本发明公开了一种清洗油水分离装置,包括漂洗箱、回收箱和滤油箱,在漂洗箱一侧的上部设有进水口,在漂洗箱另一侧的上部设有溢流口,在漂洗箱内壁上设有加热管和钢带,且加热管在进水口的下端,加热管的一端穿过漂洗箱,钢带与溢流口位于漂洗箱的同侧,在溢流口的外侧连接有溢流管一端,溢流管的另一端连接在回水箱的一侧上部,回水箱的另一侧与滤油箱相连,漂洗箱、回收箱和滤油箱的下部连接有热水泵。本发明具有结构简单,制作和操作方法简单,可循环利用水资源,低能耗低污染,分离后的油可回收的优点。

技术领域:
本发明公开了一种清洗油水分离装置。
背景技术:
目前,油水分离装置的漂洗箱的水温要求必须保持80度以上,随着进入的带油的钢带漂洗,大量的油聚集在水面,需要加水将油从溢流口带走,这个过程需要不断的给水加温,能耗过大,且流走的油水,带走的油水会对水资源造成二次污染,且水中的油不可回收,造成了资源浪费。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种操作方便,低能耗低污染,可回收的清洗油水分离装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种清洗油水分离装置,包括漂洗箱、回收箱和滤油箱,在漂洗箱一侧的上部设有进水口,在漂洗箱另一侧的上部设有溢流口,在漂洗箱内壁上设有加热管和钢带,且加热管在进水口的下端,加热管的一端穿过漂洗箱,钢带与溢流口位于漂洗箱的同侧,在溢流口的外侧连接有溢流管一端,溢流管的另一端连接在回水箱的一侧上部,回水箱的另一侧与滤油箱相连,漂洗箱、回收箱和滤油箱的下部连接有热水泵,漂洗箱、回收箱和滤油箱通过热水泵进行加热,保证水温。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
结构简单,制作和操作方便,可循环利用水资源,低能耗低污染,分离后的油可回收。

具体实施方式:

如图1示出了本发明一种清洗油水分离装置的一种实施方式:包括漂洗箱1、回收箱2和滤油箱3,在漂洗箱1一侧的上部设有进水口4,在漂洗箱1另一侧的上部设有溢流口5,在漂洗箱1内壁上设有加热管6和钢带7,且加热管6在进水口4的下端,加热管6的一端穿过漂洗箱1,钢带7与溢流口5位于漂洗箱1的同侧,在溢流口5的外侧连接有溢流管8一端,溢流管8的另一端连接在回水箱2的一侧上部,回水箱2的另一侧与滤油箱3相连,漂洗箱1、回收箱2和滤油箱3的下部连接有热水泵9。本发明具有结构简单,制作和操作方便,省时省力,可在根据生产需要随时进行调节,节约用料,制作成本低的优点。

1.一种清洗油水分离装置,其特征在于:包括漂洗箱(1)、回收箱(2)和滤油箱(3),在所述漂洗箱(1)一侧的上部设有进水口(4),在所述漂洗箱(1)另一侧的上部设有溢流口(5),在所述漂洗箱(1)内壁上设有加热管(6)和钢带(7),且所述加热管(6)在进水口(4)的下端,所述加热管(6)的一端穿过漂洗箱(1),所述钢带(7)与溢流口(5)位于漂洗箱(1)的同侧,在所述溢流口(5)的外侧连接有溢流管(8)一端,所述溢流管(8)的另一端连接在回收箱(2)的一侧上部,所述回收箱(2)的另一侧与滤油箱(3)相连,所述漂洗箱(1)、回收箱(2)和滤油箱(3)的下部连接有热水泵(9)。
