一种冶炼厂烟囱吸尘化液器的装置,是用(OOQW-15-7.5千瓦)电动机,安装在通烟囱管内带动吸风叶;转子打水盘在定子阻磨盘夹间5毫米中,高速运转打磨,吸风叶从烟囱里吸来的烟尘和顶针水冷却器出水口出的水。

背景技术
吸尘消烟器的一道重要工序,目前有一种吸尘消烟工序是用鼓风机吸抽烟囱里的烟尘送到4000个立方的大仓,开始工作六个月内烟囱冒出少量的烟,六个月后大仓灰尘满了,烟囱又冒出大烟了,又达不到排污的作用,这种装置鼓风管长,装烟尘的仓库大要用80万元资金,造成浪费。 
发明内容
为了消除冶炼厂烟囱冒出污染空气的浓烟,本吸尘消烟器采用的技术方案是:吸抽烟尘、喷水混合搅拌把烟雾打成水雾在流通循环水池的水管内降成液体流到循环水池沉淀。 
使用消烟装置由吸尘器外筒套管内安装电动机,转子打水盘、定子阻磨盘(转子打水盘三片组成;定子阻磨盘三片组成,定子阻磨二片间夹转子打水盘一片在中,定子阻磨盘与转子打水盘配合间隙5毫米)吸风的风扇叶、锥形盾、顶针、高压输水泵八部分组成。工作时烟囱内的温度200度至250度左右,电动机外壳安装水冷却器,顶针轴承机油室外壳安装水冷却器出水喷淋烟尘混合搅拌打雾,吸尘器接烟囱斜放与直立烟囱夹角60度图1

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中,能使烟尘转化成液体的装置由(1)电动机带动(5)转子打水盘,(7)风扇叶,(8)锥形盾(高转速1分中3000转)的运转在(4)吸尘器筒套管内产生极大的吸风力,吸抽直立烟囱里的烟尘和(2)输水泵输水到顶针冷却器出水孔喷出的水混合泼过(6)定子阻磨盘通水孔、被(5)转子打水盘打成雾,烟雾和水混合高速运转摩擦三关烟雾转化成水雾在流通循环水池的水管内降成液体流到3千个立方的循环水池沉淀。 
具体使用方式 
第(一)合闸(2)输水泵的电动机抽水冷却(9)顶针轴承机油室水冷却器和(1)电动机的水冷却器。 
第(二)合闸(1)电动机开始工作,此时注意看(10)漏电显示灯警报器若是漏电显示灯亮了立即停电检修、漏电显示灯不亮,可继续工作,(1)电动机规定转向从(13)天门探视见(7)风扇叶逆时针转是正确的,是风扇叶工作的风向。 
第三(1)电动机工作时,关闭(12)直立烟囱封门。 
第(四)吸尘器工作时注意观看(3)输水压力表,(10)漏电显示警报器,(14)顶针轴承机油室感应灯(15)电动机温度表,吸尘器工作时(3)(10)(14)(15)仪表正常可继续工作,若有异常就打开直立烟囱封门检修。 

Claims (1)

1.一种能使冶炼厂烟囱出的烟尘转化成液体的装置,它由吸尘器外筒套管(4)和电动机(1)转子打水盘(5)定子阻磨盘(6)凤扇叶(7)锥形盾(8)顶针(9)高压输水泵(2)八部份组成,其特征是能使烟尘和水在定子阻磨盘与转子打水盘配合间隙5毫米夹中高速运转摩擦三关烟雾转化成水雾。
