技术领域
本发明涉及针护套结构和结合这种结构的注射装置。
背景技术
已知地,提供一种注射器护套以在注射前覆盖注射器的针,以保持针的无菌,避免包含在注射器内的药物蒸发,防止针刺伤,并且还在注射装置的制造和组装过程中保护针。在已知形式的硬质针护套结构中,软质橡胶内部套管套在注射器本体的前端处的带肋插头之上,并且该套管由外部硬质圆筒形部分包含。在这种结构中,针护套滑动套在插头之上,并且在护套和注射器本体之间没有任何连接。
此外,在自动注射装置中,其中注射器或药盒初始地在穿透阶段被向前驱动,以将针插入肉中,当针位于其最向前位置中时,在注射器上通常存在某种阻止动作。通常,这个阻止作用力直接地或通过筒状注射器托架等被传递到注射器凸缘。由于该凸缘注射器的筒与成直角地延伸,该直角作为应力放大器,并且存在凸缘断裂使得注射器向前伸出到其所需的位置之外的风险。此外,我们还发现,由于公差的累积,在针尖和凸缘表面之间的距离的公差是比较大的。由于注射器的运动,针的穿透深度和其他注射特性受到注射器上的基准表面和针前顶端之间的累积公差的影响,减小这种累积公差是重要的。如果在注射器上的前向承载表面在凸缘的前方,则累积公差将减小。还优选的是,与注射器的圆筒形壁轴向对准地将约束载荷传递到注射器的圆筒形壁中,从而不仅减小偏移载荷,还允许任何阻止表面或弹簧的直径相对地大到不妨碍在注射器的前面的区域的程度,该区域可以容纳阻止弹簧、针护套移除器等。
GB2424836公开了一种注射装置,其中防窃启(tamper-evident)针护套由易断连接件连接到针头接口。针头接口是装配在注射器的前端而不是其本体上的分开的零件。不存在通过针头接口的在移除针护套以后保留的的部分反抗任何约束载荷的启示。
GB2425062在图6和图7中公开了一种注射装置,在该注射装置中,针帽由易断连接件连接到针子组件。针子组件被装配在注射器的前端上。没有公开其中护套部易折断地连接到接合注射器的主体的部分的任何针护套结构,也没有公开其中注射器接合部在注射器在其伸展运动的结束时被阻止时接收阻止载荷的全部或一部分的结构。
US6053892、WO03/095002和GB927626每一个都公开了一种具有防窃启密封的皮下注射器头。同样,这具有安装在注射器的前端上的接口。
发明内容
为了解决这些问题中的至少一些,我们设计了一种针护套组件,其中该组件被可拆卸地固定到注射器的主体,从而为针护套提供稳定性,并且还优选地提供反作用表面,通过该反作用表面而不是通过注射器凸缘可以将载荷可以传送到注射器本体或由注射器本体维持载荷。
因此,在一个方面中,本发明提供一种用于注射器的针护套结构,所述注射器具有大致圆筒形的本体,针位于该圆筒形的本体的前端处,所述针护套结构包括:
适于遮蔽所述针的护套部;
用于与所述注射器的本体接合的注射器接合部,和
连接所述护套部和所述注射器接合部的易碎连接部。
在上述结构中,护套结构至少部分地相对于注射器由注射器接合部支撑。在使用之前,可以通过破坏连接部拆卸护套部,使注射器接合部位于合适的位置。例如在从注射器中挤出药剂时,或在其中注射器被安装在壳体中用于在缩回位置和伸出位置之间移动的某些情况下,注射器接合部可以用于反作用或传递注射器上的荷载。
虽然注射器接合部可以在沿其长度方向上的任何点处接合或固定到注射器本体,对于注射器接合部来说,优选的是接合注射器的圆筒形的本体的前端部到直径的尖端的后部。在这种方式中,可以通过本体本身而不是通过注射器或直径减小的尖端的后向凸缘将载荷传送到注射器本体和从注射器本体传送载荷。此外,约束力可以与圆筒形的壁对准。
在注射器是在其向前端处形成有前向圆周形台肩以提供直径减小的前尖端的典型形式的情况中,有利地注射器接合部被互补地成形以接合所述台肩。例如,它可以形成具有围绕注射器的前向台肩的倾斜触点的注射器接合杯,其提供结构加强区域以传递载荷。在尖端和台肩之间可以存在圆形的或断开圆形触点。
虽然注射器接合部被接合到或夹住注射器的相关联表面是可行的,但优选地,注射器接合部与注射器的前端滑动配合,针护套和针尖或插头之间的夹紧最初保持注射器接合部避免向前运动。

本发明进一步扩展到注射装置,包括:
细长壳体;

护套结构,所述护套结构包括;

具体实施方式

现在参照图4至图7,显示一个特定实施例的组装和操作的示意性表示。在这种结构中,连接有针护套组件18的注射器10被插入自动注射器的大致圆筒形前壳体32中。在后部(大致在11处显示)设置有驱动机构,该驱动机构用于施加向前的驱动力以向前推动注射器到极限位置,并且随后通过针排出药剂。本领域技术人员公知合适的这种机构,并且因而在这里将不进行详细描述。压缩弹簧34位于壳体32的前端中,弹簧34的前端抵接所述壳体中的内部台肩36。

在使用中,将注射装置提供到注射部位并且启动驱动机构。在自动注射运动的开始阶段期间,注射器相对于壳体32整体向前移动,直到由到底的弹簧34阻止。将会注意到,阻止作用力因而被施加到注射器的进入注射器的圆筒形壁中的前端,而不是后端。此后,挤出药剂并且注射完成。

Claims (11)
