本发明提供一种室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法,是由聚乙烯、PE母料、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、玻璃纤维、SBS、滑石粉、色粉等组成,将计量后的各种原料经高混机充分混合均匀,经造粒机制成拼装品砖地板专用粒料,经挤出造粒成型,制成各种规格拼装地板。

一种高强度环保塑料拼装地板专用材料
技术领域
本发明涉及户外拼装地板原料,尤其涉及一种由聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、SBS和6000目无机粉体填充改性PE母料混合构成的汽车内饰件专用料。
背景技术
聚乙烯树脂具有优良的机械性能和耐热性能,使用温度范围-30℃~140℃,同时具有优良的加工性能、化学稳定性和耐腐蚀性,由于价格相对较低而迅速在体育设施用品上得到广泛应用。例如,体育场地座椅,栏杆,阳光板,场地的排水设施等等。
聚乙烯材料具有上述优点的同时也具有部分缺陷,抗冲击性是其中的一个。这一缺陷阻碍了它在户外适应恶劣环境要求的材料中的应用,因此必须加入补强剂和增韧剂改性聚乙烯,使其达到适应户外环境标准的要求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有产品存在的上述缺点,而提供一种室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法,其包括聚乙烯、PE母料、抗氧剂、玻璃纤维、光稳定剂、润滑剂、SBS、滑石粉、色粉等组成,将计量后的各种原料经高混机充分混合均匀,经造粒机制成室外运动场地拼装地板专用料,经注塑成型,制成各种规格的户外拼装地板。该室外运动场地拼装地板专用料具有良好的体系流动性及加工性能,赋予制品优良的物理机械性能,在保证制品质量的前提下达到降低产品成本的目的。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现的。
本发明室外运动场地拼装地板及其制备方法,包括聚乙烯、PE母料、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、SBS、玻璃纤维、滑石粉、色粉;其特征在于,其组分及重量份数分别为:聚乙烯(30~70)份;PE母料(5~20)份;滑石粉(0~5)份;色粉(0~1)份;抗氧剂(0~1)份;光稳定剂(0~1)份;润滑剂(0~1)份;玻璃纤维(5~50)份;SBS(2~8)份。
所述SBS,为增韧剂是丁苯橡胶的一种
所述玻璃纤维,为增加产品强度作用。
所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡或多元脂肪醇或硬脂酸盐或硬脂酸。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备PE母料:
方法见“6000目无机粉体填充改性PE母料及其制备方法”,申请号 200610129605.6。
(2)制备助剂母料:
将按配方称量好的SBS、光稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂、滑石粉、色粉和PE母料依次放入高混机中开始混合搅拌并抽湿,当温度升至70℃至100℃时,将高混机中的混合料放进冷混机中进行冷却,冷却到30℃至50℃后出料,将放出的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,从喂料口到模头的工艺温度:一区温度(80~110)℃,二区温度(80~110)℃,三区温度(90~130)℃,四区温度(100~130)℃,五区温度(100~150)℃,六区温度(90~130)℃,七区温度(80~120)℃,主机转速为200~600r/min,出料、挤出后冷却,切粒,即成助剂母料。
(3)制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料:
将聚乙烯和玻璃纤维和步骤2制备的助剂母料放入高混机中搅拌均匀,出料,将放出的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,从喂料口到模头的工艺温度:一区温度(140~170)℃,二区温度(140~170)℃,三区温度(150~180)℃,四区温度(150~180)℃,五区温度(160~190)℃,六区温度(150~180)℃,七区温度(150~180)℃,主机转速为200~600r/min,出料、挤出后冷却、干燥,切粒,即成制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料
以上步骤可以合并实施。
本发明制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法的应用,其特征在于,该制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料经注塑成型,制成地板块。
聚乙烯的拉伸、弯曲强度高一些,冲击强度较低;为了改善弯曲强度产品中增加了SBS可以增加聚乙烯的柔韧度。聚乙烯的表面摩擦系数达不到剧烈运动的要求所以加入玻璃纤维达到提高强度,提高摩擦系数的目的,达到运动场地的要求。
在此复合材料中还添加了本公司生产的PE母料,该产品已获得专利,申请号为200610129605.6。此PE母料与基本树脂混合能够使整个体系具有良好的相容性、分散性、流动性及加工性能,同时解决了PP树脂的另一个缺陷—尺寸稳定性差,加入该PE母料可使PP树脂的成型收缩率由原来的2~3%下降到1%以下,并能够使生产出的产品具有较好的机械性、韧性及抗冲击性,这样就能够在不降低产品质量的前提下有效降低原料成本,提高产品的市场竞争能力。

硬脂酸                                      0.5kg
玻璃纤维                                            3kg
SBS                                         3kg。
本发明实施例所使用的设备:
造粒使用的挤出成型机为同向双螺杆挤出机组 KY75/180 南京科倍隆科亚机械有限公司;
混料使用的高混机为SRL-Z500/1000 张家港市亿利机械有限公司。

Claims (4)

1.一种室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法,包括聚乙烯、PE母料、抗氧剂、光稳定剂、润滑剂、阻燃剂、EVA、SBS、滑石粉、色粉;其特征在于,其组分及重量份数分别为:聚乙烯(30~70)份;PE母料(5~20)份;滑石粉(0~5)份;色粉(0~1)份;抗氧剂(0~1)份;光稳定剂(0~1)份;润滑剂(0~1)份;SBS(5~50)份;玻璃纤维(0~8)份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
  制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料:
将聚乙烯和玻璃纤维和制备的助剂母料放入高混机中搅拌均匀,出料,将放出的物料在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,从喂料口到模头一区温度(140~170)℃,二区温度(140~170)℃,三区温度(150~180)℃,四区温度(150~180)℃,五区温度(160~190)℃,六区温度(150~180)℃,七区温度(150~180)℃,主机转速为200~600r/min,出料、挤出后冷却、干燥,切粒,即成室外运动场地拼装地板专用料 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维为增加制品强度,增加摩擦系数,使运动场地适合打篮球,羽毛球等剧烈运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室外运动场地拼装地板专用料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述SBS为适应户外低温防止地板脆裂增加产品柔韧度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备室外运动场地拼装地板专用料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸或聚乙烯蜡或多元脂肪醇或硬脂酸。
