本发明涉及瓶体压盖技术领域，具体属于一种防松脱式压盖机瓶托。
背景技术
压盖机主要是用于啤酒、饮料、黄酒、醋、酱油等领域的压盖设备，压盖机的瓶托是压盖机主要部件，其直接影响压盖的破瓶率、压盖合格率。现有的瓶托结构中不具有承载压力缓冲的功能，且设备在运行使用中的瓶托容易出现松动等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防松脱式压盖机瓶托，有效防止设备运行使用中的瓶托松动，具有压盖过载保护，大大降低了因压盖过载而导致的破瓶现象，提高了压盖合格率。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种防松脱式压盖机瓶托，包括有固定于支座上的锥形内套，所述的锥形内套上部卡合有杯形的外套，锥形内套外壁与外套内壁之间为锥面涨紧配合，外套顶端内壁与锥形内套顶端之间留有间隙，外套的顶端固定配合有卡套，卡套内壁卡扣有夹环，夹环内壁锥面配合有瓶托垫，外套顶端固定设置有中心轴，中心轴穿过锥形内套底端且与其导向滑动配合，锥形内套底端与外套顶端之间垫置有套置于中心轴外的大缓冲弹簧、小缓冲弹簧，小缓冲弹簧位于大缓冲弹簧内腔中。
所述的中心轴的底部与锥形内套底端之间设有导向环，且中心轴的底端安装有螺母顶置于锥形内套底端面。
所述的锥形内套与外套配合处设有上、下导向环。
本发明的外套与锥形内套采用锥形涨套式连接，有效防止设备运行使用中的瓶托松动。中心轴与外套、卡套采用螺纹连接，且配合安装有骑缝销，防止瓶托转动。玻璃瓶在瓶托垫上承载，压盖机的顶部压盖头作用在玻璃瓶上进行压盖封口，适合大缓冲弹簧、小缓冲弹簧，有效的提供压盖过载保护，大大降低了因压盖过载而导致的破瓶现象，提高了压盖合格率。
本发明的压盖机瓶托具有大缓冲弹簧、小缓冲弹簧，且上、下导向环的作用，导向灵活，当压盖机的顶部压盖头作用在玻璃瓶上进行压盖封口时，适合的弹簧力能够保证封口密封性好，又不至于力量过大导致瓶损率高，从而大大提高压盖机的压盖合格率，降低了生产成本，提高生产效率。

参见附图，一种防松脱式压盖机瓶托，包括有固定于支座1上的锥形内套2，锥形内套2上部卡合有杯形的外套3，锥形内套2外壁与外套3内壁之间为锥面涨紧配合，外套3顶端内壁与锥形内套2顶端之间留有间隙，外套3的顶端固定配合有卡套4，外套3与卡套4之间通过骑缝销13固定联接，卡套4内壁卡扣有夹环5，夹环5内壁锥面配合有瓶托垫6，外套3顶端固定设置有中心轴7，中心轴7穿过锥形内套2底端且与其导向滑动配合，锥形内套2底端与外套3顶端之间垫置有套置于中心轴7外的大缓冲弹簧8、小缓冲弹簧9，小缓冲弹簧9位于大缓冲弹簧8内腔中，中心轴7的底部与锥形内套2底端之间设有导向环10，且中心轴7的底端安装有螺母11顶置于锥形内套2底端面，锥形内套2与外套3配合处设有上、下导向环12、14。

1.一种防松脱式压盖机瓶托，包括有固定于支座上的锥形内套，其特征在于：所述的锥形内套上部卡合有杯形的外套，锥形内套外壁与外套内壁之间为锥面涨紧配合，外套顶端内壁与锥形内套顶端之间留有间隙，外套的顶端固定配合有卡套，卡套内壁卡扣有夹环，夹环内壁锥面配合有瓶托垫，外套顶端固定设置有中心轴，中心轴穿过锥形内套底端且与其导向滑动配合，锥形内套底端与外套顶端之间垫置有套置于中心轴外的大缓冲弹簧、小缓冲弹簧，小缓冲弹簧位于大缓冲弹簧内腔中；所述的中心轴的底部与锥形内套底端之间设有导向环，且中心轴的底端安装有螺母顶置于锥形内套底端面；所述的锥形内套与外套配合处设有上、下导向环。
