本发明属于塑料薄膜挤出机技术领域,涉及一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,包括壳体、过滤盘、转动装置、过滤片、过滤片更换窗口、窗口盖、进料口及出料口,在进料口与过滤片之间的进料通道上设置有清渣通道,清渣通道的出料口正对进料口正对的过滤片之外的过滤片,在清渣通道或进料通道上设置有压力传感器及单向阀门,进料口的一侧设置有与清渣通道出口正对的过滤片的对面连通的排渣管,控制器接受压力传感器传递的压力信号并控制单向阀门的开闭实现自动排渣,优点是:本发明产品质量稳定,过滤片的使用寿命高,不浪费原材料,可不停机自动排渣,节约时间,效率高,成本低,适用于各种类型的塑料挤出设备。

Description

一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置
技术领域
本发明属于塑料薄膜挤出机技术领域,特指一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置。
背景技术
目前,塑料薄膜挤出机的过滤装置,包括壳体、壳体内的过滤盘,过滤盘的转动装置,过滤盘上周向均布有可拆卸的过滤片,壳体的一侧设置有进料口、另一侧设置有出料口,进料口一侧的壳体上设置有过滤片更换窗口及带锁紧装置的窗口盖,由于压力过大或材料的原因造成过滤片损坏后,打开过滤片更换窗口更换过滤片,其不足之处在于:若过滤片的前侧由于杂质阻塞后会造成过滤片前的薄膜形成液体的压力增高,一是容易损坏过滤片,使大量带有杂质的薄膜形成液体流过过滤片,造成薄膜次品;二是过滤片前的杂质过多后,流量减少,需要停机清理杂质,不仅耽误正常的生产,降低生产效率,而且会造成大量的原材料浪费;三是使过滤片的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产的产品质量稳定、过滤片的使用寿命高、不浪费原材料、可不停机自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,包括壳体、壳体内的过滤盘,过滤盘的转动装置,过滤盘上周向均布有可拆卸的过滤片,壳体的一侧设置有进料口、另一侧设置有出料口,进料口一侧的壳体上设置有过滤片更换窗口及带锁紧装置的窗口盖,在进料口与过滤片之间的进料通道上设置有清渣通道,清渣通道由进料通道连通至出料口一侧的出料口正对的过滤片之外的过滤片,在清渣通道或进料通道上设置有压力传感器,在清渣通道上设置有开关清渣通道的单向阀门,进料口的一侧设置有与清渣通道出口正对的过滤片的对面连通的排渣管,控制器接受压力传感器传递的压力信号并控制单向阀门的开闭实现自动排渣。
上述的单向阀门由控制器控制的油缸或气缸的活塞杆驱动其开关。
上述的转动装置为由控制器控制的油缸或气缸的活塞杆驱动传动机构拨动过滤盘转动。
上述的清渣通道为导管或设置在壳体上的内部通道。
上述排渣管上设置有由控制器控制开关的单向阀门。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、产品质量稳定:由于本发明遇到有杂质堵塞过滤片后,控制器会自动控制排渣,确保生产出的产品品质高、质量稳定。
2、过滤片的使用寿命高:本发明可通过控制器控制自动排渣,因此过滤片前的压力不会超过设计值,也就不会因过滤片前的压力过高而导致提前损坏,延长了过滤片的使用寿命。
3、不浪费原材料:本发明自动排渣,不会造成大量的废品、次品的产生,也不会因为停机后手工排渣,将大量的融化的薄膜原料浪费。
4、可不停机自动排渣:本发明设置在清渣通道或进料通道上的压力传感器,可通过控制器自动感知过滤片前的压力变化,进而实现可不停机自动排渣,节约生产时间,生产效率高,生产成本低。
5、本发明适用于各种类型的薄膜挤出机或各种塑料挤出设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—3:
一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,包括壳体10、壳体10内的过滤盘16,过滤盘16的转动装置,过滤盘16上周向均布有可拆卸的过滤片15和30,壳体10的一侧设置有进料口11、另一侧设置有出料口21,进料口11一侧的壳体10上设置有过滤片更换窗口26及带锁紧装置的窗口盖27,在进料口11与过滤片15之间的进料通道24上设置有清渣通道13,清渣通道13由进料通道24连通至出料口21一侧的出料口21正对的过滤片15之外的过滤片30,在清渣通道13或进料通道24上设置有压力传感器12,在清渣通道13上设置有开关清渣通道13的单向阀门17,进料口11的一侧设置有与清渣通道出口28正对的过滤片30的对面连通的排渣管14,控制器20接受压力传感器12传递的压力信号并控制单向阀门17的开闭实现自动排渣。
上述的单向阀门17由控制器20控制的油缸19或气缸的活塞杆18驱动其开关。
上述的转动装置为由控制器20控制的油缸25或气缸的活塞杆驱动传动机构22拨动过滤盘16上的拨片23转动。
上述的清渣通道13为导管或设置在壳体10上的内部通道。
上述排渣管14上设置有由控制器控制开关的单向阀门,防止杂质及灰尘由此进入过滤片处。
本发明的工作:挤出机工作,过滤装置前侧的加热装置将薄膜成型原料加热至流动的液体经由过滤装置至挤出头,挤出薄膜,当过滤装置的过滤片被杂质堵塞后,过滤片前的压力升高,当升高到设计压力后,控制器控制过滤盘16转动装置,使被堵塞的过滤片15转动之清渣通道13的出口正对的过滤片30处,控制器再控制排渣管14上的单向阀门及清渣通道13上的单向阀门17,依靠被堵的过滤片前的压力从过滤片的后侧向前清理被堵的过滤片,杂质从排渣管14排出,排渣至设定的时间后关闭排渣管14上的单向阀门及清渣通道13上的单向阀门17。在清堵排渣的过程中,由于挤出机的进料口11至出料口21之间的过滤片已经通过过滤盘16转动装置将没有杂质的过滤片转动至挤出机的进料口11至出料口21之间,因此,挤出机可以正常工作,排渣与薄膜的挤出互不影响,实现了不停机的自动排渣。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,包括壳体、壳体内的过滤盘,过滤盘的转动装置,过滤盘上周向均布有可拆卸的过滤片,壳体的一侧设置有进料口、另一侧设置有出料口,进料口一侧的壳体上设置有过滤片更换窗口及带锁紧装置的窗口盖,其特征在于:在进料口与过滤片之间的进料通道上设置有清渣通道,清渣通道由进料通道连通至出料口一侧的出料口正对的过滤片之外的过滤片,在清渣通道或进料通道上设置有压力传感器,在清渣通道上设置有开关清渣通道的单向阀门,进料口的一侧设置有与清渣通道出口正对的过滤片的对面连通的排渣管,控制器接受压力传感器传递的压力信号并控制单向阀门的开闭实现自动排渣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的单向阀门由控制器控制的油缸或气缸的活塞杆驱动其开关。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的转动装置为由控制器控制的油缸或气缸的活塞杆驱动传动机构拨动过滤盘转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,其特征在于:所述的清渣通道为导管或设置在壳体上的内部通道。
5.根据权利要求1—4任一项所述的一种自动排渣的塑料薄膜挤出机过滤装置,其特征在于:所述排渣管上设置有由控制器控制开关的单向阀门。
