技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于特别是旋转轴承的两个相互支承的且可相对移位的构件的密封装置,其包含固定设置在其中一个构件上的弹性体件,该弹性体件具有至少一个相对于另外构件的对应密封面密封的密封面。
背景技术
这种类型的密封装置例如在旋转轴承例如滚动轴承中设置,以便保护润滑剂腔防止润滑剂流出和污物进入到其中。为此在一个旋转的构件和不旋转的构件之间在它们的端侧上安装这种类型的密封装置。DE102005035027A1公开一种这种类型的密封装置,其中弹性体件借助于轴向和径向预紧到相应的对应密封面上的密封面例如密封唇构成动态的密封接触。由于形成的预紧力,在密封唇上形成磨损,其在使用寿命期间必须通过过量尺寸的提供被维持,从而至少在新使用状态下导致提高的压紧力。压紧力又在密封装置的摩擦时不利地起作用并且因此对于构件单元例如旋转轴承、轴向引导部和类似件非常不利,从而出现构件单元的损失功率,这带来提高的能量消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于如此改进密封装置和构件单元,使得密封装置的磨损和损失功率可以被减小。
该目的通过一种用于两个相互支承的且可相对移位的构件的密封装置实现,其包含固定设置在其中一个构件上的弹性体件,该弹性体件具有至少一个相对于另一构件的对应密封面密封的密封面,所述密封面就其相对于对应密封面的压紧力而言能够从外部控制。
相互支承的构件与密封装置在此构成一个构件单元,这两个构件在轴向的和/或旋转的相对移位时借助于密封装置密封。构件单元可以因此设置成直线引导单元、旋转轴承和类似件。旋转轴承可以是滑动轴承或滚动轴承,其中滑动轴承可以是轴/壳体连接(其中一个轴借助于滚动或滑动支承可旋转的并且可选地可轴向移位地设置在壳体中)或者由至少一个内环和至少一个外环构成,在它们的滚道面上滚动至少一组滚动体或设置相应的滑动层。这种类型的构件为了构成构件单元而容纳一个密封装置,其方式为在其中一个构件上、优选在不旋转的或不移位的构件上容纳一个具有密封面的弹性体件,而另外的优选旋转的或移位的构件具有相应的对应密封面以与所述密封面构成动态的密封接触。
通过从外部可控制的、对对应密封面作用的压紧力,可以例如根据使用寿命、运行温度等等获得弹性体件的密封面在对应密封面上的可调节的贴靠,由此可以优化磨损和损失功率。例如可以设定无接触的状态,其只有在相应施加压紧力的情况下才实施密封作用,一旦密封作用被需要时。
根据本发明的构思,在一个有利的实施例中施加压紧力,其方式为,弹性体件支承抵靠到支撑件上并且在支撑件的径向内部设置利用可被加热的蜡体填充的、对所述至少一个密封面作用的空心体。通过可液化的蜡体的与温度相关的体积应变,密封面如密封唇从外部通过加热功率的相应选择以可控制的压紧力被压靠到对应密封面上。压紧力的应用可以例如借助于相应的控制单元预定,在该控制单元中温度借助于用于蜡体的相应的体积膨胀的相应的公式、特性曲线或综合特性曲线确定并且加热元件在利用蜡体填充的空腔中相应地被加热。在此压紧力可以直接与弹性体件在支撑件上的压紧力相反定向的或者借助于牵引力施加,其方式为:在弹性体件相对于支撑件反向定向的移位时通过弹性体件的移位或翻转,密封面与对应密封面与压紧力如牵引力相关地被置入或保持在贴靠接触。
密封装置的制造可以以这样的方式实现,即,空心体与弹性体件一体地连接。在此可以使用相应的塑料加工方法如注塑方法例如多组分注塑方法。替代地,弹性体件相应地型材化,从而空心体可以嵌入到密封装置的多部分的构造中。弹性体件此外可以通过相应的金属板件支撑,其中弹性体件可以注塑到相应的金属板件上。金属板件可以在此定位地容纳(例如压紧或锁牢)在构件上。
根据一个有利的实施例,为了构成用于旋转轴承的密封装置,弹性体件设计成环形的。弹性体件在此可以分别构成至少一个径向的和/或轴向的例如密封唇形式的密封面。至少其中一个密封面可以由一个利用可被加热的蜡体填充的空心体加载并且因此设有可控制的压紧力。为了支承该空心体,可以设置在空心体的外周边上设置的环形的支撑件,其浮动地设置或者可以固定或支承在与之连接的金属板件如支承件上或者可以固定或支承在旋转轴承的不旋转的座圈上。此外有利的是,支承件和支撑件设计成一体的。
该任务此外通过一种旋转轴承解决,其具有至少两个设计成内环和外环的、围绕一个共同的轴线可相对旋转的构件以及设置在它们之间起作用的如上所述的密封装置。

具体实施方式
图1示出围绕旋转轴线3设置的旋转轴承2,其具有密封装置1,其设置在围绕旋转轴线3可相对旋转的构件4、5如外环和内环之间。在旋转轴承2的端侧上在两侧可以分别设置一个密封装置1,以便限定一个由构件4、5和密封装置1包围的未示出的润滑剂腔,其至少部分利用润滑剂填充以便润滑在各构件之间设置的且在其滚动面上滚动的滚动体并且阻止润滑剂的流出,并且密封装置阻止该润滑剂腔被渗入的污物和湿气污染。
在固定的构件4上借助于支承件6容纳弹性体件7,在该弹性体件上设置相对于在旋转的构件5上固定的具有对应密封面9、10的支承件8环绕的密封面11、12,以用于构成动态的密封接触,并且该弹性体件一方面设计成径向密封的密封唇13并且设计成轴向密封的密封唇14。
为了构成从外部可控制的密封面11相对于对应密封面9的压紧力,空心体15与弹性体件7一体连接。空心体设计成环面状的并且在其中容纳蜡体16,该蜡体借助于同样容纳在空心体15中的加热元件17经由未示出的控制和电流供给装置的输入导线19可被加热。空心体15的外周边借助于环形的例如由金属片材或塑料制成的支撑件18支撑。
如果蜡体16通过加热元件17加热,那么蜡体发生液化并且与温度相关地(即与通过加热元件17引入的热能相关地)提高其体积,由此弹性的空心体15在支承在支撑件18上的情况下朝向对应密封面9移位,由此密封面11以相应提高的压紧力被压靠在对应密封面9上。如果在蜡体16冷却的情况下压紧力设定成最小的或者为了密封接触的无摩擦的构造而在密封面11和对应密封面9之间设定较小间隙,那么随着蜡体16的增大的加热可以连续提高压紧力。
