Abstract

本发明涉及一种水洗机浸液辊,由浸液辊、内轴、齿轮、联轴器、电机等零部件组成,浸液辊传动电机通过齿轮与安装在浸液辊筒状轴上的齿轮啮合,内轴传动电机通过联轴器直接与内轴相连,浸液辊转速与纤维速度一致,内轴传动转速大于浸液辊传动转速,且与浸液辊转动方向相反;内轴转动时,水洗液被翅片搅动通过甩液孔一部分喷射在浸液辊上的纤维内侧,一部分喷射在水洗槽内的水洗液上,提高水洗效果,降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织设备技术领域,具体涉及一种湿法纺丝、印染装置的部件,特别是一种关于水洗机用双速内喷射涌流高效水洗辊。 
背景技术
水洗机是湿法纺丝、染整设备中应用较广泛的一个通用单元机。提高它的水洗效率,对保证产品质量,降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度等,都具有很大的作用。尤其对节约能源而言,更具有现实意义。 
就水洗机的发展过程而言,就是从机械物理作用来提高它的水洗效率,较早的横导辊对化学品的水洗效率比较显著,适用于漂白、染色后的水洗,但对有粘结性残留污物、浆料等,由于横导辊水洗机水量交换少,膨化时间短等原因,水洗效果差。为克服上述缺点直导辊回形穿布平洗机应运而生,以采用高压强力喷冲和大流量循环喷淋达到较好的洗涤效果,但在降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度等方面存在缺陷。本发明克服上述缺点,在提高水洗效率,降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度都有很大的提高。 
发明内容
[0004] 如附图所示,本发明水洗机浸液辊主要由浸液辊、内轴、齿轮、联轴器、电机等零部件组成。浸液辊传动电机通过齿轮与安装在浸液辊筒状轴上的齿轮啮合,内轴传动电机通过联轴器直接与内轴相连,浸液辊转速与纤维速度一致,内轴传动转速大于浸液辊传动转速,且与浸液辊转动方向相反。浸泡在水洗槽内的浸液辊上设置有甩液孔,水洗液通过甩液孔进入浸液辊内部,漫过内轴上的翅片。翅片与内轴相连,内轴转动时,水洗液被翅片搅动通过甩液孔一方面喷射在浸液辊上的纤维,有助于打破“交换层”的物质浓度平衡,提高扩散效果,达到高效水洗的目的;另一方面喷射在水洗槽内的水洗液上,可以有效打破水洗液的层流状态,提高水洗效果。内轴上的翅片可根据不同类型特种纤维水洗工艺的要求,设置不同的结构形式,比如:螺旋式翅片。另外,内轴与浸液辊筒状轴间应设置必要的密封装置,防止水洗液的渗漏。

实施方式 
实施例1 
浸液辊传动电机选用三相异步电动机:5.5kw、四极,采用变频调速控制,通过减速机构与水洗辊连接,水洗辊转速10-60转/分钟;内轴传动电机选用三相异步电动机:2.2kw、四极异步电动机,通过联轴器直接与内轴相连。用于可聚糖纤维洗涤,在提高水洗效率,降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度方面效果显著。 
实施例2 
浸液辊传动电机选用三相异步电动机:3.7kw、四极,采用变频调速控制,通过减速机构与水洗辊连接,水洗辊转速10-60转/分钟;内轴传动电机选用三相异步电动机:1.5kw、四极异步电动机,通过联轴器直接与内轴相连。用于可聚糖纤维洗涤,在提高水洗效率,降低水、汽、电的消耗,减少污染,缩短生产线长度方面效果显著。 

Claims (7)

1.一种水洗机浸液辊主要由浸液辊、内轴、齿轮、联轴器、电机等零部件组成,浸液辊传动电机通过齿轮与安装在浸液辊筒状轴上的齿轮啮合,内轴传动电机通过联轴器直接与内轴相连,浸液辊转速与纤维速度一致,内轴传动转速大于浸液辊传动转速,且与浸液辊转动方向相反;浸泡在水洗槽内的浸液辊上设置有甩液孔,水洗液通过甩液孔进入浸液辊内部,漫过内轴上的翅片;翅片与内轴相连,翅片可根据不同类型特种纤维水洗工艺的要求,设置不同的结构形式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效水洗辊,其特征是浸液辊传动电机选用三相异步电动机,采用变频调速控制,通过减速机构与浸液辊连接,浸液辊转速10-60转/分钟;
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效水洗辊,其特征是内轴传动电机选用三相异步电动机,通过联轴器直接与内轴相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效水洗辊,其特征是内轴传动转速大于浸液辊传动转速,有较大的转速差。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高效水洗辊,其特征是内轴转动方向与浸液辊转动方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高效水洗辊,其特征是其特征是浸泡在水洗槽内的浸液辊上设置有甩液孔,水洗液通过甩液孔进入浸液辊内部,漫过内轴上的翅片。
