例如,PET材料的注射成型涉及到将PET材料加热至均质熔融状态,然后在压力下将熔融的PET材料注入到一个模腔中,其中该模腔至少部分地由一阴模槽和一阳模槽所限定,该阴模槽和阳模槽则分别被安装在模具的腔板和芯板之上。在一夹紧力的作用下,该腔板和该芯板被压紧在一起,其中该夹紧力足以将模槽和芯件夹紧,承受着被注入的PET材料的压力。该模腔的形状大致上和模制品的最终固态形状一致。然后,被注入的PET材料被冷却到一个特定的温度,以便将获得的模制品从模具中顶出。冷却时,模制品会在模腔中出现收缩;同样,当模槽和芯板被分开时,模制品会倾向于和芯件保持联系。随后,利用一个或多个顶出结构可将模制品与芯件分开。众所周知,顶出结构是用于协助将模制品从模槽中顶出。例如,已知的顶出结构包括脱模板、脱料环、模颈圈和起模杆等。
图1示出了一种预制件(100)。所述预制件(100)是现有技术中典型的预制件实例。该预制件(100)包括:一颈部(102)、一浇口部(106)以及在所述颈部(102)和所述浇口部(106)之间伸展的一体部(104)。所述浇口部(106)大致上呈球形,以一尾部(108)结束。
美国专利No.5,599,496公开了一种制造可再装聚酯容器的方法,该容器具有一个低定向基座,对碱洗裂纹有更好的耐性。该方法包括提供一种预制件,该预制件具有一上基座(形成一个抵抗轴向伸长的加厚部分,从而增加容器的定向力)以及一下基座(形成一个锥形的部分,其厚度逐渐变小,使得容器基座之圆顶的壁厚逐渐变小)。所述预制件基座的底部包括一个中心增厚的部位,在吹塑过程中保持不变,以确保居中和防止应力集中。
美国专利申请No.2008/0179271公开了一种容器基座,能够承受内压力而且能够获得均匀的挠度,例如通过在热灌装过程中引入液化气。该基座包括一尾端,具有一座环,设置在该尾端的一个较低部位上。一个大致上呈凹面的上推式部分从所述座环呈辐射状向内延伸,其中设有至少两个加强圈,用于消除挠度不均,防止容器在平整的表面上倾斜。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一广义方面,本发明提供一种预制件,适用于在随后的吹塑过程中被制成最终成型的容器。所述预制件包括一颈部;一浇口部;以及在所述颈部和所述浇口部之间伸展的一体部;所述浇口部包括一向上部位,被限定在其内壁和外壁之间,其中所述向上部位的整体大致上朝着所述颈部的方向延伸。
根据本发明的第二广义方面,本发明提供一种用于制作预制件的模具叠层,所述预制件适用于在随后的吹塑过程中被制成最终成型的容器,所述预制件包括一颈部;一浇口部;以及在所述颈部和所述浇口部之间伸展的一体部;所述浇口部包括一向上部位,被限定在其内壁和外壁之间,其中所述向上部位的整体大致上朝着所述颈部的方向延伸。所述模具叠层包括一浇口嵌件,该浇口嵌件具有一成型面,其中该成型面的一部分被配置成用于限定所述具有一向上部位的浇口部。

以上描述的浇口部的实施例,即所述浇口部(202)、(306)、(506)、(706)、(906)、(1106)、(1306)及(1506),可采用标准浇口嵌件(图未示)进行制作,该浇口嵌件可类似于图1所示用于制作浇口部(106)的浇口嵌件。这种浇口嵌件可以是一件式结构或两件式结构。例如,美国专利No.7,566,216(发明人:Kmoch;公开日:2009年7月28日)公开了一种两件式结构的浇口嵌件。
通常,需要调整限定浇口嵌件(不管是一件式结构或两件式结构)的成型表面,以满足所述浇口部(202、306、506、706、906、1106、1306及1506)的几何形状要求。在本发明的一些实施例中,表面嵌件和/或型腔嵌件需要被实施成分离嵌件(属已知技术),用于制作所述设计的底切部分,例如图17A所示实施例的情况。
图18和图19示出了一种用于制作预制件的模具叠层的非限制性实施例。其中,图18示出了模具叠层(1802)一部分,该模具叠层用于制作图15和图16所示的预制件(1500)。图19示出了模具叠层(1902)的一部分,该模具叠层用于制作所述预制件(1500)。

在本发明的另一个非限制性实施例中,所述浇口部(202、306、506、706、906、1106、1306及1506)可利用标准浇口嵌件进行模制,例如利用图1中用于模制浇口部(106)的浇口嵌件,其形状属于现有技术,然后根据所述浇口部(202、306、506、706、906、1106、1306及1506)修整成所需的几何形状。例如,可在终结臂工具(End-of-Arm tool)中完成所述修整工序,这种工具用于预制件的脱膜后处理。我们预期,在稍微高温的条件下通过现有技术和/或利用该终结臂工具中的脉冲加热和/或冷却,可将标准预制件修整成具有所述浇口部(202、306、506、706、906、1106、1306及1506)的预制件。
