本发明涉及一种清洁型热回收炼焦炉拱顶改向定量调节配风套管，它包括套管、改向装置、密封装置、调节装置、指示装置和限位装置，套管上设置有改上装置，改向装置上设置有调节装置、指示装置、限位装置，套管与改向装置之间设置有密封装置。本发明通过增加配风套管，使得拱顶一次配风经过改向进入炭化室，避免出现垂直火柱垂直于焦饼表面，且能够定量地调节配风量，有效地控制了焦炭烧损，大大降低了煤耗，大幅度的提高了热回收炼焦炉经济效益，同时也提高了热回收炼焦炉的竞争力。

技术领域
本发明属于焦炉配风套管，具体涉及一种清洁型热回收炼焦炉拱顶改向定量调节配风套管。
背景技术
由山西省化工设计院自主研发的QRD-2000清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉，该炉型属于负压操作，拱顶原设计配套有5个配风口，外界大气在负压作用下由此5个配风口进入炭化室，并垂直于焦饼表面，形成五道火柱，使该位置焦饼表面形成严重的化焦，出现较明显的化焦坑，同时原配风口无任何调节指示装置，全凭经验，可调性差，这不仅给企业带来经济损失，而且造成了能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足，提供一种清洁型热回收炼焦炉拱顶改向定量调节配风套管，该配风套管通过拱顶一次配风经改向进入灰化室，解决现已建成的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉拱顶一次配风可调节性差和因其垂直进风造成焦饼表面化焦严重的问题。
本发明的技术方案：一种清洁型热回收炼焦炉拱顶改向定量调节配风套管，它包括套管、改向装置、密封装置、调节装置、指示装置和限位装置，套管上设置有改上装置，改向装置上设置有调节装置、指示装置、限位装置，套管与改向装置之间设置有密封装置。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：本发明通过增加配风套管，使得拱顶一次配风经过改向进入炭化室，避免出现垂直火柱垂直于焦饼表面，且能够定量地调节配风量，有效地控制了焦炭烧损，大大降低了煤耗，
大幅度的提高了热回收炼焦炉经济效益，同时也提高了热回收炼焦炉的竞争力。

具体实施方式
    一种清洁型热回收炼焦炉拱顶改向定量调节配风套管，它包括套管1、改向装置2、密封装置3、调节装置4、指示装置5和限位装置6，套管1上设置有改上装置2，改向装置2上设置有调节装置4、指示装置5、限位装置6，套管1与改向装置2之间设置有密封装置3。所述的套管1尺寸与原设计炉顶配风口尺寸相当，直接从炉顶配风口插入，配风调节量由调节装置4、指示装置5、限位装置6控制，操作简单，指示明了，更换方便；配风改向功能由套管1和改向装置2实现，密封装置3采用柔性密封和压紧式工艺，确保后期焖炉密封严密。
