Abstract

本发明涉及一种适用于超低温环境下,能防止结露的冷风机。在普通风机基础上增加了纤维送风管(5/6)和回风箱(7),回风箱内敷设橡塑(8)。在融霜时,由于纤维布风管挡住了风机的送风口,而回风箱有效的防止了水蒸汽的逸出(高温气体比低温气体密度轻),将蒸汽有效的留在了设备外壳内,随着温度的降低而逐渐凝结成水并汇集到接水盘中而排走。避免了库内挂白霜的现象,从而节约了能耗,由于解决了挂白霜的现象,所以原本必须采用蒸发排管的超低温可以采用冷风机的方案,从而节约了投资和缩短建设周期。适用于林牧渔冷库领域。

本发明涉及一种超低温环境下使用的防结露型冷风机,所属领域为农林牧渔领域。
背景技术
应用在超低温环境中的现有技术的冷风机,在融霜过程中,由于电加热丝通电后温度升高,与超低温环境的温差太大,导致产生大量的水蒸汽。
这些水蒸汽通过风机出风口和回风口逸出,散布在周围环境中,遇到颗粒便会覆着在上面,形成白霜。这也就是很多采用冷风机作为蒸发器的超低温库内霜多的原因。
发明内容
超低温库中使用采用目前技术的冷风机,库内挂满白霜。本发明的目的是解决超低温库内挂白霜的现象。
普通的冷风机一般由盘管翅片、风机、外壳、接水盘组成,本设备为一种防结露型冷风机,其在送风端多设置了纤维布送风管,纤维布送风管的材质是一种柔性的不燃的纤维布,该纤维布是由阻燃纤维丝织成的纺织物;在回风端多设置了回风箱,回风箱内敷设橡塑绝热材料。
本设备结构简单、跟现有技术的冷风机相比价格增加不大,优点如下:
1)解决了超低温环境中的冷库环境,避免了库内挂白霜的现象,从而节约了能耗;
2)由于解决了挂白霜的现象,所以必须采用蒸发排管的超低温可以采用冷风机的方案,从而节约了初期投资和建设周期。

具体实施方式
当这种防结露型冷风机在运行过程中,纤维布送风管由于风压的作用而处于撑开状态(如附图2、4所示),设备正常运行;当防结露型冷风机在融霜时,风扇停止转动,风压为零,纤维送风管由于自重处于下垂状态,下垂的纤维布风管挡住了风扇的出风口(如附图3、5所示),由于高温气体比低温气体密度轻,融霜形成的蒸汽即不能从高位的出风口溢出,也不能从低位的回风箱出口端溢出,就集结在设备外壳及回风箱内,随着温度的降低而逐渐凝结成水并汇集到接水盘中而排走。

1.一种超低温环境下使用的防结露型冷风机,其特征在于:
这种防结露型冷风机的送风端设置了纤维布送风管,纤维布送风管的材质是一种柔性的不燃的纤维布,该纤维布是由阻燃纤维丝织成的纺织物;回风端设置了回风箱,回风箱内敷设橡塑绝热材料;当这种防结露型冷风机在运行过程中,纤维布送风管由于风压的作用而处于撑开状态,设备正常运行;当防结露型冷风机在融霜时,风扇停止转动,风压为零,纤维送风管由于自重处于下垂状态,下垂的纤维布风管挡住了风扇的出风口,由于高温气体比低温气体密度轻,融霜形成的蒸气即不能从高位的出风口溢出,也不能从低位的回风箱出口端溢出,就集结在设备外壳及回风箱内,随着温度的降低而逐渐凝结成水并汇集到接水盘中而排走。
