本发明涉及一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯,包括后载驱动器、碗型反射罩和带胶弹簧卡扣,后载驱动器设置在碗型反射罩的底端,带胶弹簧卡扣卡接固定在卡套上,后载驱动器包括铝制导热基座、LED集成封装光源、人体红外感应器、感应控制电路板、驱动电源、光扩散罩和反光板,驱动电源和感应控制电路板均设置在导热基座内腔,LED集成封装光源设置在导热基座的前端凸台上,光扩散罩套设在前端凸台上并罩住LED集成封装光源,人体红外感应器固定安装在反光板的中部,LED集成封装光源和人体红外感应器均通过导线与感应控制电路板电连接,感应控制电路板与驱动电源电连接。本灯具可实现人来灯亮、人走灯灭的安全节能环保的人性化照明功能。

Description

一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED筒灯,具体地说是涉及一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯。
背景技术
在一些公共场所里,比如商场、机场、酒店、高档娱乐场所、公寓、大型办公楼和医院等等场所的消防通道中均安装有用于照明的照明灯。为了避免照明灯全天候工作且降低公共照明的用电量,传统的通道照明灯多采用手动触控的开关方式进行控制,触控开关一般设置在楼道出入口处,这种方式总是需要人们手动触控开关按钮才能点亮照明灯,使用操作复杂且不够人性化。为了克服触控开关控制所存在的缺陷,现有的通道照明灯多采用声控的方式,实现了人来灯亮,人走灯灭,已成为公共场所照明开关的主流产品。当然,这种产品在某种程度上说确实实现了节能的目的,但同时也给人们的生存环境造成了一定的破坏。由于产品本身性能的限制,这种声光控灯具和开关自动控制的实现需要(超过60分贝)声音的配合,这就给大众需要的安静环境造成一定的噪声污染。 随着社会的发展和人们对生态环境的重视,这种声光控灯具和开关已慢慢不能满足人们的需要,这就要求更加节能和环保的自动照明控制产品的出现,以满足人们对高质量生活的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯,该LED天花筒灯中采用了红外人体感应的智能节电开关控制,可通过在感应范围内监测人体红外光谱的变化,以实现自动接通灯具,并做到人来灯亮、人走灯灭的安全节能且环保的公共场所人性化照明的功能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为,一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯,包括后载驱动器、碗型反射罩和带胶弹簧卡扣,所述后载驱动器设置在碗型反射罩的底端,所述碗型反射罩的外侧设有卡套,所述带胶弹簧卡扣卡接固定在卡套上,所述碗型反射罩的内侧涂了一层反光膜,所述后载驱动器包括铝制导热基座、LED集成封装光源、人体红外感应器(即热释电红外传感器)、感应控制电路板、驱动电源、光扩散罩和反光板,所述导热基座内部为空腔,所述驱动电源和感应控制电路板均设置在空腔内,所述LED集成封装光源设置在导热基座的前端凸台上,所述碗型反射罩的底端开设有固定底板,所述导热基座的前端凸台与固定底板之间进行螺纹连接固定,所述光扩散罩套设在前端凸台上并罩住LED集成封装光源,所述反光板粘合在光扩散罩的顶端,所述人体红外感应器固定安装在反光板的中部,所述LED集成封装光源和人体红外感应器均通过导线与感应控制电路板电连接,所述人体红外感应器、LED集成封装光源和感应控制电路板均与驱动电源电连接。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述导热基座的外围设置有若干个散热格栅。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述LED集成封装光源包括若干个0.5W的SMD2835 LED白光灯珠和FPC软板,所述SMD2835 LED白光灯珠均串联设置在FPC软板上,所述FPC软板上设有恒流恒压驱动电路,所述SMD2835 LED白光灯珠采用恒流恒压驱动电路进行驱动控制。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述感应控制电路板上设有红外感应IC芯片,所述人体红外感应器连接红外感应IC芯片的输入端,所述红外感应IC芯片的输出端连接FPC软板。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述驱动电源上设有AC/DC电源转换器、驱动输出延长线和市电输入端口,所述市电输入端口连接AC/DC电源转换器的输入端,AC/DC电源转换器的输出端连接驱动输出延长线,所述AC/DC电源转换器通过驱动输出延长线电连接人体红外感应器、LED集成封装光源和感应控制电路板,所述AC/DC电源转换器通过市电输入端口接入220V市电。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述红外感应IC芯片采用型号为TTP135M的IC芯片,其内置有延迟时间定时器。