技术领域
    本发明涉及电缆电线绞合生产技术领域，特别是涉及一种自动绞线机。
背景技术
绞线机是一种用于生产电线、电缆等由多股细线相互缠绕形成一根线缆的绕线装置。现有的绞线机在实际的应用过程中，由于机器配重、结构等方面存在一定的问题，机器运行不平稳，运转速度不高，生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的，是对现有自动绞线机的结构进行技术改进，从而提供一种结构新颖、布局合理、结构完善，运行平稳的自动绞线机。
实现上述目的的技术解决方案是：一种自动绞线机，包括外壳、进线主轴、进线导轮、绞弓、出线主轴、出线导轮以及设置在绞弓上的收线支架，所述的收线支架近出线主轴处设置有牵引导轮组；所述的收线支架中间部设置有收线装置，所述的收线装置包括排线装置以及设置在排线装置下方的收线滚筒；所述的牵引导轮组和所述排线装置之间还设置有张力调整装置；所述的绞线机内设置有大功率抽风机。
作为本发明的优选，所述的外壳上设置有可视门窗，可以目测机内运转自如。
作为本发明的优选，所述的绞弓包括过线绞弓以及配重绞弓，所述的过线绞弓上均匀间隔设置有牵引导轮以及过线眼。过线绞弓与配重绞弓的对称设置，结构配比优化，使得设备运行更加平稳，
作为本发明的进一步优选，所述的自动绞线机上还设置有电控系统及触控制屏。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供的自动绞线机结构配比优，运行更加平稳；各个机构的协调配置，使得获得的绞线笔直质量优，此外，大功率抽风机保证机内通风散热，运作环境优秀，整个作业方便且轻松。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示，一种自动绞线机，包括外壳1、所述的外壳1上设置有可视门窗11。内部结构包括进线主轴2、进线导轮21、绞弓、出线主轴3、出线导轮31以及设置在绞弓上的收线支架6。所述的绞弓包括过线绞弓4以及配重绞弓5，所述的过线绞弓4上均匀间隔设置有牵引导轮41以及过线眼42。所述的收线支架6近出线主轴4处设置有牵引导轮组7；所述的收线支架中间部设置有收线装置，所述的收线装置包括排线装置8以及设置在排线装置8下方的收线滚筒9；所述的牵引导轮组7和所述排线装置8之间还设置有张力调整装置；所述的绞线机内还设置有大功率抽风机。
本发明提供的自动绞线机上还设置有电控系统、各机构电机及触控制屏。进线、绞线、牵引、排线等装置均单独设有马达，动力独立，机动控制自成一体。在触控制屏设定好各个参数，绞线机开始运作，多根单线经进线主轴2进入，通过进线导轮21，在进入过线绞弓4时完成第一次绞线，再穿过过线眼42和牵引导轮41进入出现导轮31及出线主轴3，完成第二次绞线；绞线经过牵引导轮组7，再经由张力调整装置进入排线装置8，在排线装置8的均匀布线下，绞线经收线滚筒9收线。在绞线机运作同时，大功率抽风机保证机内通风散热，可视门窗11可以目测机内运转自如，作业方便且轻松。

1.一种自动绞线机，其特征在于：包括外壳（1）、进线主轴（2）、进线导轮（21）、绞弓、出线主轴（3）、出线导轮（31）以及设置在绞弓上的收线支架（6），所述的收线支架（6）近出线主轴（4）处设置有牵引导轮组（7）；所述的收线支架中间部设置有收线装置，所述的收线装置包括排线装置（8）以及设置在排线装置（8）下方的收线滚筒（9）；所述的牵引导轮组（7）和所述排线装置（8）之间还设置有张力调整装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动绞线机，其特征在于：所述的外壳（1）上设置有可视门窗（11）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动绞线机：所述的绞弓包括过线绞弓（4）以及配重绞弓（5）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动绞线机，其特征在于：所述的过线绞弓（4）上均匀间隔设置有牵引导轮（41）以及过线眼（42）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动绞线机，其特征在于：所述的自动绞线机上还设置有电控系统、各机构电机以及触控制屏。
