本发明提供的是一种斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构。由甲板板(1),布设于甲板板(1)下部的甲板纵梁(2)、甲板纵桁(3)和甲板强横梁(6)组成甲板;所述甲板上连接若干斜拉钢索(8),各斜拉钢索(8)的另一端与船舶的桅杆柱(7)相连。本发明甲板上增加斜拉钢索(8)以替代支柱(5),斜拉钢索(8)与桅杆柱(7)和甲板(1)之间分别用眼板(10)和连接件(9)连接。在安装时,加上一定的预张紧力,使得取消支柱(5)后,既保证了整个甲板板架结构的强度要求,又使结构变形保持在许可的范围之内。

一种斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的的是一种船舶结构,具体地说是一种船舶甲板支撑结构。
背景技术
客船、游船上宽敞甲板下经常以支柱支撑的型式,来满足甲板结构强度和变形的要求。但随之而来的是,采用的支柱为旅客大厅的布置带来了不便,同时视觉上也造成了一定程度的不完美。
图1中给出了已有技术中的甲板支撑结构。其主要组成包括甲板板1、甲板纵梁2、甲板纵桁3、横舱壁4、舱内支柱5和甲板强横梁6。
甲板承受外来载荷,甲板靠纵梁2支撑,纵梁2靠甲板强横梁6支撑。为了同时满足规范强度和变形要求,必须增加支柱5,以减小甲板强横梁6的跨距。但是在旅客舱中布置支柱5势必影响了舱内布置及视觉美观。为了解决这一问题,设计时可以考虑增大梁高的方案,但这样又增加了结构重量,同时又牺牲了宝贵的船上空间。
对于一些客船、游船等渡船来说,船舶的上层甲板是旅客休闲观光的重要部位,对视野与空间的要求更高,现有的甲板支撑结构并不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种既能增加视觉舒适感,又有利于舱内布置的斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
由甲板板1,布设于甲板板1下部的甲板纵梁2、甲板纵桁3和甲板强横梁6组成甲板;所述甲板上连接若干斜拉钢索8,各斜拉钢索8的另一端与船舶的桅杆柱7相连。
本发明还可以包括:
1、斜拉钢索8与桅杆柱7和甲板1之间分别用眼板10和连接件9连接。
2、甲板下设置横舱壁。
本发明为类似车客渡船的船舶上层甲板提供了一种简单实用的斜拉钢索支撑结构型式,以代替旅客舱内支柱结构,增加视觉舒适感,并有利于舱内布置。
为减小大跨度结构构件尺寸,通常需要增加中间支撑,如支柱、舱壁等,以缩短构件的跨度。本发明的结构型式包括桅杆柱、钢索、连接件、眼板。用斜拉钢索替代舱内支柱。甲板上增加斜拉钢索8以替代支柱5,斜拉钢索8与桅杆柱7和甲板1之间分别用眼板10和连接件9连接。在安装时,加上一定的预张紧力,使得取消支柱5后,既保证了整个甲板板架结构的强度要求,又使结构变形保持在许可的范围之内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细的描述。
结合图2,本发明的主要组成包括甲板板1、甲板纵梁2、甲板纵桁3、甲板强横梁6、若干斜拉钢索8和桅杆柱7。甲板板1与布设于甲板板1下部的甲板纵梁2、甲板纵桁3和甲板强横梁6构成甲板,各斜拉钢索8的一端连接在甲板上、另一端与船舶的桅杆柱7相连。斜拉钢索8与桅杆柱7和甲板1之间分别用眼板10和连接件9连接。
根据需要甲板下可以设置若干横舱壁4。

1.一种斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构,由甲板板(1),布设于甲板板(1)下部的甲板纵梁(2)、甲板纵桁(3)和甲板强横梁(6)组成甲板;其特征是:所述甲板上连接若干斜拉钢索(8),各斜拉钢索(8)的另一端与船舶的桅杆柱(7)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构,其特征是:斜拉钢索(8)与桅杆柱(7)和甲板(1)之间分别用眼板(10)和连接件(9)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种斜拉钢索船舶甲板结构,其特征是:甲板下设置横舱壁。
