[0002] 在建筑工程中,因建筑能耗占到全部能耗的40%以上,故建筑节能是一项长期的发展战略。目前外墙的做法有四种:外墙外保温、外墙内保温、夹芯墙、混凝土自保温砌块砌体。外墙外保温是现在提倡的主流做法,有消除热桥、增大使用面积、保护主体结构等优点,缺点是施工技术难度高、工序多、施工周期长,劳动力投入大,对操作人员技能要求较高,劳动力短缺是今后困扰建筑业发展的一大难题,劳动力的价格一直处于攀升状态,且近几年各地外墙外表面开裂、脱落的现象时有发生,所以其耐久性一直是困扰其发展的瓶颈;外墙内保温优点是施工方便、保温材料的使用环境好,不受紫外线、风雨、高温、冷冻等恶劣条件影响,缺点是不能阻断热桥、减小房屋使用面积、装修容易破坏保温层等;夹芯墙优点是保温隔热性能好、可阻断大部分热桥、与外保温相比造价低、墙面不易出现裂缝,缺点是施工难度大、砌筑质量要求高、工期长;自保温砌块砌体是新近发展迅速的一种构造,是用高热阻的夹芯复合砌块直接砌筑满足要求的外墙,造价高。
[0003] 由于南北方气候差异很大,多数外墙外保温产品耐久性差;施工质量控制管理难度大;保温层的使用年限短;保温层质保期过后的维修困难。
[0004] 今年来国内一些地区相继推出一系列建筑结构保温一体化技术,如复合保温焊接网架混凝土剪力墙技术、自保温砌块技术等,通过实践应用,也都暴露出一些问题:(I)冷桥现象明显,工程投入使用后室内发生泛霜、结露现象;(2)施工工艺复杂,对操作人员的技能要求较高,需要配备专业设备施工;(3)工程造价较高。
[0005] 同时外墙外保温具有火灾隐患,如中央电视台的大火,济南领秀城的大火,济南奥体中心的大火,南京50层高楼的大火,都是由于现行的薄抹灰外墙外保温材料引起的。
发明内容:
[0006] 本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种提高保温墙体使用寿命的高强复合钢丝网架保温板。
[0007] 本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的混凝土剪力墙施工方法。
[0008] 本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法。
[0009] 本发明由如下技术方案实施:高强复合钢丝网架保温板,其包括保温板、绑扎钢丝网片、浇筑钢丝网片、高强轻型混凝土层,在所述保温板两侧分别设有所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片;所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片用穿过所述保温板的斜拉钢丝连接;所述斜拉钢丝的两 端分别与所述钢丝网片的交叉焊点焊接;在所述浇筑钢丝网片上浇筑有一层所述高强轻型混凝土层,所述浇筑钢丝网片置于所述高强轻型混凝土层内,所述高强轻型混凝土层与所述保温板紧密粘合。
[0010] 一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的混凝土剪力墙施工方法,依次包括如下步骤:
[0011] (I)、剪力墙钢筋框架绑扎固定;
[0012] (2)、固定高强复合钢丝网架保温板;

[0014] (4)、混凝土浇筑;

[0020] 所述步骤(5)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧填缝:完成所述步骤(4)后,对所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧的高强轻型混凝土层的一边进行角度为水平方向30°〜60°的倒角,使相邻的所述高强轻`型混凝土层之间的缝隙形成V形向外敞口的60°〜120°角,并对缝隙用填缝混凝土填缝,缝隙的表面压实并与所述高强轻型混凝土层表面找平,所述填缝混凝土强度达到70%以上时,在接缝处粘接碳纤维布。

[0039] 本发明的优点:解决了建筑保温墙体的整体性和耐候性,保温层不脱落;无冷桥现象;无表面开裂现象;表面抗外力破坏能力强;使墙体保温系统的使用寿命真正实现与建筑物同寿命;由于不需要外墙保温专业施工,极大减少劳动力的投入,并且可替代外墙模板,工程建设中减少模板使用量,从而降低建筑成本;采用高强复合钢丝网架保温板,可以直接进入装饰,无需再做外墙外保温,节省工期;高强复合钢丝网架保温板实现对建筑结构全包裹,无冷桥现象,避免其他形式外墙保温不可避免的室内泛霜、结露现象,节能效果明显;由于高强复合钢丝网架保温板采用高性能混凝土,生产过程中和保温材料一次成型,这种结构形式杜绝了火灾的隐患;由于高强复合钢丝网架保温板容重轻量化,板块刚度大,安装固定牢固,具有良好的结构安全性能,抗震性能优越于其他类似外墙保温体系。

