本发明涉及一种塑木复合材料的制备方法,具体涉及一种抗霉变的的塑木复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
塑木复合材料中天然纤维基本占据60%以上的比例,而这些未经处理的天然纤维中含有大量的木质素、果糖、葡萄糖等有机物质,使得塑木材料在高温高湿的环境中极易发生霉变、被真菌侵蚀等问题,破坏塑木材料的内部结构。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有塑木复合材料易于霉变的问题,提出一种抗霉变的塑木复合材料。
本发明的技术解决方案:在塑木复合材料的组分中添加由烷基季铵盐和烷基磺酸盐组成的抗菌润滑剂,其中烷基季铵盐和烷基磺酸盐的质量比为4∶1,在,挤出成型过程中机筒、模头温度在170-200度。
本发明的有益之处在于:采用专门的工艺在塑木配方中添加抗菌型润滑剂,有效的房子塑木复合材料发生霉变。
具体实施方式
先将将100KGPE、100KG木粉、8KG十八烷基季铵盐、2KG十二烷基磺酸钠均匀混合后挤出造粒,然后再将粒子投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出成型,挤出成型过程中机筒、模头温度在190度。

1.一种抗霉变的塑木复合材料,由热塑性树脂、木粉通过挤出成型,其特征在于其组份中还添加一种抗菌润滑剂,该抗菌润滑剂由烷基季铵盐和烷基磺酸盐组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗霉变的塑木复合材料,其特征在于所述的烷基季铵盐和烷基磺酸盐的质量比为4∶1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗霉变的塑木复合材料,其特征在于挤出成型过程中机筒、模头温度在170-200度。
