Abstract

本发明涉及一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,属于污水处理技术领域。该硅橡胶曝气管膜片由含乙烯基团聚二甲基硅氧烷配置比例为40%-80%(优先选择为45%-75%)、气相法二氧化硅配置比例为20%-60%(优先选择为20%-35%)、硅油配置比例为5%-10%和固化剂含量为2-5%混合而成。制作步骤包括含乙烯基团聚二甲基硅氧烷、气相法二氧化硅、硅油和固化剂的混合,一次硫化,混合物经挤出机挤出,加工成型,冷却,二次硫化,使得硅橡胶曝气管保持有很好的柔韧性,高拉伸强度和高撕裂性,祛除异味,美化外观,使得硅橡胶曝气管不仅具有良好的物理机械性能,而且能够经受环境温差的变化而不影响工作性能,确保曝气管高效能的工作,并且具有更长的使用寿命。

一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理行业中硅橡胶膜片式微孔曝气器上使用的曝气膜。。 
背景技术
使用硅橡胶微孔曝气管做的曝气器是一种为污水生化池提供好氧效果好、增氧能耗低、无污染、使用方便的技术,增氧能力远高于EPDM微孔曝气管,因此在市政污水处理、工业污水处理领域得到推广和应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种不仅具有足够拉伸性和撕裂强度,尤其在温度有变化的环境中可以保持其机械性能的稳定性。从而适应污水处理中室外环境气候的变化,确保曝气器的使用性能和延长曝气器的使用寿命。
申请人经过深入研究发现,EPDM微孔曝气器固有的易老化导致其机械性能下降,无法有效的提供足够的氧溶解率以及使用寿命短;产品在使用过程中产生二次污染。因此,经过反复实验和实践之后,申请人确定了硅橡胶材质的特性,如抗老化,温度变化下的机械性能的稳定、安全的性能。产品的无污染性。
所述主要原料及其重量百分比为:
含乙烯基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷 45-75%
   气相法二氧化硅 20-35%
   硅油           5-10%
   所述添加成份及其重量百分比为: 
   固化剂         2-5%
一种优选的包含烯基的聚二有机基硅氧烷在25℃下的分子量为50~70×104,乙烯基含量为0.15~0.25%。其分子式为:

硅橡胶具有以下的特性: 
杰出的机械性能:更高的抗撕裂强度≥45N/mm
                抗拉强度≥9N/mm2
                伸长率能达≥450%
优良的介电性能;
优异的抗辐射性能;
在-55℃,仍然保持卓越的柔软性;
在180℃连续使用,仍然保持原有的机械性能;
在300℃短期使用,其机械性能维持不变;
多彩多色;
卓越的增水性。
硅橡胶膜片与EPDM膜片相比,该产品不含增塑剂,能永久保持弹性,不易结垢,不硬化、不易老化、耐高低温、抗油性及耐腐蚀能力,使用寿命久等优越性能。 
本发明制作步骤: 
第一步、混合
按以下重量百分比将各种原料混合
含乙烯基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷 45-75%
气相法二氧化硅 20-35%
硅油 5-10%
第二步、搅拌
将混合好的以上原料在120-180℃下,进氮气,使其含氧量低于14%的条件
下,搅拌均匀;出料,挤出过滤,备料
第三步、成型
将上述备料与固化剂(2-5%),在开炼机上混合,制混合料
将混合料加入安装管型挤出口的挤出机上挤出;加热固化成形
第四步、冷却
将由挤出机挤出口挤出的成型管水冷冷却至常温,检测合格后收卷。
具体实施方式: 
第一段350+10℃,为其迅速热固化成型,防止其外型变形
第二段300+10℃,继续完善固化
第三段250+10℃,保持恒定,让小分子挥发
第四段200+10℃,为出料做准备。

Claims (6)

1.一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,由以下主要原料和添加成份组成,
所述主要原料及其重量百分比为:
含乙烯基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷 45-75% 
气相法二氧化硅 20-35% 
硅油 5-10% 
所述添加成份及其重量百分比为:
固化剂 2-5%。
2.一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、混合
按以下重量百分比将各种原料混合
含乙烯基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷 45-75%
气相法二氧化硅 20-35%
硅油 5-10%
第二步、搅拌
将混合好的以上原料在120-180℃下,进氮气,使其含氧量低于14%的条件
下,搅拌均匀;出料,挤出过滤,备料
第三步、成型
将上述备料与固化剂(2-5%),在开炼机上混合,制混合料
将混合料加入安装管型挤出口的挤出机上挤出;加热固化成形
第四步、冷却
将由挤出机挤出口挤出的成型管水冷冷却至常温,检测合格后收卷。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,其特征在于:
所述硅橡胶按以下步骤制备:制硅橡胶时,使其含氧量低于14%,以保证其
稳定性;将硅橡胶置入挤出机过滤,小于80微米的孔径,以保持其洁净性。
4.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,其特征在于:

所述四段加热的温度控制为:
第一段350+10℃,第二段300+10℃,第三段250+10℃,第四段200+10℃。
5.根据权利要求6所述的一种微孔硅橡胶曝气管膜片的制作方法,其特征在于:
所述四段垂直挤出机的模头出口温度应控制在20-40℃。
