技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有特殊截面的型材，尤其涉及一种滑轮支架以及带有该滑轮支架的门窗的推拉组件。
背景技术
推拉门窗采用装有滑轮的窗扇在窗框上的轨道滑行，这种门窗的优点是门窗无论在开关状态下均不占用额外的空间，构造也较为简单。在现有技术中，窗扇与轨道的间隙有限，不易安装标准滑轮。因此，现有技术有进一步改进的必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种滑轮支架，以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明拟构造下述技术方案：一种滑轮支架，其特征在于，包括两个支撑部和一个以上的拉接部，所述支撑部的一端设有支撑面，另一端设有导向面，所述拉接部连接在所述支撑部之间。
优选的，所述支撑面垂直于所述支撑部，所述导向面平行于所述支撑部。
一种推拉组件，包括轨道、窗扇、滑轮，其特征在于还包括滑轮支架，其中，
所述窗扇包括两个侧部和一个以上的连接部，所述连接部固定在所述的两个侧部之间，所述侧部上具有一个以上的第一导向槽，
所述滑轮支架固定在所述窗扇上，其中，所述导向面设置在所述导向槽内，所述支撑面抵靠在所述连接部的下方，
所述滑轮位于所述轨道的上方，且，该滑轮固定在所述滑轮支架内。
优选的，所述滑轮的侧面为向内凹陷的凹弧，所述导轨的端面为向外突出的凸弧，所述凹弧与所述凸弧的半径相等。
优选的，所述侧部的靠近所述第一导向槽的一端设有安装槽，该安装槽内设有毛条。
优选的，所述侧部的远离所述第一导向槽的一端设有延伸段，两个所述的延伸段组成一用于固定玻璃的容纳空间。
优选的，所述侧部还具有一个以上的第二导向槽，所述支撑面伸入所述第二导向槽内。
在本发明中，所述容纳槽可以用于安装传动器，而且该传动器设有对应于锁扣槽的锁扣件，这种结构的推拉门窗便于将光企型材锁在外框上。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示的本发明的滑轮支架1，包括两个支撑部11和一个以上的拉接部12，所述支撑部11的一端设有支撑面111，另一端设有导向面112，所述拉接部12连接在所述支撑部11之间。支撑面111从支撑部11的一端沿着相互远离的方向延伸出来，支撑面111垂直于所述支撑部11，该支撑面111可以提供较大的支撑面积。在本实施方式中，导向面112通过一翻折面113连接至支撑部11，且翻折面113垂直于支撑部11，而导向面112平行于支撑部11。可以预见到，翻折面113的翻折方向也沿着相互远离的方向。
在图2中的本发明的这种推拉组件，包括轨道2、窗扇3、滑轮支架1、滑轮4。
轨道2包括位于下方的支撑座21和位于上方的多个凸弧22，每一个凸弧22均对应一组窗扇3。
窗扇3包括两个侧部31和一个以上的连接部32，所述连接部32固定在所述的两个侧部31之间，所述侧部31上具有一个以上的第一导向槽311。所述侧部31的靠近所述导向槽311的一端设有安装槽312，该安装槽312内设有毛条（图中未示出）。所述侧部31的远离所述第一导向槽311的一端设有延伸段313，两个所述的延伸段313组成一用于固定玻璃5的容纳空间314。此外，所述侧部31还具有一个以上的第二导向槽315。
所述滑轮支架1固定在所述窗扇3上。具体而言，所述导向面112设置在所述第一导向槽311内，所述支撑面111抵靠在所述连接部32的下方，所述支撑面111伸入所述第二导向槽315内。滑轮支架1的具体结构上面已经述及，在此不做重复。
所述滑轮4位于所述轨道2的上方，该滑轮4固定在所述滑轮支架1内。所述滑轮4的侧面为向内凹陷的凹弧41，所述凹弧41与所述凸弧22的半径相等。这种结构可以保证滑轮4始终沿着轨道2滑动。

1.一种滑轮支架，其特征在于，包括两个支撑部和一个以上的拉接部，所述支撑部的一端设有支撑面，另一端设有导向面，所述拉接部连接在所述支撑部之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑轮支架，其特征在于，所述支撑面垂直于所述支撑部，所述导向面平行于所述支撑部。
3.一种推拉组件，包括轨道、窗扇、滑轮，其特征在于还包括权利要求1所述滑轮支架，其中，
所述窗扇包括两个侧部和一个以上的连接部，所述连接部固定在所述的两个侧部之间，所述侧部上具有一个以上的第一导向槽，
所述滑轮支架固定在所述窗扇上，其中，所述导向面设置在所述导向槽内，所述支撑面抵靠在所述连接部的下方，
所述滑轮位于所述轨道的上方，且，该滑轮固定在所述滑轮支架内。
4.如权利要求3所述的推拉组件，其特征在于，所述滑轮的侧面为向内凹陷的凹弧，所述导轨的端面为向外突出的凸弧，所述凹弧与所述凸弧的半径相等。
5.如权利要求3所述的推拉组件，其特征在于，所述侧部的靠近所述第一导向槽的一端设有安装槽，该安装槽内设有毛条。
