本发明涉及一种烤箱油烟过滤装置，其特征在于：包括与烤箱内胆组件顶部出风口连接的透风管；设置在透风管上方、内部中空的固定架；设置在固定架内、与透风管出口相对的加热管；设置在固定架上方、固定在烤箱壳体上的上安装板，所述固定架固定在上安装板上，上安装板上设置有贯穿孔；设置在上安装板上方、与上安装板之间具有间隙的导风板，上安装板与导风板之间的间隙即为风道；风机，与前述风道一侧连通，前述风道的另一侧与烤箱壳体上的出口连通。本发明能将烤箱烘烤过程中产生的油烟进行过滤分解，降低油烟刺鼻味。

一种烤箱油烟过滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烤箱油烟过滤装置。
背景技术
烤箱内胆是一个密封的部件，食物在烤箱内胆烘烤过程中会产生油烟，现有的烤箱结构，没有任何过滤装置能将这些油烟进行过滤，这些油烟均直接通过烤箱壳体上的排气口排放到壳体外，而烤箱一般放置在室内(如厨房内)，直接排放到室内的油烟会严重影响人体健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种烤箱油烟过滤装置，该装置能将烤箱烘烤过程中产生的油烟进行过滤分解。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：该烤箱油烟过滤装置，其特征在于：包括
与烤箱内胆组件顶部出风口连接的透风管；
设置在透风管上方、内部中空的固定架；
设置在固定架内、与透风管出口相对的加热管；
设置在固定架上方、固定在烤箱壳体上的上安装板，所述固定架固定在上安装板上，上安装板上设置有贯穿孔；
设置在上安装板上方、与上安装板之间具有间隙的导风板，上安装板与导风板之间的间隙即为风道；
风机，与前述风道一侧连通，前述风道的另一侧与烤箱壳体上的出口连通。
作为改进，本发明还包括：设置在固定架内的过滤板，过滤板位于加热管上方，过滤板上设置有密集分布的透风口。
再改进，所述上安装板上的贯穿孔内设置有陶瓷板，该陶瓷板上设置有排气口。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于：食物在烘烤过程中产生的油烟，通过内胆组件顶部的出风口往外排，此时油烟经过透风管到达加热管处，加热管的温度较好，一般会在400～500度左右，油烟经过加热管进行高温分解（油烟、油脂在380度以上就会形成炭化）。另外，在改进技术方案中在加热管上方设置过滤板，经过加热管分解后的气体和未完全分解的油烟通过过滤板的密集透风口进行二次分解，最终随着惯流风机工作吹到壳体外，本装置为将内胆内部排出的油烟进行分解，降低油烟刺鼻味。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示的烤箱油烟过滤装置，其包括
与烤箱内胆组件1顶部出风口连接的透风管2；
设置在透风管2上方、内部中空的固定架3；
设置在固定架3内、与透风管2出口相对的加热管4；
设置在固定架3内位于加热管上方的过滤板5，过滤板5上设置有密集分布的透风口；
设置在固定架3上方、固定在烤箱壳体上的上安装板6，所述固定架3固定在上安装板6上，上安装板6上设置有贯穿孔61；
上安装板6上的贯穿孔61内设置有陶瓷板7，该陶瓷板7上设置有排气口；
设置在上安装板6上方、与上安装板6之间具有间隙的导风板8，上安装板6与导风板8之间的间隙即为风道9；
风机(图中未示出)，与前述风道9一侧连通，前述风道9的另一侧与烤箱壳体上的出口连通。

1.一种烤箱油烟过滤装置，其特征在于：包括
与烤箱内胆组件顶部出风口连接的透风管；
设置在透风管上方、内部中空的固定架；
设置在固定架内、与透风管出口相对的加热管；
设置在固定架上方、固定在烤箱壳体上的上安装板，所述固定架固定在上安装板上，上安装板上设置有贯穿孔；
设置在上安装板上方、与上安装板之间具有间隙的导风板，上安装板与导风板之间的间隙即为风道；
风机，与前述风道一侧连通，前述风道的另一侧与烤箱壳体上的出口连通；
设置在固定架内的过滤板，该过滤板位于加热管上方，过滤板上设置有密集分布的透风口；
所述上安装板上的贯穿孔内设置有陶瓷板，该陶瓷板上设置有排气口。
