Abstract

油脂散热LED灯包括有LED灯以及散热罩,散热罩由导热材料构成,散热罩设有散热容器,散热容器内设有导热剂,LED灯珠的电极引脚直接与导热剂接触,LED灯珠内PN结的热量直接由电极引脚引到导热剂内,利用散热性能良好的导热剂将PN结的热量传递到散热容器的铝合金外壳,提高了LED灯的散热效果。

油脂散热LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,特别是一种油脂散热LED灯。
背景技术
现有的由多个LED灯珠构成的普通LED灯,LED灯珠PN结的热量通过LED灯的电极引脚与空气接触散热,散热通过空气流通进行,由于空气的导热系数较低(约为0.024w/mk),同时,LED灯的电极安装于散热罩内,直接影响了LED灯的散热效果,影响了LED灯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种油脂散热LED灯,用于提高LED灯的散热效果,延长LED灯的使用寿命。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:油脂散热LED灯包括由LED灯以及散热罩,散热罩由导热材料构成,散热罩设有散热容器,散热容器内设有导热剂,导热剂与LED灯的电极引脚接触,LED灯的电极引脚的热量由导热剂传递到散热罩,加快LED灯散热的效率;散热罩的散热容器设有接口,LED灯包括有LED灯板以及LED灯珠,LED灯珠焊接于LED灯板上,LED灯板安装于接口上,LED灯板与散热容器的接口密封连接,LED灯的电极引脚浸泡于散热容器的导热剂内;散热容器的外壳设有外散热片以及内散热片,散热容器的外壳由铝合金构成;导热剂有导热硅脂,或者变压器油,或者导热硅脂与变压器油的混合体。
油脂散热LED灯的工作原理是:油脂散热LED灯设有散热容器,散热容器内设有导热剂,导热剂与LED灯的电极引脚接触,LED灯珠内PN结的热量由电极引脚传递到导热剂,由导热剂传递到散热容器的外壳,外壳将热量散发到空间;利用导热剂增加与电极引脚的接触面,利用内散热片增加外壳与导热剂的接触面,利用外散热片增加外壳与外部空气的接触面,提高LED灯的散热效率。
本发明的有益效果是:油脂散热LED灯,LED灯珠的电极引脚直接与导热剂接触,LED灯珠内PN结的热量直接由电极引脚引到导热剂内,利用散热性能良好的导热剂将PN结的热量传递到散热容器的铝合金外壳;由于空气的导热系数约为0.024w/mk,变压器油的导热系数约为0.128w/mk,导热硅脂的导热系数约为1w/mk至3w/mk,变压器油以及导热硅脂导热系数大于空气的导热系数,同时,外壳设有内散热片以及外散热片,提高了LED灯的散热效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步的说明:
图1所示的油脂散热LED灯的结构示意图以及图2所示图1的俯视图,油脂散热LED灯包括有LED灯1以及散热罩2,散热罩2由导热材料构成,散热罩2设有散热容器3,散热容器3内设有导热剂4,导热剂4与LED灯1的电极引脚5接触,LED灯1的电极引脚5的热量由导热剂4传递到散热罩2,加快LED灯散热的效率;导热剂4有导热硅脂,或者变压器油,或者导热硅脂与变压器油的混合体。
为了将导热剂4密封于散热容器3内,同时,保持电极引脚5与导热剂4接触,散热罩2的散热容器3设有接口6,LED灯1包括有LED灯板7以及LED灯珠8,LED灯珠8焊接于LED灯板7上,LED灯板7安装于接口6上,LED灯板7与散热容器3的接口6密封连接,LED灯1的电极引脚5浸泡于散热容器3的导热剂4内;散热容器3的接口6设有内螺纹,LED灯1设有灯杯9或者杯盖,灯杯9或者杯盖设有外螺纹,LED灯板7与接口6之间设有密封垫10,灯杯9或者杯盖的外螺纹与接口6的内螺纹连接,灯杯9或者杯盖通过螺纹与接口6连接,将LED灯板7与密封垫10压紧于散热容器3的接口6,利用LED灯板7以及密封垫10将散热容器3的接口6密封,将导热剂4密封于散热容器3内。
为了实施LED灯1的电极引脚5与LED电源13的连接,散热容器3连接有灯罩11,灯罩11设有散热孔,灯罩11设有电源接头12,LED灯1的LED电源13安装于灯罩11内;散热容器3设有与散热容器3绝缘的电接头14,电接头14设有导线与电极引脚5连接,电源接头12设有电源线与LED电源13连接。
为了将LED灯珠8PN结的热量引出,LED灯板7设有多个LED灯珠8,LED灯珠8焊接于LED灯板7的线路板15上,LED灯珠8的电极引脚5并联连接,线路板15的线路与导热剂4接触。
为了防止导热剂4于电极引脚5溢出,LED灯珠8与线路板15之间设有密封灯垫16,密封灯垫16由硅胶构成,LED灯珠8的电极引脚5与线路板15的引线孔密封连接。
为了增加散热容器3的散热面积,散热容器3的外壳17设有外散热片18以及内散热片21,散热容器3的外壳17由铝合金构成。
为了方便向散热容器3注入导热剂4,散热容器3设有注油口19,用于利用注油口19向散热容器3注入导热剂4,注油口19设有密封塞20,密封塞20与注油口19密封连接。

