Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型涂胶装置，包括底座、轨道圈、转盘和钢珠，所述的轨道圈通过均布的三枚内六角螺钉固定在底盘中央，所述的轨道圈上表面靠近边缘处设有环形的第一钢珠轨道槽，所述的转盘下表面且位于转盘固定柱外侧设有一个环形的凹腔，所述的轨道圈容纳在凹腔内，所述的转盘下表面设有与第一钢珠轨道槽大小相同且位置对应的第二钢珠轨道槽，两条钢珠轨道槽之间均布有钢珠。本发明结构简单，使用方便，耐磨性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂胶装置，尤其是一种新型涂胶装置。
背景技术
目前，涂胶存在两个极端，一种是依靠人工涂胶，这种方式涂胶位置不准确，且涂胶速度慢，另一种是采用机器涂胶，这种方式的不足是机器结构复杂，且成本高，不适用于小型零件的涂胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型涂胶装置。
本发明解决的是现有技术中存在的涂胶位置不准确、涂胶速度慢以及涂胶机器结构复杂不便于使用、成本高的不足。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技方案是：它包括底座、轨道圈、转盘和钢珠，所述的轨道圈通过均布的三枚内六角螺钉固定在底盘中央，轨道圈和底盘正中间分别设有同样大小的通孔，所述的轨道圈上表面靠近边缘处设有环形的第一钢珠轨道槽，所述的转盘正下方，设有一个转盘固定柱，转盘固定柱与转盘为一体结构，转盘固定柱置于所述轨道圈和底盘的通孔内，所述的转盘下表面且位于转盘固定柱外侧设有一个环形的凹腔，所述的轨道圈容纳在凹腔内，所述的转盘下表面设有与第一钢珠轨道槽大小相同且位置对应的第二钢珠轨道槽，两条钢珠轨道槽之间均布有六十颗钢珠，所述的转盘固定柱下部设有轴用钢丝挡圈。
本发明的有益效果是：工件置于转盘上，涂胶时转动转盘，即可保证所涂的胶在同一水平线上，解决了涂胶位置不准确的问题，本发明结构简单，使用方便，便于维修，降低了成本，所有零件表面通过发黑处理，使金属表面产生一层氧化膜，防止零件被腐蚀生锈，耐磨性高。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，它包括底座1、轨道圈8、转盘5和钢珠4，所述的轨道圈8通过均布的三枚内六角螺钉2固定在底盘1中央，轨道圈8和底盘1正中间分别设有同样大小的通孔，所述的轨道圈8上表面靠近边缘处设有环形的第一钢珠轨道槽7，所述的转盘5正下方，设有一个转盘固定柱10，转盘固定柱10与转盘5为一体结构，转盘固定柱10置于所述轨道圈8和底盘1的通孔内，所述的转盘5下表面且位于转盘固定柱10外侧设有一个环形的凹腔3，所述的轨道圈8容纳在凹腔3内，所述的转盘5下表面设有与第一钢珠轨道槽7大小相同且位置对应的第二钢珠轨道槽6，两条钢珠轨道槽之间均布有六十颗钢珠4，所述的转盘固定柱10下部设有轴用钢丝挡圈9。
本实施例中，所述的轨道圈8上表面且位于内六角螺钉2固定处设有下凹的台面12，所述的内六角螺钉2固定后，内六角螺钉2的上表面低于下凹的台面12。
本实施例中，所述的转盘固定柱10下端设有一个孔11。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型涂胶装置，包括底座、轨道圈、转盘和钢珠，其特征在于所述的轨道圈通过均布的三枚内六角螺钉固定在底盘中央，轨道圈和底盘正中间分别设有同样大小的通孔，所述的轨道圈上表面靠近边缘处设有环形的第一钢珠轨道槽，所述的转盘正下方，设有一个转盘固定柱，转盘固定柱与转盘为一体结构，转盘固定柱置于所述轨道圈和底盘的通孔内，所述的转盘下表面且位于转盘固定柱外侧设有一个环形的凹腔，所述的轨道圈容纳在凹腔内，所述的转盘下表面设有与第一钢珠轨道槽大小相同且位置对应的第二钢珠轨道槽，两条钢珠轨道槽之间均布有六十颗钢珠，所述的转盘固定柱下部设有轴用钢丝挡圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型涂胶装置，其特征在于所述的轨道圈上表面且位于内六角螺钉固定处设有下凹的台面，所述的内六角螺钉固定后，内六角螺钉的上表面低于下凹的台面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型涂胶装置，其特征在于所述的转盘固定柱下端设有一个孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型涂胶装置，其特征在于所述的底座、轨道圈、转盘、转盘固定柱、钢珠、轴用钢丝挡圈和内六角螺钉表面全部发黑。
