Abstract
本发明的对象涉及一种机动车的燃料箱(1)中的燃料输送单元(4),包括防旋流罐(5)、布置在其中的、用于将燃料由防旋流罐(5)输送给机动车的内燃机的燃料泵(6)、用于将燃料泵(6)固定在防旋流罐(5)中的泵支架(8)以及用于测定燃料箱(1)中的液位的液位传感器(13)。液位传感器(13)布置在泵支架(8)上。
Description
技术领域
本发明的对象是一种机动车的燃料箱中的燃料输送单元,包括:防旋流罐;布置在其中、用于将燃料从防旋流罐中输送给机动车的内燃机的燃料泵、用于将燃料泵固定在防旋流罐中的泵支架;以及用于测定燃料箱中的液位的液位传感器。
背景技术
取决于燃料箱的形状来使用一个或多个液位传感器。液位传感器始终位于防旋流罐的区域中。在其他的液位传感器固定在燃料箱中时,对于位于防旋流罐的区域中的液位传感器而言,常见的是,将其固定在防旋流罐上。为此在防旋流罐的外侧面上布置额外的支架、夹子或者类似固定件,用于固定液位传感器。燃料输送单元的直径通过燃料箱内的开口的直径来确定,通过开口实现燃料输送单元的安装。因此,通过布置在防旋流罐的外侧面上的、用于液位传感器的支架减小了防旋流罐的直径。直径减小决定了防旋流罐的容积更小。此外,防旋流罐的容器还会进一步减小,因为防旋流罐在一个侧面上是成水平的。防旋流罐的这种与圆形形状有所偏差的横截面设计是必需的,由此布置在外侧面上的液位传感器就可以连同防旋流罐一起通过燃料箱中的开口来安装。因为防旋流罐的容积通常是预先给定的,传统的防旋流罐为了补偿而具有大尺寸的结构高度。因此,其不可用于装入结构高度较小的燃料箱中。此外,燃料输送单元的安装并不是毫无困难。基于燃料箱中受限的位置关系,燃料输送单元要在其被装入燃料箱之前完成预装。由于液位传感器布置在防旋流罐外部,必须将燃料输送单元非常小心地装入燃料箱中,以避免损坏。这非常耗时,并且无法完全排除发生损坏的情况。
发明内容
本发明的根本目的在于,提供一种燃料输送单元,其防旋流罐具有尽可能小的结构高度,并且能够很简单、但仍非常可靠地被装入燃料箱中。
该目的由此得以实现,即将液位传感器布置在泵支架上。
利用将液位传感器布置在泵支架上,现在将液位传感器布置在防旋流罐中,而不再布置在其外侧面上。基于此,防旋流罐可以设计具有较大的横截面,由此获得较大的容积。在设计用于液位传感器的固定件时,液位传感器在泵支架上的布置进一步容许提供更大的空间。由于泵支架的结构本身就很复杂,要附加地设置在泵支架上的固定件并不会导致复杂程度并且进而和成本显著提高。此外,将液位布置在防旋流罐内部具有的优点在于,在将燃料输送单元装入燃料箱内时,由于位置受到保护而避免对液位传感器的损坏。
在一种有利的设计中,泵支架具有固定件,优选为插座和/或夹子,液位传感器利用其布置并固定在泵支架上。
为了能够拆卸液位传感器用于保养或维修工作,根据另一种设计,固定件设计用于将液位传感器与泵支架能松脱地连接。
由此实现固定件可靠地布置在泵支架上,即固定件一体地与泵支架相连。只要泵支架是一种由塑料构成的喷铸件,就可以简单的方式在泵支架的喷铸过程中以相同的工作流程制造固定件。
为了能够测量燃料箱内的液位传感器,支撑着浮标的杠杆臂必须从泵支架的区域内经由防旋流罐的上边缘导入燃料箱中。为了将杠杆臂的长度、进而将重量和成本维持较低,根据本发明的液位传感器在安装位置方面布置在泵支架的上部区域中。
当固定件布置在泵支架的支柱上时,其中,支柱由泵支架在法兰的方向上并由此进而向上延伸,则由此实现了进一步减小杠杆臂长度。当泵支架远离防旋流罐的上部区域布置在防旋流罐的中心时,这种设计尤其有利。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有开口2的燃料箱1,开口由法兰3封闭。燃料输送单元4通过开口2被装入燃料箱1中,并且接着安装在内部。燃料输送单元包括防旋流罐5,防旋流罐具有布置在其中的燃料泵6,防旋流罐借助支承元件7与法兰3相连,并且由该支承元件向燃料箱1的底部施加预应力。
在图2中的防旋流罐5中具有泵支架8,其在安装位置方面布置在防旋流罐5的上部区域中。为了将泵支架8固定在防旋流罐5上,泵支架8具有两个卡勾9,它们一起定位在防旋流罐5的相应的止动级。泵支架8具有两个圆形的凹槽10,11,其中装入了此处未示出的燃料泵和过滤器。防旋流罐5的横截面基本为圆形。防旋流罐5仅在一个侧面上具有水平部12,液位传感器13被布置在该水平部上。液位传感器13具有未示出的浮标,浮标固定在杠杆式金属丝14上。杠杆式金属丝14可旋转地支撑在弓状物中。弓状物与电阻网络相连,电阻网络取决于杠杆式金属丝14的摆动角度产生液位的电子信号。
为了布置液位传感器13,泵支架8具有设计为插座16的固定件,液位传感器13装入其中并且被锁定。插座16与一体泵支架8设计并且处于泵支架8的上部区域中,因此,杠杆式金属丝14穿过防旋流罐5的边缘伸入燃料箱1中。
图3中的泵支架8相对于图2中的泵支架具有细微的差别。泵支架8具有在法兰3的方向上取向的支柱17,支柱伸出防旋流罐5的上边缘。在支柱17上布置有液位传感器13。
Claims (6)
1.一种在机动车的燃料箱中的燃料输送单元,包括:防旋流罐;布置在所述防旋流罐中、用于将燃料由所述防旋流罐中输送给所述机动车的内燃机的燃料泵;用于将所述燃料泵固定在所述防旋流罐中的泵支架;以及用于测定所述燃料箱中的液位的液位传感器,其特征在于,所述液位传感器(13)布置在所述泵支架(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料输送单元,其特征在于,所述泵支架(8)具有固定件(16),优选为插座和/或夹子,所述液位传感器(13)利用所述固定件固定在所述泵支架(8)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料输送单元,其特征在于,所述固定件设计用于将所述液位传感器(13)与所述泵支架(8)能松脱地连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的燃料输送单元,其特征在于,所述固定件(16)一体地与所述泵支架(8)相连。
5.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的燃料输送单元,其特征在于,所述液位传感器(13)在安装位置方面布置在所述泵支架(8)的上部区域中。
6.根据权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的燃料输送单元,其特征在于,所述固定件(16)布置在所述泵支架(8)的支柱(17)上,其中,所述支柱由所述泵支架(8)在法兰(3)的方向上延伸。
