然与本发明一致的,也应当在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,包括训练护具本体(6)以及设置在该训练护具本体(6)上的角度调节装置,其特征在于,还包括远程医疗终端(1),与该远程医疗终端(1)连接的控制端,以及设置在角度调节装置上并用于测量训练护具本体(6)训练角度的角度测量装置(7);所述角度测量装置(7)与控制端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,其特征在于,所述控制端包括与角度测量装置(7)连接的中央处理器(3),连接在远程医疗终端(1)和中央处理器(3)之间的无线通讯存储模块(2),以及分别与该中央处理器(3)连接的显示器(4)和扬声器(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,其特征在于,所述角度测量装置(7)为绝对值编码器或角位移传感器。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,其特征在于,所述训练护具本体(6)上还设置有与中央处理器(3)连接的生理参数检测装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统,其特征在于,所述生理参数检测装置包括分别设置在训练护具本体(6)上且均与中央处理器(3)连接的温度传感器(8)、血压测量袖带(9)、压力传感器(10)、电极片(11)以及超声探头(12)。
6.基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)患者将训练护具本体固定到需要训练的关节部位上;
(2)远程医疗终端制定训练计划并向控制端发送该训练计划;
(3)患者根据训练计划利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体的训练角度,使其与训练计划的角度一致;
(4)患者开始接受训练,并控制控制端开始计时;
(5)当控制端的计时时长达到训练计划的时长时,控制端停止计时,本次训练结束。
7.根据权利要求6所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)包括以下步骤:
(3a)无线通讯存储模块接收训练计划,并将其传送给中央处理器;
(3b)中央处理器控制显示器显示训练计划的角度;
(3c)患者根据显示的角度利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体的训练角度;
(3d)角度测量装置实时测量训练护具本体的训练角度并将其反馈给中央处理器;
(3e)中央处理器控制显示器显示反馈的角度,患者根据反馈的角度利用角度调节装置调节训练护具本体当前的训练角度,使其与训练计划的角度一致。
8.根据权利要求7所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3a)中,无线通讯存储模块在将训练计划的角度传输给中央处理器的同时还将其进行存储。
9.根据权利要求8所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,在控制端开始计时的同时,生理参数检测装置也开始同步采集患者训练部位的生理参数并通过无线通讯存储模块传输到远程医疗终端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的基于远程控制的关节康复训练系统的实现方法,其特征在于,所述生理参数包括体温、血压、心率、心电信号和血管血流量。
