本发明属于纺织材料领域,具体公开了一种防电磁辐射抗静电织物,该织物由金属丝混纺线纺织而成。本发明还公开了一种金属丝混纺线的制备方法。通过本发明金属丝混纺线纺织而成的织物,具有无污染、金属元素不易脱落以及防辐射抗静电效果佳等性能,具备较好的市场前景。

一种防电磁辐射抗静电织物
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种防电磁辐射抗静电织物。
背景技术
电场和磁场的交互变化产生的电磁波,电磁波向空中发射或泄露的现象,叫电磁辐射。电磁辐射是以一种看不见、摸不着的特殊形态存在的物质。人类生存的地球本身就是一个大磁场,它表面的热辐射和雷电都可产生电磁辐射,太阳及其他星球也从外层空间原原不断地产生电磁辐射。围绕在人类身边的天然磁场、太阳光、家用电器等都会发出强度不同的辐射,其辐射的电磁波对人体健康的影响越来越受到人类的关注。电磁波的危害较多,第一,其是造成患白血病的原因之一,越来越多的研究表明,辐射量与患病比例呈正相关;第二,影响人的生殖系统,主要表现为男子精子质量降低,孕妇发生流产胎儿畸形等;第三,影响人们的心血管系统,表现为心悸,失眠,部分女性经期紊乱,心动过缓,心搏血量减少,窦性心率不齐,免疫功能下降等。
静电是一种处于静止状态的电荷。在干燥和多风的秋季和冬季,人们常常会碰到这种现象:晚上脱衣服睡觉时,黑暗中常听到噼啪的声响,而且伴有蓝光,见面握手时,手指刚一接触到对方,会突然感到指尖针刺般刺痛;早上起来梳头时,头发会经常“飘”起来,越理越乱,拉门把手、开水龙头时都会“触电”,时常发出“啪、啪”的声响,这就是发生在人体的静电。人体活动时,皮肤与衣服之间以及衣服与衣服之间互相摩擦,便会产生静电。随着家用电器增多以及冬天人们多穿化纤衣服,家用电器所产生的静电荷会被人体吸收并积存起来,加之居室内墙壁和地板多属绝缘体,空气干燥,因此更容易受到静电干扰。由于老年人的皮肤相对比年轻人干燥以及老年人心血管系统的老化、抗干扰能力减弱等因素,因此老年人更容易受静电的影响。
鉴于电磁辐射和静电的危害,人们研制了很多降低其危害的纺织物,包括羊毛衫、内衣、工作服等等。近年来,研究较多的的是采用金属丝混纺技术制备纺织品,以达到防电磁辐射和抗静电的效果。金属丝具有防电磁辐射、不吸收电磁波、永久性抗静电、抗氧化、耐腐蚀的功能,把金属丝应用到纺织中,其制成品就同时具有了防电磁辐射和抗静电的功能。
现有技术中的金属丝纺线存在较多的缺陷,主要有:金属丝的金属组份容易掉落,造成污染;与纺织物的结合能力较差,极容易分离;柔软舒适性较差以及防辐射抗静电性能不高等。文献CN2008100186965公开了一种抗静电、防辐射精纺毛织物,该织物具备一定的抗辐射防静电功能,但是金属丝的金属元素容易脱落,而且与纺织物的结合能力较差,使用寿命较短;文献CN2012101691402是申请人前期研究的成果,制备的特定金属丝混纺纱线是由金属丝与其他原料按照一定比例混纺制得,但是金属丝混纺纱线与皮肤的亲和性较差,而且金属元素容易脱落,而且抗静电效果不理想。
现有技术中亟待需要研究一种无污染、与纺织物的结合力强以及防辐射抗静电效果佳的纺织品。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种无污染、与纺织物的结合力强、不易脱落以及防辐射抗静电效果佳的纺织品。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种织物,其由金属丝混纺线纺织而成,所述金属丝混纺线按照如下方法制备而成:将物料A、物料B以及物料C按照3:1:2的质量比例混合,充分搅拌均匀,通过热压烧结制备合金,采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径为2微米的金属丝;然后将金属丝与动物纤维按照重量比为1:40混纺而成,然后浸泡于2%(质量体积比)胶原蛋白溶液中,缓慢升温到45℃,保温30分钟后取出,低温烘干即得。
上述物料A的制备方法如下:
取不锈钢粉和钛粉放入到含有无水乙醇的球磨罐中,所述不锈钢粉和钛粉的质量比例为20:1;按照球料比为50:1的重量比加入氧化铝陶瓷球,球磨时间为12小时,球磨温度为室温,球磨机转速500转/分钟,把金属粉的直径磨至1微米左右,蒸发掉无水乙醇,
上述物料B的制备方法如下:
按照硫化铅和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物按照1:1的质量比例混合,搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后进行超声波分散10分钟;乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中醋酸乙烯酯优选含量为10%;
上述物料C的制备方法如下:
在硫酸钡粉末中,加入浆化剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后进行超声波分散10分钟;所述浆化剂为乙烯、苯乙烯以及马来酸按照1:1:1质量比例的混合物,所述硫酸钡粉末与浆化剂的质量比例为1:3;
其中,优选,硫化铅和硫酸钡的粒径≤1um;
上述混纺步骤可采用常规的混纺方法,也可参照CN2012101691402公开的方法。
本发明还提供了一种金属丝混纺线,其按照如下方法制备而成:
物料A的制备:取不锈钢粉和钛粉放入到含有无水乙醇的球磨罐中,所述不锈钢粉和钛粉的质量比例为20:1;按照球料比为50:1的重量比加入氧化铝陶瓷球,球磨时间为12小时,球磨温度为室温,球磨机转速500转/分钟,把金属粉的直径磨至1微米左右,蒸发掉无水乙醇,
物料B的制备:按照硫化铅和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物按照1:1的质量比例混合,搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后进行超声波分散10分钟;
物料C的制备:在硫酸钡粉末中,加入浆化剂,搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后进行超声波分散10分钟;所述浆化剂为乙烯、苯乙烯以及马来酸按照1:1:1质量比例的混合物,所述硫酸钡粉末与浆化剂的质量比例为1:3;
其中,优选,硫化铅和硫酸钡的粒径≤1um;
混合物料:将物料A、物料B以及物料C按照3:1:2的质量比例混合,充分搅拌均匀,通过热压烧结制备合金,采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径为2微米的金属丝;然后将金属丝与动物纤维按照重量比为1:40混纺而成,然后浸泡于2%(质量体积比)胶原蛋白溶液中,缓慢升温到45℃,保温30分钟后取出,低温烘干即得。
     本发明还提供了一种金属丝混纺线的制备方法。
本发明取得的有益效果:
1、  本发明通过多次试验和探索,在前述工作的基础上,添加了物料B和物料C,大大提高了金属丝与纺织物的结合能力,提高了防辐射抗静电性能。
2、  本发明选择采用合适的胶原蛋白附着浸泡,提高了纺织物对皮肤的亲和性以及柔软性能;
3、  本发明制备的纺织物中添加了化学络合剂,使得金属元素不易脱落,无污染,使用寿命长,并且提高了断裂强度。
4、  本发明制备的纺织物,添加了一定的钛元素,具备一定的保健功能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应当注意的是,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种织物,其由金属丝混纺线纺织而成,金属丝混纺线按照如下方法制备而成:将物料A、物料B以及物料C按照3:1:2的质量比例混合,充分搅拌均匀,通过热压烧结制备合金,采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径为2微米的金属丝;然后将金属丝与动物纤维按照重量比为1:40混纺而成,然后浸泡于2%(质量体积比)胶原蛋白溶液中,缓慢升温到45℃,保温30分钟后取出,低温烘干即得。
上述物料A的制备方法如下:

