发明领域
本发明涉及一些香料化合物在抵消恶臭、特别是身体恶臭中的应用、涉及抵消恶臭的组合物和产品、特别是除臭剂和止汗产品并且涉及抵消恶臭的方法。
发明背景
恶臭是可能是个人和/或环境来源的令人不快的气味。可以在空气和/或许多表面例如织物、硬表面、皮肤和毛发上遇到它们。
工业上正在不断地寻找处理恶臭、特别是身体恶臭的抵消(MOC)特性的化合物或其组合。这种化合物可以用于MOC产品,例如除臭剂和止汗剂。
已知许多香料化合物及其组合物具有MOC特性。然而,对鉴定具有优良恶臭、特别是身体恶臭抵消特性的香料化合物或其组合存在持续需求。这种香料化合物或其组合可以对添加它们的组合物和/或产品的MOC和快乐特性施加正面影响,导致消费者的认可度增加。
详细描述
目前已经发现,当以组合方式使用时,一些已知的香料化合物具有令人惊讶的MOC特性,特别是在用于抵消身体恶臭时。

恶臭吸附剂的实例包括、但不限于分子筛,例如沸石、硅酸盐、硅铝酸盐和环糊精;和有机吸附剂,例如活性炭、干燥的柑桔果肉、樱桃核提取物、玉米穗轴及其混合物。
其他香料化合物包括、但不限于天然产物,例如提取物、精油、净油、香膏、树脂、浸膏等且还有合成基础物质例如烃类、醇类、醛类、酮类、醚类、酸类、酯类、缩醛类、缩酮类、腈类等,包括饱和与不饱和化合物、脂族、碳环和杂环化合物。
用于MOC组合物的赋形剂和助剂是本领域众所周知的且包括、但不限于:稀释剂,例如溶剂(包括水、醇、乙醇、油、脂肪、植物油和三甘油辛-癸酸酯(miglyol)、C2-C6多元醇类、碳酸丙烯酯、液体聚亚烷基二醇类、柠檬酸三乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、苯甲酸苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、一缩二丙二醇(DPG))、粘合剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、着色剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、消结块剂等。

在本发明的一个示例性实施方案中,MOC产品是止汗剂或除臭剂,特别是辅助抵消恶臭的除臭或止汗产品。
在辅助性抵消恶臭的除臭剂中,包含两种A组材料(E)-3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸2-乙氧基-4-甲酰基苯基酯和/或3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸(E)-癸-9-烯基酯的本发明组合物的有效性特别令人惊讶。
这些材料是在接触UV光时断裂成其他化合物的前香料,公开在EP936211中。需要光活化的材料的应用对应用于腋下产品而言是违反直觉的,例如除臭剂和止汗剂。
已经发现(E)-3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸2-乙氧基-4-甲酰基苯基酯和3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸(E)-癸-9-烯基酯实现的除臭性优于其分解产物。
本文定义的本发明的MOC组合物和产品可以施用于表面以抵消恶臭。

实施例1
制备本发明的组合物并且使用一般如US4278658中所述的气味减小值试验(Odour Reduction Value test)测试MOC在腋下产品中的特性。该试验使用约50位使用包含约1%w/w研究中的组合物的醇性除臭剂(alcoholic deodorant)处理的白种男性受试者进行;给每位小组成员腋窝中喷2秒。
评价者所用的恶臭强度等级在0-5,其中5为最高水平的恶臭,0为无恶臭,将强度固定在包含具体浓度的恶臭酸即异戊酸的标准溶液(参见表1)。

A.总计至少5%的至少一种如下化合物:2-亚环己基-2-苯基乙腈、2-乙酰基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢-1,2,8,8-四甲基萘、亚环己基(2-甲基苯基)乙腈、(E)-3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸2-乙氧基-4-甲酰基苯基酯和3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸(E)-癸-9-烯基酯、2-乙酰基-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢-1,2,8,8-四甲基萘,
B.任选的至少一种如下化合物:3,8,8,11a-四甲基十二氢-5H-3,5a-环氧基-萘并[2,1-C]氧杂环庚三烯、氧杂环十七碳-10-烯-2-酮、3-甲基-5-(2,2,3-三甲基-3-环戊烯-1-基)-4-戊烯-2-醇、2,6,6-三甲基-1,3-环己二烯-1-羧酸乙酯、2-甲基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙醛、3-(3-异丙基苯基)丁醛、2(6)-甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)二环[2.2.2]辛-5-烯-2(3)-基-1,3-二氧戊环、1-甲基-2-(1,2,2-三甲基二环[3.1.0]-己-3-基甲基)环丙基)甲醇、3,7-二甲基-2(3),6-壬二烯腈、2-(2-(4-甲基-3-环己烯-1-基)丙基)环戊酮、2-环己基-1,6-庚二烯-3-酮、(2Z)-2-乙基-4-(2,2,3-三甲基环戊-3-烯-1-基)丁-2-烯-1-醇、环丙烷羧酸2-{[1-(3,3-二甲基环己基)乙基]氧基}-2-甲基丙基酯、1-螺[4.5]癸-7-烯-7-基-4-戊烯-1-酮、1-螺[4.5]癸-6-烯-7-基-4-戊烯-1-酮、1-(三甲基环十二碳三烯基)-乙酮、碳酸4-环辛烯-1-基甲基酯、2-(2,4-二甲基环己基)-吡啶,
其中在任意稀释剂的存在被忽略的基础上计算每种成分的重量百分比。
3.权利要求2的MOC组合物,包含至少30%的至少5种选自A组和B组的化合物。
4.权利要求1-3任一项的MOC组合物,包含至少10%的至少2种选自A组的化合物。
5.权利要求1-3任一项的MOC组合物,包含至少2.5%的选自A组的3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸(E)-癸-9-烯基酯。
6.权利要求1-3任一项的MOC组合物,包含至少5%的选自A组的2-亚环己基-2-苯基乙腈。
7.权利要求1-3任一项的MOC组合物,包含至少10%w/w的选自A组的化合物2-亚环己基-2-苯基乙腈和3-(2-羟基苯基)丙烯酸(E)-癸-9-烯基酯。
8.MOC产品、特别是除臭和/或止汗产品的生成或改变方法,包括向所述产品中添加如权利要求1-7任一项中所定义的组合物的步骤。
9.MOC产品,包含如权利要求1-7任一项中所定义的组合物。
10.权利要求8的MOC产品,包含如权利要求1-7任一项中所定义的0.01%-40%的组合物。
11.权利要求9和10的MOC产品,其中该产品是除臭剂或止汗剂。
