Abstract

一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:PVC100;木粉80-100;AC发泡剂 0.02-0.6;偶联剂0.1-0.5;热稳定剂0.5-1.0;固化剂3-5;碳酸钙6-8;二氧化钛0.5-1;改性剂1-6;产品可刨性、可钉性和木螺丝固定性优;相对密度0.87,冲击强度可达29KJ/m2,弯曲模量高达60MPa,断裂伸长率接近10%;隔音效果好,耐磨耐老化,会得到广泛使用,并不断替代现有材料。

一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,PVC材料使用越来越广泛,PVC地板具有很多优良特性,比如防潮、防霉、防水、耐磨等,在室内使用不容易老化和变形。PVC地板表面有一层特殊的经高科技加工的透明耐磨层,其耐磨转数可达30万转,而强化木地板耐磨转数仅有1.3万转。同时还有较好的吸音降噪效果,吸音可达20分贝,所以在需要安静的环境如病房、图书馆、报告厅、影剧院等用PVC地板,就可以避免高跟鞋与地面敲击的声响。此外,PVC地板具备木材的各项加工性能,握钉力好,可进行钻、锯、钉、刨、粘等加工。其安装施工非常快捷,不需要做龙骨架,地面条件好的用专用环保黏结剂黏合,24小时后就可以使用。PVC地板使用量的增加随之而来的是PVC仿木地板应用的广泛,和现有仿木地板隔音效果差、不耐老化和不耐磨问题的彰显。
而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种弯曲强度高、耐冲击。拉伸强度和断裂伸长率优异的可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板及其制备方法,解决现有地砖中的隔音效果差、不耐老化、不耐磨和拉伸强度低等技术问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案: 
可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:
PVC                          100;
木粉                        80-100;
AC发泡剂                  0.02-0.6;
偶联剂                      0.1-0.5;
热稳定剂            0.5-1.0;
固化剂              3-5;
碳酸钙              6-8;
二氧化钛            0.5-1;
改性剂              1-6。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述PVC采用p=700或XS-4型号的PVC。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述偶联剂采用TTS或KH550中的一种。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述热稳定剂采用硬脂酸钡或硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种混合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述固化剂采用六次甲基四胺。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述改性剂采用ACR-201或ACR-401中的一种或多种混合物。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板的制备方法为:
第一步:按照上文所述质量份数比称取各种原料;
第二步:将上述原料充分混合10-15min; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机料筒温度设置为:185℃、170℃、165℃、155℃、145℃,机头温度设置为180-190℃,模具温度设置为185-195℃,螺杆转速5-10r/min;牵引速度1-2m/min。
本发明使用的所有原料均为共知的已有,使用方法和功能均为已有技术。
本发明所述一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、可刨性、可钉性和木螺丝固定性优;2、相对密度0.87,冲击强度可达29KJ/m2,弯曲模量高达60MPa,断裂伸长率接近10%;3、隔音效果好,耐磨耐老化,会得到广泛使用,并不断替代现有材料。 
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例更加详细地阐述本发明的内容。 
实施例1:
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料
PVC                          100;
木粉                        100;
AC发泡剂                  0.6;
偶联剂TTS                      0.2;
硬脂酸锌            0.2;
硬脂酸钡              0.5;
六次甲基四胺         3;
碳酸钙              6;
二氧化钛            0.5;
ACR-201              6。
第二步:将上述原料充分混合10-15min; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机料筒温度设置为:185℃、170℃、165℃、155℃、145℃,机头温度设置为190℃,模具温度设置为195℃,螺杆转速10r/min;牵引速度1.5m/min。
 实施例2:
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料
PVC                          100;
木粉                        80;
AC发泡剂                  0.02;
偶联剂TTS                      0.1;
硬脂酸锌            0.5;
硬脂酸钡              0.2;
六次甲基四胺         3;
碳酸钙              6;
二氧化钛            0.5;
ACR-401              1。
第二步:将上述原料充分混合10-15min; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机料筒温度设置为:185℃、170℃、165℃、155℃、145℃,机头温度设置为180℃,模具温度设置为185℃,螺杆转速8r/min;牵引速度2m/min。
 实施例3:
第一步:按照下文所述质量份数比称取各种原料:
PVC                          100;
木粉                        90;
AC发泡剂                  0.3;
偶联剂TTS                      0.5;
硬脂酸锌            0.5;
六次甲基四胺         5;
碳酸钙              8;
二氧化钛            1;
ACR-201              6。
第二步:将上述原料充分混合10-15min; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机料筒温度设置为:185℃、170℃、165℃、155℃、145℃,机头温度设置为185℃,模具温度设置为190℃,螺杆转速9r/min;牵引速度1.5m/min。
 以上实施例和对比例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买, PVC可在宏图塑胶原料有限公司购买,AC发泡剂可在衡水市金都橡胶化工有限公司购买,TTS可在南京兴辉工贸有限公司购买,六次甲基四胺可在济南历下雅轩化工产品经营部购买,硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸钡可在石家庄市德塑助剂有限公司购买,ACR-201和ACR-401可在东莞市亨嘉塑胶原料有限公司购买。
测试性能:
测试性能:对实施例1~3进行拉伸强度测试与断裂伸长率测试,结果见表一:

PVC                          100;
木粉                        80-100;
AC发泡剂                  0.02-0.6;
偶联剂                      0.1-0.5;
热稳定剂            0.5-1.0;
固化剂              3-5;
碳酸钙              6-8;
二氧化钛            0.5-1;
改性剂              1-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其特征在于:所述PVC采用p=700或XS-4型号的PVC。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其特征在于:所述偶联剂采用TTS或KH550中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂采用硬脂酸钡或硬脂酸锌中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其特征在于:所述固化剂采用六次甲基四胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板,其特征在于:所述改性剂采用ACR201或ACR401中的一种或多种混合物。
7.一种制备权利要求1所述可刨可钉的PVC仿木地板的方法,其特征在于步骤为:
第一步:按照上文所述质量份数比称取各种原料;
第二步:将上述原料充分混合10-15min; 
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出机料筒温度设置为:185℃、170℃、165℃、155℃、145℃,机头温度设置为180-190℃,模具温度设置为185-195℃,螺杆转速5-10r/min;牵引速度1-2m/min。
