技术领域
本发明涉及一种以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法，属于金属防锈技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁类金属在自然存放条件下，因为环境和其它因素使部件容易锈蚀，从而降低或失去使用价值，造成安全事故和经济损失，我国每年因金属锈蚀所造成的直接经济损失数额巨大。
金属锈蚀从机理上主要分为化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀，产生锈蚀的原因有很多，如机械损伤、表面缺陷、内部缺陷、环境因素等，常见的腐蚀因素有接触空气、表面污染、电化学腐蚀和表面划伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡及其制备方法，本发明的防锈蜡以乳化蜡为主要原料，不仅具有良好的防锈性能，使用方便，而且原料中添加了改性硅藻土和改性纯丙乳液，本发明的防锈蜡具有比同类产品更优异的耐温性能、表面光滑度，以及具有良好的流动性和耐盐雾性、耐湿热性。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案：
以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其组成原料的重量份为：乳化蜡50-60、70#微晶蜡37-43、二茂铁0.8-1.2、成膜树脂4-6、改性硅藻土3-5、甘油三醋酸酯15-18、异二醇单丁醚0.6-0.8、改性纯丙乳液1-3、氢氧化铝0.4-0.6、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.5-0.7、十八烷基胺1.2-1.5、丙二醇0.7-0.9、氧化锆5-7、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4、抗氧剂1680.9-1.1和三聚磷酸钠1-3。

以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）成膜树脂的制备：
成膜树脂的配方为pvc树脂2-5、松香5-8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-3、聚醋酸乙烯乳液4-6、氧化锌0.2-0.3、马来酸二辛酯3-5、间二甲苯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、聚丙烯醇0.1-0.3、甘油三醋酸酯0.3-0.5；制备方法如下：
a：将松香、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、马来酸二辛酯、间二甲苯、甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入pvc树脂、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化锌；
b：然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂；
（2）首先将乳化蜡、70#微晶蜡、改性纯丙乳液和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；
（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，即得金属防锈蜡。
所述的改性硅藻土制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到。
所述的改性纯丙乳液的制备方法为在纯丙乳液中加入4-5%三聚磷酸钠、2-3%硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%丙三醇三甘油酸酯、2-3%月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%扩散剂MF、3-4倍量甲基硅油反应1-2小时得到。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的防锈蜡以乳化蜡为主要原料，不仅具有良好的防锈性能，使用方便，而且原料中添加了改性硅藻土和改性纯丙乳液，本发明的防锈蜡具有比同类产品更优异的耐温性能、表面光滑度，以及具有良好的流动性和耐盐雾性、耐湿热性。可用于钢材、轴承、大型机械、管道等的防锈处理。
具体实施方式
实施例1：以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其组成原料的重量份（公斤）为：乳化蜡55、70#微晶蜡40、二茂铁1、成膜树脂5、改性硅藻土4、甘油三醋酸酯16、异二醇单丁醚0.7、改性纯丙乳液2、氢氧化铝0.5、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.6、十八烷基胺1.4、丙二醇0.8、氧化锆6、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3、抗氧剂1681和三聚磷酸钠2。
以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）成膜树脂的制备：
成膜树脂的配方（公斤数）为pvc树脂2、松香8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1、聚醋酸乙烯乳液4、氧化锌0.2、马来酸二辛酯5、间二甲苯3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3、过硫酸钾0.2、聚丙烯醇0.1、甘油三醋酸酯0.5；制备方法如下：
a：将松香、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、马来酸二辛酯、间二甲苯、甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入pvc树脂、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化锌；
b：然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂；
（2）首先将乳化蜡、70#微晶蜡、改性纯丙乳液和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；
（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，即得金属防锈蜡。
所述的改性硅藻土制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到。
所述的改性纯丙乳液的制备方法为在纯丙乳液中加入4-5%三聚磷酸钠、2-3%硅烷偶联剂KH550、2-3%丙三醇三甘油酸酯、2-3%月桂醇硫酸钠、1-2%扩散剂MF、3-4倍量甲基硅油反应1-2小时得到。
上述实施例制得的防锈蜡涂于钢管表面的性能数据：
本发明的防锈蜡具有-17℃下的抗低温性，88℃的耐高温性，75℃下不变形流动，耐湿热性为91天，耐盐雾性为28天，防锈蚀时间为9个月以上，并具有良好的表面光滑度。

1.一种以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：乳化蜡50-60、70#微晶蜡37-43、二茂铁0.8-1.2、成膜树脂4-6、改性硅藻土3-5、甘油三醋酸酯15-18、异二醇单丁醚0.6-0.8、改性纯丙乳液1-3、氢氧化铝0.4-0.6、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.5-0.7、十八烷基胺1.2-1.5、丙二醇0.7-0.9、氧化锆5-7、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-4、抗氧剂1680.9-1.1和三聚磷酸钠1-3；所述的成膜树脂的配方为PVC树脂2-5、松香5-8、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷1-3、聚醋酸乙烯乳液4-6、氧化锌0.2-0.3、马来酸二辛酯3-5、间二甲苯2-3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、聚丙烯醇0.1-0.3、甘油三醋酸酯0.3-0.5；该成膜树脂的制备方法如下：（1）将松香、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、马来酸二辛酯、间二甲苯、甘油三醋酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至100±5℃，开动搅拌加入PVC树脂、聚丙烯醇、过硫酸钾、氧化锌；（2）然后以50-60℃/h速率升温到170-185℃，反应1-2小时停止加热，冷却到70±5℃搅匀得到成膜树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：乳化蜡55、70#微晶蜡40、二茂铁1、成膜树脂5、改性硅藻土4、甘油三醋酸酯16、异二醇单丁醚0.7、改性纯丙乳液2、氢氧化铝0.5、双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡0.6、十八烷基胺1.4、丙二醇0.8、氧化锆6、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3、抗氧剂1681和三聚磷酸钠2。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡，其特征在于：所述的改性硅藻土制备方法为将硅藻土用10-15%盐酸浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用10-12%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干得到。

5.一种如权利要求1所述的以乳化蜡为主体的金属防锈蜡的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：（1）根据权利要求1的配方及制备方法制成成膜树脂；（2）首先将乳化蜡、70#微晶蜡、改性纯丙乳液和成膜树脂按配比加入到不锈钢容器中缓慢加热至110-130℃混合反应20-30分钟制成油相物料；（3）在步骤（2）制成的油相物料中加入剩余其他组成原料，混合乳化，混合乳化完备后再搅拌稳定15-30分钟，冷却，过滤即得金属防锈蜡。