Claims (11)
1.高强复合钢丝网架保温板,其特征在于,其包括保温板、绑扎钢丝网片、浇筑钢丝网片、高强轻型混凝土层,在所述保温板两侧分别设有所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片;所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片用穿过所述保温板的斜拉钢丝连接;所述斜拉钢丝的两端分别与所述钢丝网片的交叉焊点焊接;在所述浇筑钢丝网片上浇筑有一层所述高强轻型混凝土层,所述浇筑钢丝网片置于所述高强轻型混凝土层内,所述高强轻型混凝土层与所述保温板紧密粘合。
2.一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的混凝土剪力墙施工方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤: (1)、剪力墙钢筋框架绑扎固定; (2)、固定高强复合钢丝网架保温板; (3)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板连接固定; (4)、混凝土烧筑; (5)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧填缝; 具体如下: 所述步骤(2)、固定高强复合钢丝网架保温板:所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板的绑扎钢丝网片与所述步骤(I)中完成绑扎的所述剪力墙钢筋框架绑扎固定,所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板兼做所述剪力墙钢筋框架的浇筑模板; 所述步骤(3)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板连接固定:完成所述步骤(2)后,在相邻的所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板内侧的所述绑扎钢丝网片通过补强钢丝网片绑扎连接固定; 所述步骤(4)、混凝土浇筑:完成所述步骤(3)后,对所述剪力墙钢筋框架进行混凝土烧筑; 所述步骤(5)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧填缝:完成所述步骤(4)后,对所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧的高强轻型混凝土层的一边进行角度为水平方向30°〜60°的倒角,使相邻的所述高强轻型混凝土层之间的缝隙形成V形向外敞口的60°〜120°角,并对缝隙用填缝混凝土填缝,缝隙的表面压实并与所述高强轻型混凝土层表面找平,所述填缝混凝土强度达到70%以上时,在接缝处粘接碳纤维布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的混凝土剪力墙施工方法,其特征在于,所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板包括保温板、所述绑扎钢丝网片、浇筑钢丝网片和所述高强轻型混凝土层,在所述保温板两侧分别设有所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片;所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片用穿过所述保温板的斜拉钢丝连接;所述斜拉钢丝的两端分别与所述钢丝网片的交叉焊点焊接;在所述保温板一侧的所述浇筑钢丝网片上浇筑有一层所述高强轻型混凝土层,所述浇筑钢丝网片置于所述高强轻型混凝土层内,所述高强轻型混凝土层与所述保温板紧密粘合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的混凝土剪力墙施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中的所述碳纤维布与所述高强轻型混凝土层搭接宽度为50_〜80mmo
5.一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,其依次包括如下步骤: (I)、浇筑钢筋混凝土框架梁;(2)、固定高强复合钢丝网架保温板; (3)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板内侧浇筑混凝土 ; (4)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧填缝; (5)、钢筋混凝土框架梁外侧端抹保温砂浆; 具体步骤如下: 所述步骤(I)、浇筑钢筋混凝土框架梁:浇筑所述钢筋混凝土框架梁,并在所述混凝土框架梁的顶面和底面上分别预埋有一排竖直钢筋; 所述步骤(2)、固定高 强复合钢丝网架保温板:将所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板的绑扎钢丝网片贴合在所述步骤(I)中的所述竖直钢筋上,所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板的保温板上端面贴合在所述混凝土框架梁的底面,所述保温板的下端面贴合在下方相邻的所述钢筋混凝土框架梁的顶面;将所述竖直钢筋与所述绑扎钢丝网片绑扎固定; 所述步骤(3)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板内侧浇筑混凝土:完成所述步骤(2)后,在所述绑扎钢丝网片上喷射喷射混凝土,所述喷射混凝土表面压实并找平,所述喷射混凝土的表面与所述竖直钢筋间距不小于20mm ; 所述步骤(4)、高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧填缝:完成所述步骤(3)后,对所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板外侧的所述高强轻型混凝土层的一边进行角度为水平方向30°〜60°的倒角,使相邻的所述高强轻型混凝土层之间的缝隙形成V形向外敞口的60°〜120°角,并对缝隙用填缝混凝土填缝,缝的表面压实并与所述高强轻型混凝土层表面找平,所述填缝混凝土强度达到70%以上时,在接缝处粘接碳纤维布。 所述步骤(5)、钢筋混凝土框架梁外侧端浇筑保温砂浆:完成所述步骤(4)后,在所述钢筋混凝土框架梁外侧端上抹无机保温砂浆,所述无机保温砂浆的表面压实并与所述钢筋混凝土框架梁上方与下方的所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板外表面找平。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述高强复合钢丝网架保温板包括所述保温板、所述绑扎钢丝网片、浇筑钢丝网片和所述高强轻型混凝土层,在所述保温板两侧分别设有所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片;所述绑扎钢丝网片和所述浇筑钢丝网片用穿过所述保温板的斜拉钢丝连接;所述斜拉钢丝的两端分别与所述钢丝网片的交叉焊点焊接;在所述保温板一侧的所述浇筑钢丝网片上浇筑有一层所述高强轻型混凝土层,所述浇筑钢丝网片置于所述高强轻型混凝土层内,所述高强轻型混凝土层与所述保温板紧密粘合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(I)中的所述竖直钢筋与混凝土框架梁的外侧面端面的间距为50〜100mm。
8.根据权利要求5或7任意所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(I)中的所述竖直钢筋的间距为IOOmm〜150mm。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中所述竖直钢筋与所述绑扎钢丝网片焊接固定。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)为在所述竖直钢筋内侧的上下所述混凝土框架梁之间设有模板,在所述模板内浇筑自密实混凝土,所述自密实混凝土的表面与所述竖直钢筋间距不小于100mm。
11.根据权利要求5所述的一种高强复合钢丝网架保温墙体的钢筋混凝土框架工程施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的所述碳纤维布与所述高强轻型混凝土层搭接宽度为 50mm 〜80mm。·
