本发明提供一种耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,包括螺杆、变速箱、电机和离合器,所述电机输出轴通过所述离合器连接所述变速箱输入轴,所述变速箱输出轴连接所述螺杆。本发明耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,相同型号及规格单螺杆挤出机减少驱动功率10%-15%;在不停机的情况下通过离合器耦合驱动,在启动阶段,用低转速高扭矩的档位工作,当机筒塑料塑化后,换成高转速低扭矩的档位工作,不需要原来的大驱动功率,从而以“小马拉大车”的工作方式,减少了功率损耗,降低了电力浪费,减少了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺杆挤出机,特别涉及一种耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
传统单螺杆挤出机在启动初启阶段由于受到螺杆,机筒塑料未塑化的影响,需要低转速,大扭矩进行驱动,在单螺杆挤出机达到一定转速机筒螺杆将塑料塑化情况下反而驱动扭矩减小,不需要原有大的驱动功率,但减速箱为一恒定速比,必须用大功率完成大扭矩初始启动,单螺杆挤出机以“大马拉小车”的工作方式造成无功损耗,电力资源浪费。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够减少驱动功率,在不停机情况下通过耦合驱动,改变变速箱传动比完成单螺杆挤出机从低速到高速的转换,以“小马拉大车”的方式达到降低制造成本及用户使用成本,从而达到节能减排目的耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,包括螺杆2、变速箱1、电机4和离合器5,所述电机4输出轴通过所述离合器5连接所述变速箱1输入轴,所述变速箱1输出轴连接所述螺杆2。
进一步的,所述离合器5为耦合式离合器。
进一步的,所述离合器5为电磁耦合离合器。
进一步的,所述变速箱1内的齿轮为斜齿轮。
(三)有益效果
本发明耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,相同型号及规格单螺杆挤出机减少驱动功率10%-15%;在不停机的情况下通过离合器耦合驱动,在启动阶段,用低转速高扭矩的档位工作,当机筒塑料塑化后,换成高转速低扭矩的档位工作,相应的,挤出产量也由低到高的转换,本发明不需要原来的大驱动功率,而以“小马拉大车”的工作方式,减少了功率损耗,降低了电力浪费,减少了生产成本。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,本发明提供一种耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,包括螺杆2、变速箱1、电机4和离合器5,螺杆2套设在机筒内,电机4的输出轴连接有离合器5,该离合器为耦合式离合器,可采用电磁耦合离合器,离合器输出端连接到变速箱1的输入端,该变速箱1具有两个档位,分别为低转速档和高转速档,变速箱1上有用于换挡的拨叉6,变速箱1输出端连接螺杆2,用于驱动其旋转;进一步的,变速箱1内的齿轮为斜齿轮,采用该结构后,在斜齿轮传动中,其轮齿的接触线为与齿轮轴线倾斜的直线,轮齿开始啮合和脱离啮合都是逐渐的,因而传动平稳、噪声小,同时这种啮合方式也减小了制造误差对传动的影响;降低了每对轮齿的载荷,从而相对的提高了齿轮的承载能力,延长了齿轮的使用寿命,并使传动平稳;不容易产生根切现象,采用斜齿轮传动可以得到更为紧凑的机构。
本发明耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,相同型号及规格单螺杆挤出机减少驱动功率10%-15%;在不停机的情况下通过离合器耦合驱动,在启动阶段,用低转速高扭矩的档位工作,当机筒塑料塑化后,换成高转速低扭矩的档位工作,相应的,挤出产量也由低到高的转换,本发明不需要原来的大驱动功率,而以“小马拉大车”的工作方式,减少了功率损耗,降低了电力浪费,减少了生产成本。

1.一种耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:包括螺杆(2)、变速箱(1)、电机(4)和离合器(5),所述电机(4)输出轴通过所述离合器(5)连接所述变速箱(1)输入轴,所述变速箱(1)输出轴连接所述螺杆(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述离合器(5)为耦合式离合器。
3.如权利要求2所述耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述离合器(5)为电磁耦合离合器。
4.如权利要求1所述耦合式节能型单螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述变速箱(1)内的齿轮为斜齿轮。
