Claims (2)
- コアピンと雌型からなる射出成形金型において周方向一側のみを厚肉とした有底筒状の偏肉プリフォームをコアピン外周に射出成形する工程と、
該射出成形工程の直後に軟化状態のプリフォームをコアピンで保持したままブロー成形型の偏芯キャビティ内へ移送する工程と、
コアピンで保持されたプリフォームをブローすることにより前記周方向一側が径方向外方へ比較的大きく膨らんだ偏芯ボトルをブロー成形する工程と、
を備える偏芯ボトルの製造方法において、
プリフォーム射出成形工程において、射出充填される成形樹脂材料のビカット軟化点の+20℃〜−30℃に温調された金型内へ溶融した成形樹脂材料を10MPa〜50MPaの低圧で充填することを特徴とする偏芯ボトルの製造方法。 - ブロー成形時に、プリフォームの前記周方向一側の厚肉部の成形樹脂材料は、周方向他側の薄肉部の成形樹脂材料に対して、保有熱量が比較的大きいことに起因して比較的高温であって粘度が比較的小さくなるとともに、かかる低粘度部位である厚肉部の膨張抵抗が前記薄肉部の膨張抵抗よりも大きくなるように厚肉部と薄肉部との肉厚差を設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の偏芯ボトルの製造方法。