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提出的LED天花筒灯的整体结构设计巧妙,拆卸组装维修更换方便,外形紧凑美观,成本较低,感应照明的效果好,节能环保效果好且使用寿命长;由于人体红外感应器的使用,使得本灯具在达到功率消耗低的有益效果的基础上,有效提高了灯具光线的利用率,并且也弥补了声光控技术的缺陷,使用时无需声音和其他会给环境造成影响的条件的配合,而是人走过时身体向外界散发红外热量最终实现它的自动控制功能。另外,由于灯具的后载驱动器中采用铝制导热基座以及导热基座外围上设置的散热格栅可有效进行散热,从而确保后载驱动器的散热效果佳,可有效减低产品的光衰速度,提高产品寿命及出光效率,并且由于FPC软板上设置有恒流恒压驱动电路,可使LED集成封装光源的性能稳定、可靠,耐开关次数可达普通灯具的5倍以上,功耗低,真正达到了高效节能、高亮度、高显指、响应时间短,光度稳定等目的。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解和认识,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述和介绍。
如图1和3所示,一种红外人体感应式LED天花筒灯,包括后载驱动器1、碗型反射罩2和带胶弹簧卡扣3,所述后载驱动器1设置在碗型反射罩2的底端。所述碗型反射罩2的外侧设有卡套4,所述带胶弹簧卡扣3卡接固定在卡套4上,通过两个带胶弹簧卡扣3将本LED天花筒灯固定安装在通道的天花板上。所述碗型反射罩2的前端为出光口5,并在碗型反射罩2的内侧涂了一层反光膜16,从而一定程度上能提高灯具的光亮度。所述后载驱动器1包括铝制导热基座10、LED集成封装光源12、人体红外感应器6(即热释电红外传感器)、感应控制电路板、驱动电源、光扩散罩7和反光板8。所述导热基座10能够为整个后载驱动器1进行充分有效散热,从而可在一定程度上提高LED集成封装光源12(长期的高温环境极易使LED灯珠的发光度变暗)的使用寿命。将导热基座10的内部设为空腔,这样可便于将驱动电源和感应控制电路板设置在空腔内,缩小灯具的体积并能保证灯具的安装便利性。并且在导热基座10的前端设有前端凸台11,从而能够提高后载驱动器1与碗型反射罩2的装配便利性及整体性。所述LED集成封装光源12设置在导热基座10的前端凸台11上,从而在与碗型反射罩2进行装配时可伸向碗型反射罩2的出光口5中,以提高光线利用率。所述碗型反射罩2的底端开设有固定底板15,所述导热基座10的前端凸台11与固定底板15之间进行螺纹连接固定,采用螺纹连接的方式既便于装配也便于拆卸维修操作。所述光扩散罩7套设在前端凸台11上并罩住LED集成封装光源12,从而将LED光源发出的光通过光扩散罩7扩散至整个出光口5上,防止光线直射而造成照亮范围小。所述反光板8粘合在光扩散罩7的顶端,将光线完全反射至扩散罩上,进一步增加光亮度。所述人体红外感应器6固定安装在反光板8的中部,具体是卡设在反光板8的中部位置,人体红外感应器6可在人距离灯具小于5米时就开启并点亮灯具,并在人离开人体红外感应器6的检测范围后灯具延迟1-20分钟关闭。所述人体红外感应器6的检测视角为120°,可实现大范围的人体红外光谱的变化监测。所述LED集成封装光源12和人体红外感应器6均通过导线与感应控制电路板电连接,所述人体红外感应器6、LED集成封装光源12和感应控制电路板均与驱动电源电连接。
具体的,所述感应控制电路板上设有红外感应IC芯片,所述人体红外感应器6连接红外感应IC芯片的输入端,所述红外感应IC芯片的输出端连接FPC软板14。所述红外感应IC芯片采用型号为TTP135M的IC芯片,其内置有延迟时间定时器,集成度高且还具有环境亮度侦测、灯灭渐暗、提供两阶亮度输出等功能。感应控制电路板对人体红外感应器6的感应信号进行处理后反馈至FPC软板14,由FPC软板14驱动点亮或熄灭LED灯珠。
进一步的,所述LED集成封装光源12包括若干个0.5W的SMD2835 LED白光灯珠13和FPC软板14,所述SMD2835 LED白光灯珠13均串联设置在FPC软板14上,所述FPC软板14上设有恒流恒压驱动电路,所述SMD2835 LED白光灯珠13采用恒流恒压驱动电路进行驱动控制。使电压电流得到精确控制,可有效保证LED集成封装光源12的性能稳定性。所述LED白光灯珠13的数量以包裹住整个前端凸台11为宜,可确保灯具光线的均匀程度。
更进一步的,所述驱动电源上设有AC/DC电源转换器、驱动输出延长线和市电输入端口,所述市电输入端口连接AC/DC电源转换器的输入端,AC/DC电源转换器的输出端连接驱动输出延长线,所述AC/DC电源转换器通过驱动输出延长线电连接人体红外感应器、LED集成封装光源和感应控制电路板,所述AC/DC电源转换器通过市电输入端口接入220V市电。整个灯具通过驱动电源上设置的AC/DC电源转换器为所有电气元件提供直流电源。
更进一步的,所述导热基座10的外围设置有若干个散热格栅9。具体为5-15个散热格栅9,所有散热格栅9均匀分布在导热基座10的外侧壁上,以对设置在导热基座10上的所有部件进一步进行散热,从而降低灯具的发热量,提高灯具的使用寿命。