实施例2
一种金属丝混纺线,其按照如下方法制备而成:
物料A的制备:取不锈钢粉和钛粉放入到含有无水乙醇的球磨罐中,所述不锈钢粉和钛粉的质量比例为20:1;按照球料比为50:1的重量比加入氧化铝陶瓷球,球磨时间为12小时,球磨温度为室温,球磨机转速500转/分钟,把金属粉的直径磨至1微米左右,蒸发掉无水乙醇,
物料B的制备:按照硫化铅和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物按照1:1的质量比例混合,搅拌机搅拌均匀,然后进行超声波分散10分钟;

混合物料:将物料A、物料B以及物料C按照3:1:2的质量比例混合,充分搅拌均匀,通过热压烧结制备合金,采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径为2微米的金属丝;然后将金属丝与动物纤维按照重量比为1:40混纺而成,然后浸泡于2%(质量体积比)胶原蛋白溶液中,缓慢升温到45℃,保温30分钟后取出,低温烘干即得。
实施例3
本发明制备金属丝混纺线的性能:采用CN2012101691402制备金属丝混纺线为对照。检测各性能参数见表1。

利用本发明金属丝混纺线制备的纺织物,其点对点电阻≤0.8×105,带电荷量≤0.2 μc/件,具备较好的防静电性能。

Claims (1)

1.一种织物,其由金属丝混纺线纺织而成,其特征在于,所述金属丝混纺线按照如下方法制备而成:将物料A、物料B以及物料C按照3:1:2的质量比例混合,充分搅拌均匀,通过热压烧结制备合金,采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径为2微米的金属丝;然后将金属丝与动物纤维按照重量比为1:40混纺而成,然后浸泡于质量体积比为2%胶原蛋白溶液中,缓慢升温到45℃,保温30分钟后取出,低温烘干即得;
所述物料A的制备方法如下:取不锈钢粉和钛粉放入到含有无水乙醇的球磨罐中,所述不锈钢粉和钛粉的质量比例为20:1;按照球料比为50:1的重量比加入氧化铝陶瓷球,球磨时间为12小时,球磨温度为室温,球磨机转速500转/分钟,把金属粉的直径磨至1微米,蒸发掉无水乙醇;