Claims (10)

1.油脂散热LED灯包括有LED灯(1)以及散热罩(2),散热罩(2)由导热材料构成,其特征在于:所述的散热罩(2)设有散热容器(3),散热容器(3)内设有导热剂(4),导热剂(4)与LED灯(1)的电极引脚(5)接触,LED灯(1)的电极引脚(5)的热量由导热剂(4)传递到散热罩(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热罩(2)的散热容器(3)设有接口(6),LED灯(1)包括有LED灯板(7)以及LED灯珠(8),LED灯珠(8)焊接于LED灯板(7)上,LED灯板(7)安装于接口(6)上,LED灯板(7)与散热容器(3)的接口(6)密封连接,LED灯(1)的电极引脚(5)浸泡于散热容器(3)的导热剂(4)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热容器(3)的接口(6)设有内螺纹,LED灯(1)设有灯杯(9)或者杯盖,灯杯(9)或者杯盖设有外螺纹,LED灯板(7)与接口(6)之间设有密封垫(10),灯杯(9)或者杯盖的外螺纹与接口(6)的内螺纹连接,灯杯(9)或者杯盖通过螺纹与接口(6)连接,将LED灯板(7)与密封垫(10)压紧于散热容器(3)的接口(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热容器(3)连接有灯罩(11),灯罩(11)设有散热孔,灯罩(11)设有电源接头(12),LED灯(1)的LED电源(13)安装于灯罩(11)内;散热容器(3)设有与散热容器(3)绝缘的电接头(14),电接头(14)设有导线与电极引脚(5)连接,电源接头(12)设有电源线与LED电源(13)连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的LED灯板(7)设有多个LED灯珠(8),LED灯珠(8)焊接于LED灯板(7)的线路板(15)上,LED灯珠(8)的电极引脚(5)并联连接,线路板(15)的线路与导热剂(4)接触。
6.根据权利要求5所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的LED灯珠(8)与线路板(15)之间设有密封灯垫(16),LED灯珠(8)的电极引脚(5)与线路板(15)的引线孔密封连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热容器(3)的外壳(17)设有外散热片(18)以及内散热片(21),散热容器(3)的外壳(17)由铝合金构成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的导热剂(4)有导热剂4有导热硅脂,或者变压器油,或者导热硅脂与变压器油的混合体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的油脂散热LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热容器(3)设有注油口(19),注油口(19)设有密封塞(20),密封塞(20)与注油口(19)密封连接。
10.一种根据根据权利要求9所述的油脂散热LED灯的工作原理,其特征在于:油脂散热LED灯的工作原理是:油脂散热LED灯设有散热容器,散热容器内设有导热剂,导热剂与LED灯的电极引脚接触,LED灯珠内PN结的热量由电极引脚传递到导热剂,由导热剂传递到散热容器的外壳,外壳将热量散发到空间;利用导热剂增加与电极引脚的接触面,利用内散热片增加外壳与导热剂的接触面,利用外散热片增加外壳与外部空气的接触面,提高LED灯的散热效率。
