技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将电导体固定在电路板上的夹紧元件。本发明还涉及一种用于在电路板上的电导体的固定系统,以及一种用于将电导体固定在电路板上的方法。
背景技术
例如在汽车技术领域中多年来都在使用电子电路,大多数电子电路都布置在电路板上并且用于控制汽车中的多项功能。这种趋势随着电子驱动车辆的不断发展不断增大,其中除对电路可靠性的要求之外,对具有高电流强度的电流进行传导、控制和输送的要求也在不断增加。迄今为止,电路板和电导体都通过焊接技术连接。这种方法相对难以实现自动化并且在焊点上通常会增加接触电阻,其恰恰在传输高电流强度的电流时会导致连接位置的升温。这种在电路板和电导体之间的连接位置的升温可能会导致连接的损坏,这种损坏无论如何都必须避免。根据现有技术为了避免在电导体和电路板之间的连接的这种过热,基本上使用横截面较粗的电线以及在电路板上设计较大的焊点。在现代机动车中的电导体和电路板之间的多个连接位置上,导体和连接位置的这种尺寸过大对于机动车整体重量以及电动系统和电子系统的制造成本均产生了不可忽视的影响。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,对用于将电导体固定在电路板上的已知的方法这样加以改进,以能够实现在将电导体固定在电路板上时的尽可能高程度的自动化,其中,应发现尽可能低成本的解决方法。
根据本发明,该目的通过独立权利要求1中所述的特征来实现。该目的的实现在于创造性地发明了一种夹紧元件,其中,该夹紧元件设计为冲压板件并且具有:至少两个夹紧翼;以及布置在夹紧翼之间的夹紧连接片,其中,夹紧连接片能这样弯曲,使得夹紧翼夹紧导体,其中,在夹紧翼上设计有至少一个能压入电路板中的固定爪。这种夹紧元件能够非常低成本且全自动化地生产。利用夹紧元件可将导体安全地且长期地固定在电路板上,其中,在导体和电路板之间实现了高质量的电连接,夹紧元件的特征还在于在电导体和电路板之间产生特别小的接触电阻。由此能通过电导体将相对较高的电流传输到电路板上,而不会在导体固定在电路板上的区域中发生这种固定位置和连接位置不期望过热的情况。
在本发明的一个有利的改进方案中,夹紧翼具有包围导体的导体凹进部。在该导体凹进部中特别稳定地支撑了电导体,其中,导体凹进部可在其边缘处设计为尖棱状的,其中,该导体凹进部额外地埋入导体的表面中并且从而完全避免导体的滑落。
在本发明的下一个改进方案中,夹紧翼具有夹紧翼弧形部,该夹紧翼弧形部能实现弹性地支撑导体。通过弹性地支撑导体,因此能够精确地预先设定夹紧翼施加到导体上的压力,并且这种压力在导体和电路板之间存在连接期间能够一直保持。因此连接是非常持久且耐用的。此外,夹紧翼弧形部能够确保夹紧元件准确且稳定地放置在容纳元件中。
此外有利的是,夹紧翼具有接触面。该夹紧翼例如可以由夹紧翼弧形部限定。接触面确保了在电导体与电路板之间的电阻特别低的电连接。
该目的还通过一种用于在电路板上的电导体的固定系统来实现,该固定系统具有根据本发明的夹紧元件,其中,在电路板上设计有具有导电表面的容纳元件,夹紧元件插入该容纳元件中。
在此有利的是,容纳元件设计为U形,这是因为可使得夹紧元件特别良好地插入U形的容纳元件中,这使得触点电阻保持特别低。
此外,该目的通过一种用于将电导体固定在电路板上的方法来实现,其中,将电导体夹紧在根据本发明的夹紧元件中,这通过夹紧连接片的弯曲来实现,其中,将电导体夹紧在夹紧翼之间,随后将夹紧元件推入容纳元件中并且随后将固定爪压入或钉入电路板中。这种方法能够完全自动化地进行,由此其成本特别低并且能够几乎完全避免在连接电导体和电路板时出现错误。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有两个夹紧翼2的夹紧元件1。两个夹紧翼2借助中间的夹紧连接片3彼此连接。在夹紧翼2上能看到固定爪4,该固定爪在此示例性地设计为三齿的固定爪4。此外,在夹紧翼2上分别能看到两个导体凹进部5。夹紧元件1本身设计为金属的冲压板件,其成本极为低廉并且易于生产。
在图2中能看到图1中所示出的夹紧元件的一个改进方案。夹紧元件1仍具有两个夹紧翼2,该夹紧翼通过夹紧连接片3彼此连接。夹紧翼2现在配有夹紧翼弧形部6,该夹紧翼弧形部一方面确保了弹性地支撑此处未示出的电导体并且另一方面限定了接触面8,由此确保了,夹紧元件1稳定地支撑在下面附图中示出的电路板9中。
图3示出夹紧元件1,其中,夹紧连接片3这样完全,使得夹紧翼2能够有利地夹紧此处未示出的导体7。此处能清楚看到,导体外套5形成空腔,可将电导体7插入该空腔中。电导体7例如可以是应与电路板相连的金属线或金属的冲压板件。此外,利用夹紧元件1也例如能够将由碳纤维制成的电导体与电路板相连接。
图4从另一个透视图中示出用于将电导体7固定在电路板9上的夹紧元件1。此处也能看到夹紧翼2,在夹紧翼2上分别设计有固定爪4。在夹紧翼2中设有夹紧翼弧形部6以及导体外套5。能够清楚看到的是接触面8,该接触面在夹紧翼2上通过夹紧翼弧形部6限定。

图7示出插入容纳元件10中的夹紧元件1的俯视图。电导体7夹紧在夹紧元件1中,其中能够清楚看到,夹紧翼弧形部6使导体外套5压在电导体7上。设计在夹紧翼2上的固定爪4从容纳元件10侧面的区域钉入电路板9中。由此在夹紧元件1和电路板9的容纳元件10之间建立起持久的机械连接和导电连接。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于将电导体(7)固定在电路板(9)上的夹紧元件(1),其中,借助所述夹紧元件(1)并且在所述电导体(7)和所述电路板(9)之间产生导电连接,其特征在于,所述夹紧元件(1)设计为冲压板件并且具有:至少两个夹紧翼(2);以及布置在所述夹紧翼(2)之间的夹紧连接片(3),其中,所述夹紧连接片(3)能这样弯曲,使得所述夹紧翼(2)夹紧所述导体(7),其中,在所述夹紧翼(2)上设计有至少一个能压入所述电路板(9)中的固定爪(4),其中,所述夹紧翼(2)具有包围所述导体(7)的导体凹进部(5),并且,所述夹紧翼(2)具有夹紧翼弧形部(6),所述夹紧翼弧形部能实现弹性地支撑所述导体(7)。

3.一种用于在电路板(9)上的电导体(7)的固定系统,所述固定系统具有根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的夹紧元件,其特征在于,在所述电路板(9)上设计有具有导电表面的容纳元件(10),所述夹紧元件(1)插入所述容纳元件(10)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于电路板(9)上的电导体(7)的固定系统,其特征在于,所述容纳元件(10)设计为U形。
5.一种用于将电导体(7)固定在电路板(9)上的方法,其中,将所述电导体(7)夹紧在根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的夹紧元件(1)中,这通过夹紧连接片(3)的弯曲来实现,其中,将所述电导体(7)夹紧在夹紧翼(2)之间,随后将所述夹紧元件(1)推入容纳元件(10)中并且随后将固定爪(4)压入或钉入所述电路板(9)中。
