技术领域
本方面涉及一种用于机场的照明装置、尤其是地下信号灯,包括:具有壳体下部件和壳体上部件的壳体,其中,壳体上部件具有用于容纳光板的凹口,通过该光板,来自设置在壳体内腔中的光源的光可射入周围环境中;光源座,光源安装在光源座上。
背景技术
DE 20 2009 009 583 U1公开了一种用于机场的照明装置,其作为地下信号灯包括具有壳体下部件和壳体上部件的壳体。在壳体内,在光源座上设有光源。光板定位于壳体上部件的凹口中,使得从光源发出的光在规定的角度范围内可射向外部。为了导出光源产生的热量以避免光源过热,壳体上部件或者说壳体部件具有中央或边缘侧的导热接片。在壳体下部件和壳体上部件相对置的导热接片之间还附加地设有一个导热板,光源座定位于该导热板上。这种已知的照明装置的缺点在于安装相对费事并且为散热设置多个不同的部件。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于改进照明装置,以提供一种在安装更加简单的情况下借助少量元件节省安装空间的壳体,其中,确保有效的散热。
为了解决该任务,结合权利要求1的前序部分本发明的特征在于,所述光源座固定在导热块上,该导热块锁止在壳体上部件的空隙中,导热块的边缘侧和/或至少部分平面侧直接贴靠在空隙的对应的侧面上。
本发明的优点在于,光源、载有光源的光源座以及必要时其它光学元件、例如反射器与导热块一起构成一个共同的结构单元,该结构单元例如通过螺栓连接可固定在壳体上部件的空隙中。壳体上部件不仅用作盖罩,而且还用作具有用于容纳所述结构单元的功能面的安装基件。由此改善了维修方便性或者说降低了安装成本。通过将导热块的边缘侧和/或至少部分平面侧直接设置在空隙的对应侧面上,可实现从光源座通过导热块到壳体中的热导出。
根据本发明的一种改进方案,设置这样的导热块,其中,该导热块的尺寸大于光源座的尺寸。导热块的尺寸小于壳体上部件和壳体下部件的尺寸。导热块一方面用作光源或其它光学元件的支座并且另一方面用于将热量散入壳体上部件中。这样形成的结构单元可减少公差,因为基本上只需一方面将壳体上部件与结构单元连接并且另一方面将壳体上部件与壳体下部件连接。
根据本发明的一种改进方案,所述导热块具有用于容纳光源座或者光源或其它光学元件的第一表面区段并且另一方面具有用于散热和/或用于使馈电线转向的相邻的第二表面区段。第二表面区段因此不仅用于热导出,而且另一方面还允许设置在上平面侧上的光源与设置在壳体下部件中的控制电子装置的触点接通。
根据本发明的一种改进方案,所述导热块和/或壳体上部件和/或壳体下部件由金属材料、优选由铝材料制成,由此可确保更好的散热。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的照明装置可优选在机场上用作地下信号灯,以便标记行驶道或滑行道。
该照明装置包括壳体1,在壳体中主要设置两个发光模块2和一个控制电子装置3。
发光模块2分别具有一个实心的矩形导热块4,在导热块上通过螺栓连接8固定有装有光源6的光源座5以及反射器7。光源座5构造为印制电路板,在该印制电路板上设置有LED光源6、在当前情况下为两个LED光源6(LED芯片)。为LED光源6分别配置反射面7',使得从光源6发出的光可朝向被嵌入壳体上部件10凹口11'中的光板11的方向转向并且随后射入周围环境中。壳体上部件10通过螺栓连接12与壳体1的壳体下部件13可松开地连接,其中,壳体上部件10的环绕的边缘14通过扁平的密封装置15与壳体下部件13的环绕的边缘16直接连接。
光板11通过密封装置17被嵌入壳体上部件10的凹口11'中。通过将发光模块2借助螺栓连接18与壳体上部件10可松开地连接,确保了光板11固定配合在凹口11'中。
根据本发明一种未示出的替换实施方式,发光模块2或者说导热块4可通过卡口式连接或卡锁连接可松开地固定在壳体上部件10上。
导热块4在其上平面侧19上具有斜面20,板状光源座5借助螺栓连接8固定在该斜面上。导热块4的相对置的下平面侧21优选与壳体上部件10的下侧齐平地设置。导热块4环绕的边缘侧22直接贴靠在壳体上部件10的空隙9的对应边缘侧23上。优选导热块4形锁合地设置在壳体上部件10的空隙9中。
根据本发明,导热块4因此可形锁合和/或力锁合地设置在壳体上部件10的空隙9中。
光源座5或者说反射器7设置在导热块4的上平面侧19上的第一表面区段24中。在导热块4的第二表面区段25中,一方面设置用于改善散热的导热面26,该导热面直接贴靠在凹口9的对应底面27上。导热面构成一部分上平面侧19。另一方面,第二表面区段25可使馈电线28转向或者说改道,所述馈电线构造为扁平电缆。馈电线28的一个端部与光源座5的连接部连接。馈电线28的相反端部与控制电子装置3的连接部连接,控制电子装置3定位于壳体下部件13的凹陷部29中。
导热块4具有壁厚d,该壁厚大于光源座5的壁厚。导热块4的壁厚d优选大于光源座5的壁厚的两倍。
矩形导热块4具有平面侧19、21,所述平面侧大于光源座5平面侧的两倍。
导热块4以及壳体上部件10和壳体下部件13优选由导热的金属材料、尤其是铝材料制成。壳体下部件13通过螺栓连接12与壳体上部件10可松开地连接。在壳体下部件13的底面上设置用于电缆32的连接的开口31,由此可向控制电子装置3馈给电流。
为了安装照明装置,在第一步骤中,通过光源座5在导热块4上的螺栓连接8以及馈电线28在光源座5上的连接来安装发光模块2。接着,借助螺栓连接18将发光模块2锁止在空隙9中,其中,在此之前光板11已被定位于凹口11'中。随后,可将设有控制电子装置3的壳体下部件13通过螺栓连接12与壳体上部件10连接,其中,发光模块2和控制电子装置3设置在壳体1的内腔中。

Claims (8)

1.用于机场的照明装置、尤其是地下信号灯,包括:具有壳体下部件和壳体上部件的壳体,其中,壳体上部件具有用于容纳光板的凹口,通过该光板,来自设置在壳体内腔中的光源的光可射入周围环境中;光源座,光源安装在所述光源座上,其特征在于,所述光源座(5)固定在导热块(4)上,所述导热块锁止在壳体上部件(10)的空隙(9)中,其中,导热块(4)的边缘侧(22)和/或至少部分平面侧(19)直接贴靠在空隙(9)的对应的侧面(27)上。
2.根据权利要求1的照明装置,其特征在于,所述导热块(4)一方面具有用于容纳光源座(5)和用于散热的第一表面区段(24)并且另一方面具有用于使馈电线(28)转向和/或用于散热的相邻的第二表面区段(25)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的照明装置,其特征在于,所述导热块(4)形锁合地设置在壳体上部件(10)的空隙(9)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一的照明装置,其特征在于,所述光源座(5)和/或配置给光源(6)的反射器(7)通过螺栓连接(8)固定在导热块(4)上。
