Abstract
本发明涉及一种泵,尤其是用于变速器或用于机动车的助力转向装置以供给流体的叶片泵,为了设有压力介质输入部的吸入通道的增压,导回泵中的处于压力下的流体经由回流接头导入到吸入通道中,所述回流接头(15)至少接近切向地通入环状的吸入通道(13)中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1的前序部分的泵,尤其是用于变速器或机动车的助力转向装置以供给流体的叶片泵。
背景技术
在EP0763659B1中描述了一种叶片泵,其中从消耗器导回的流体经由回流接头导入压力腔中。所述压力腔具有朝泵中的吸入腔打开的排出口,该排出口的横截面小于导入流体的回流接头的横截面。通过这种设计,导入的流体在穿越至吸入区域中时通过较窄的排出口被加速。以这种方式,以高的速度进入吸入腔中的流体应该将在那里存在的流体一起带走并且输送给泵的吸入区域。
在DE10229809A1中描述了一种叶片泵,其中同样从导入至消耗器的导管经由旁通导管将压力介质流输送给泵吸入侧,其中在导回泵的吸入接头的压力介质流中时产生喷射作用。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,以简单措施实现通常是油的过剩流体或旁通流体的导回,其中不需要在泵中集成附加的构件。
根据本发明该任务这样解决,即回流接头至少接近切向地通入环状的吸入通道中。
通过处于压力下的回流流体的切向输送,在所述环状的吸入通道中引起压力介质的加速。根据本发明,这因此以简单的方式并且无附加构件地实现。
在有利的方式中,回流接头布置在压力介质输入部与回流接头的相交区域中。以这种方式实现非常良好的效果。
本发明的另一种特别有利的设计在于,在所述环状的吸入通道中在所述相交区域布置横截面扩大部。
所述横截面扩大部能以台阶的形式或作为圆锥形扩大部制成。通过所述横截面扩大部,在吸入通道中在所述相交区域中产生负压,由此再次改善回流流体与输入的压力介质的混合。通过所述负压,压力介质输入部的吸入油被一起带走并且来自回流接头的流体的能量传递给流入的压力介质。以这种方式在吸入通道中产生增压意义上的压力提高。
此外有利的是,转子的旋转方向对应于压力介质的流动方向。

具体实施方式
本发明接着借助叶片泵说明。但当然本发明也适用于滚子叶片泵或齿轮泵。
叶片泵是普遍已知的,对此例如参考提到的专利,因此接着仅详细说明对于本发明重要的部分。
在壳体1中布置在驱动轴2上布置的转子3、围绕转子3的曲线环4和多个在转子3的圆周上在缝隙中分布地布置的以叶片形式的工作滑动件5。在转子3和曲线环4的两侧布置配流盘6和7。在此在该实施例中,配流盘7集成到壳体盖8中或构成壳体盖8。在配流盘6和7中以已知的方式成型供给孔10和叶片后供给孔11。密封件9用于对外密封压力介质。
经由压力介质输入部12,油作为压力介质到达曲线环4与壳体1之间的环状的吸入通道13中。从环状的吸入通道13出发,油以已知的方式到达转子3与曲线环4之间的吸入腔14中。处于压力下的压力油以未详细示出的方式导入消耗器、例如机动车的助力转向装置中。
如尤其是从图2可见的,回流接头15在与压力介质输入部12的相交区域中通入环状的吸入通道13中。
由图3可看出,在回流接头15进入吸入通道13的区域中,成型以圆锥形扩大部形式的横截面扩大部16a。
因为处在压力下的导入到消耗器中的压力油经由叶片泵的未示出的旁通导管经由回流接头15以相应的过压输送,所以通过横截面扩大部16a与切向的导入相结合产生负压并因此产生与经由压力介质输入部12流入的吸入油的良好混合。
代替圆锥形扩大部形式的横截面扩大部16a也能以简单方式设置以台阶16b形式的横截面扩大部,如这局部地在图4的放大图中可见。

Claims (6)
1.泵,尤其是用于变速器或用于机动车的助力转向装置以供给流体的叶片泵,为了设有压力介质输入部的吸入通道的增压,导回泵中的处于压力下的流体经由回流接头导入到吸入通道中,其特征在于,所述回流接头(15)至少接近切向地通入环状的吸入通道(13)中。
2.按权利要求1的泵,其特征在于,回流接头(15)在压力介质输入部(12)与回流接头(15)的相交区域中布置。
3.按权利要求2的泵,其特征在于,在所述环状的吸入通道(13)中在相交区域中布置横截面扩大部(16a、16b)。
4.按权利要求3的泵,其特征在于,所述横截面扩大部(16)通过在吸入通道(13)中的台阶构成。
5.按权利要求3的泵,其特征在于,所述横截面扩大部通过在吸入通道(13)中的圆锥形扩大部(16a)构成。
6.按权利要求1至4之一的泵,其特征在于,泵的旋转方向与吸入通道中的流动方向相一致。
