电子引线镀锡可有效防止氧化和抗腐蚀，提高与电路板的焊接性能和防腐蚀性能，目前的锡镍合金镀锡添加剂存在镀层表面结合强度低，结晶不均匀光洁度差，镀锡溶液的稳定性低易浑浊使用时间短等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种配方合理，镀锡溶液稳定性能好，使用时间长，所镀的产品可焊性好耐腐蚀的锡镍合金电镀锡添加剂。

一种锡镍合金电镀锡添加剂，其特征在于：有下列成分配比而成，苹果酸15-50g/L，甘氨酸10-50g/L，甲硫氨酸15-50g/L，氯化亚锡10-50g/L，焦磷酸钠150-300g/L，余量去离子水。
